To this, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower with seat and handheld shower hose), and a large laundry area were added (max sleep: 5; 1 queen, 3 twins). A fenced backyard with a furnished patio area with a BBQ grill is child-friendly. WI-FI, a fully equipped kitchen, a 48" Samsung led TV with Roku in the large family area, a 32" led TV with Roku in the master bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a fenced backyard, and a quiet neighborhood complete the picture. There will be no pets and no smoking. Please, no house parties or event parties of any kind. The house is 0.8 miles from a plaza with all your shopping needs: Winn Dixie groceries, Marshall's, Dollar Tree, Cold Stone, Fish Bone, Starbucks, McDonald's, First Watch, and other shops, restaurants, and pizzerias. It's about 2.2 miles from WalMart, Publix, Aldi, Apple Bee, and many other shops and restaurants.
A great vacation in a quiet, convenient location! ... just minutes from the best beaches in the United States. I will gladly recommend this location to my mother.

-Property exterior in bad need of care & maintenance - from shingles missing to waist-high weeds the patio. Landscaping was nowhere near as depicted in the listing photos. -Roughly half of the windows had broken or missing locks - at least one window guide was broken off. Note! Locks repaired day after reporting it. -Second bath had clear window pane and no curtain or shade (unable to use shower). -Couch leg broken off and propped up. -Clothes washer got out of balance no matter what the load. -Patio set not as shown in listing. -Kitchen range exhaust fan - no filter & exposed fan blade. -Central air-conditioning vents dirty/plugged. -Safety concern with master B/R lamp cord splices. -Fire extinguisher in garage in need of re-charge. -TV in master B/R inoperative. We were not able to use the outdoor space/patio at all for the whole month due to the condition of the yard. We honestly feel that a partial refund from the owner/host is in order. This property was so not worth the price. Photos provided upon request.

Simona is a great host! Excellent communication and very responsive. This was our first time staying near Anna Maria Island. Beaches are just 4 miles away. Our best time was 10 minutes from driveway to parking. Of course there is beach traffic so could take you 30 minutes plus depending. Neighborhood is safe & quiet. Nice supply of starter paper products. Clean and organized space. AC & all appliances work very well. Bed is fairly comfortable. Good water pressure in master bathroom & lots of hot water. We cooked in most days & kitchen had what we needed. Nice backyard and grill. Absolutely a GREAT location

This little house is located right off the main drag that takes you across the bridge to AMI. There was lots of shopping, restaurants, and of course the beaches to explore! We loved the location of this place. The host was also super friendly.

We spent a week at the property and found all as advertised. Everything is 5-10 minutes away by car and it is very convenient. Anna Maria Island offers a good number of beaches to choose from or visit them all if your time allows. Simona the host was attentive to all our questions and requests. We enjoyed our time in Florida. Thank you!

Clean , spacious house with all the right touches. Conveniently located to beaches and shopping. Host with great communication before/ during trip. Friendly little gecko comes to say hi outside of the kitchen window. Would come again.

Comfortable and interestingly decorated house with garage and private outdoor space with table and umbrella. Attentive owners/hosts. Only thing a renter might want to know in advance, and we did not, is there is no dishwasher. Within easy drive of lots of grocery stores and restaurants and not far from lovely parks,nature preserves and beaches.

We rented this house as a second house for our daughter and her children so they could join us for our family vacation. It was about 15 minutes brim where we were staying at Holmes Beach. It was great since the kids go to bed at 7 each night. The hosts were great! My daughter locked herself out of the house and they went and unlocked it for her. Overall a great house especially if you need multiple beds

It’s not the most desirable neighborhood (duplex houses in an older neighborhood) or house layout (not enough couch space or dining space) but for the money it’s impossible to beat. We were five minutes from Anna Maria Island and wanted for nothing. And the host was gracious and responsive and has her beautiful art adorning the home. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay. Plenty of room for our family of four (two teens). A nice bonus- the beautiful backyard. Even with it being a double, it felt very private and relaxing. Also loved the artwork! Host was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will come back for our next vacation!

Good location for beach access and attractions. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen was adequately furnished, but could use a few additions (better pots and pans, a garlic press, etc.)

Overall the house was fabulous. It fit every one of my family members perfectly with their own bed. It had everything we needed, cookware, plates, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, soap, washer and dryer. It would have been great to have a dishwasher, but we didn't mind washing our dishes by hand. My wife and I especially liked the paintings Simona painted and hung on the walls, it gave it a warmer feeling. The neighborhood was quiet and closet a lot of grocery stores and restaurants. My family would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting the area.

The owners did not greet us(left door unlocked and no instructions). They never asked if everything was OK. Only 4 bath towels(frayed), 1 clean face cloth(1 dirty), 1 hand towel, no cooler, no beach towels, 1 small couch, no dishwasher(unsanitary), very limited kitchen items, 1 set of sheets(unsanitary), no blanket for master bedroom, dirty windows, 2 bulbs out of a 3 bulb bathroom fixture, dirty pans in oven, grill was not clean and fence around patio was full of mold. Roku TV which never worked right and asked about it and was never told the correct info.

If you love beaches, this a great spot to rent. Beaches are minutes away by car. Shopping and restaurants are also within minutes from the rental. This home was clean and had two nicecely decorated bedroom plus and two full bathrooms with washer & dryer. Our host Simona & Alfonso were a call away. Hopefully next time we'll stay longer. We loved it!

This was the perfect vacation spot for our family of five. The owners were kind and friendly, meeting us upon arrival. The home was clean, tastefully decorated, and laid out nicely for our getaway. There were clean towels, sheets, and basic kitchen supplies as well as a grill complete with a beautiful yard of well-kept flowers. We are grateful to have been able to enjoy this home when making memories this week. Thanks to our hosts for their hospitality!

The property was absolutely perfect for our two week visit to the Bradenton area. The home was clean, spacious and furnished with all of our wants and needs. We arrived on Christmas Eve and were welcomed by Simone and Alfonso. They checked with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable and not in need of anything. The property is a perfect location as it is close proximity to restaurants, grocery stores, golf courses, beaches and shopping. And Simone's original artwork adds beauty to every room. We will definitely return.

We enjoyed this home so much. Beds were very comfortable..and so clean. The entire house was well kept and clean. We really felt relaxed and at home. This property is close to beaches, stores and restaurants. Most important is that Simona and Alfonso are there to help with any questions you may have. So happy we chose to stay here. We definitely made the right choice.

I selected this house because it was advertised as "wheelchair accessible". However, there was no handicapped ramp at either exterior door. The "dining" area was a tall bar with tall bar stools. My handicapped cousin could not join the rest of us as we ate dinner. The interior doors were too small for the wheelchair to go through the bedroom doors nor would they go through the bathrooms doors. Also, the owner has accused the two of us with breaking her glass top patio table. Her 8-10 foot umbrella became a flying missile during high winds during the night one night--we were in bed, so the table was broken due to weather. The most significant problem was a backed-up sewer system. When we washed clothes, water would come into both toilets, kitchen sink, bathtub, and the handicap shower. Then we were unable to use the bathroom for several hours. We were in Bradenton, FL to meet a new grandson. Other than meeting my cousin's grandson, and her son after 2 years, It was a vacation from Hell. I will never recommend this rental and, if I ever use VRBO again, it will be with much more research.
