Elendigt hotel som slår sig op på at være noget, som man ikke er!

Der skulle være pool, roof-top jacuzzi og sauna, men poolen var ret lille og fyldt med skrigende unger og jacuzzien var uden bobler, og for at gøre miseren komplet, fungerede saunaen slet ikke! Desuden boede vi i stueetagen, hvor der var ret mørkt, fordi lejlighederne på højere etager havde udhængende terrasser, som skyggede for os! 11.000 SEK for 4 nætter på den måde er rent til grin,

Excellent hotel to relax and enjoy exploring Gotland.

Very good breakfast. Good location and car parking available onsite. Service was good and friendly. Rooms are practical and met our expectations. Nice pool and available activities like mini golf. Nice view from hotel.

Very nice, big room with big kitchen.

De hotel is directly to a main road. Since there is no airco you have to decide wether you want to sleep with noice or in a too warm bedroom.

Incorrect Information! No sea view!!

I paid for a sea view room but didn't get one!! The hotel is far from the sea, there is no sea view. So, both hotel and booking.com provided incorrect information!!! I contacted the booking.com customer service and provided images from the room view to prove that I didn't get a room with sea view and spent half an hour on the phone talking, but they did nothing!! Customer service was supposed to contact the hotel and send me a message the day after, but nothing happened during our stay!! They just ignored us!!

Relaxing and total restful holiday in the First Hotel Kokoloko :-)

As already rated, it was there better than good. We were extremly satisfied, the room was totally ok, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast really much and really good, the cleanliness top. There is nothing to claim :-) Thank you for this wonderful stay.

The location is perfect if you are visiting Visby and like a poolfacility and sauna. The barservice is superb and also the breakfast.

The comfort of the rooms are poor. The windows are bad quality and already many of them are not possible to open or close. Only the mainbuilding has aircondition and only if no one else open their window. In our room (not in the mainbuiding) the window was broken and not possible to close. When we told so, they said it was a common problem and not easy to solve.

we really enjoyed the stay. close to every destination in Gotland.

New and clean. very well organized and planed. the swimming pool was nice and enjoyeble with the shower, sauna and toilet nearby.

pool with free towels

unexperienced staff in the reception and in the breakfast bufet. they spend a lot of time to refill the food in the breakfast. they do not inform usy about check out time. we were 2 nights and they did not clean the room

A pleasant place for leisure and vacation.

The place is perfect for travelling from the ferry and very convenient for parking and car rental. The kitchen of the room is very clean and equipped with everything for cooking.
