Spacious and comfortable room. Friendly staff that were readily available to assist if any issues.

Room only - No breakfast. Location good, only 5 minutes walk to town centre and cafes.

Breakfast would have been nice, but I was told up front room only. Only a few minutes walk to cafes that sold breakfast.

Great and welcoming

We received a very warm welcome from the hostess Michelle. She also reassured that we would have a quiet room as requested. At first the pub downstairs didn’t give a good first impression however upstairs the room was clean and had all the amenities.

Clean, friendly, good location

Conveniently located near the centre of Boston with carparking very close by (only £3 for 24hrs) My room (accessed via external stairs at the back) was spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed, and included tea & coffee making facilities and biscuits. Michelle & Neil friendly and welcoming as were the locals in the bar in the evening.

Not currently serving food but plenty of places to eat close by. Outside area a bit tired but still nice to sit out in the morning overlooking the river

What a great find. The Magnet’s location is ideal as it’s so near the town centre. Had such a warm welcome on arrival. The room was spotless, plenty of space and really comfortable bed. It’s great that it’s got a separate entrance to the rooms so you can come and go as you please once you have your key. Would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed in lots of places over the years, but this takes some beating.

Absolutely fantastic stay, you can keep your premier inns and all that false crap. This was a genuine place with genuine hosts who couldn’t do enough for you. Highly recommended

Michelle & Neil were very welcoming and friendly! The room was large on the the top floor, perfect for 2 friends, we loved it. The little terrace a the back is a nice little place.

Clean cosy room at a good price

Warm welcome, cosy room. Nice size bathroom with a bath. Spotlessly clean. Everything needed for a comfortable stay and much nicer than staying in a budget chain where rooms are all identical.

Room is small but ideal for a short stay for a single traveller TV a little small and shower curtain not a screen (nit picking). Bed is a single and I prefer a double, but ideal for size of room.

Fabulous stay

An absolute gem. Michelle was so absolutely lovely and welcoming. She messaged as soon as I'd booked with contact details so no trouble getting in. She came down to greet us personally. The room had private access and an amazing view of a beautiful Georgian building opposite. Modern double glazed windows made for a quiet stay. Crisp soft cotton sheets and incredibly comfy beds. Sweet little touches like toiletries, plenty of storage space and tea and coffee facilities in the room made it very homely. The blackout curtains and automatic bathroom light much appreciated. Everything new and fresh, immaculately clean. When Michelle knocked on the door with cold beers, it was the icing on the cake! Don't hesitate to book the Magnet. I would definitely stay again.

Did everything we needed and hosts made it!

Location right in centre. Hosts were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. Unfortunately kitchen was closed so breakfast was not an option.

Great venue

Excellent! Landlord & landlady very friendly & super accommodating. Very unexpected free welcome drink & bar prices very reasonable. Parking next door £3 for 24 hours so really good. All in all a lovely stay 😊
