Here in the exclusive residential community of Red Sandstone/Potato Patch you’re sure to have easy access to everything the Vail Valley has on offer. This luxuriously contemporary unit has an upscale open air tree-house feel to it, with it’s hidden alcoves, prominent centralized staircase, secret rooms and various treasures. It’s bright, airy and spacious. Upon arrival, you’re ushered up to the ski/mud room. The main level boasts a great room with high ceilings and ample light. The granite stone hearth gas fireplace, unpredictable and uniquely charming furnishings and dark hardwood throughout make this earthy haven warm and welcoming. Downstairs there’s an extra den/bedroom. Upstairs a hidden loft. It exhibits a splendid scenic extravagance, with stunning Aspen-studded views of the valley. The French doors in the gourmet kitchen open out onto an expansive balcony, designed to entertain both inside and out on those sunny Colorado days.

4 Bedroom + loft area, 3 Bath townhome just steps from the free Town of Vail shuttle, minutes from Vail Mountain and village. End unit in the complex with fantastic panoramic views to the west. Do not fret about parking, there is a two car garage and one extra parking space out front. Vail Point also has a common area pool (summer only) and hot tub.

• Housekeeping has always used and will continue to use anti-viral disinfectants on applicable surfaces. including, but not limited to, counter tops, appliances, light switches and doorknobs.

• Use of a professional laundry service for the linens. They use special cleaning products that are effective towards eradicating viruses/bacteria, in addition to washing in high temperatures.

• Use professional tools, including microfiber rags, large and small brushes, melamine foam sponges, and floor mops with replaceable cleaning pads.

• High-touch areas are cleaned and scrubbed with every cleaning, including light switches, fan pull chains, remote controls, cabinet knobs, appliance handles, kitchen counters, etc.

• Guests can check in directly to home, avoiding contact with others.

Our overall experience at our condo was great; would recommend to anyone, and we would definitely rent here again. The home was wonderful; very spacious and well stocked with all of the essentials. We found the beds to be comfortable and the living area quite cozy! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Vail.

Tons of space! 4 bedrooms 3 full baths, huge kitchen with outdoor deck on all 3 sides. Very cozy gas fireplace in the family room, open floor plan, view up to kitchen area gave the property a very cool vibe. Would rent this place again in a heartbeat. One the bus route to the slopes, shopping plaza within a couple miles, Safeway, liquor store etc...

The place is even better than the photos - large, airy windows everywhere, high end kitchen, 2 car garage, short walk to the hot tub, very nice system to get you information about things like wifi password and door codes, easy/painless checkout list (none of this "strip the beds" nonsense you often see). If we head back to Vail we'll check for availability here for sure - would love to return. We knew it was nice from the listing, but were really impressed with how spacious and luxurious this condo is in person.

Our family had a wonderful stay in Vail. The condo was great - clean, spacious, well-equipped kitchen, humidifiers in every bedroom and close to grocery stores and shuttle (although we didn't use the shuttle much because of its infrequency). Overall, a great stay. Highly recommend!
