The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances & Keurig Coffee machine. Living area includes a sleeper sofa with trundle, dining area, half bathroom and workspace for checking emails. Master bedroom with King size bed, full bathroom, and spacious walk-in closet. Take in the city and bay views from your own private wrap around balcony where you will city lights at night and breathtaking bay view during the day! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
The unit you have rented is located within a condo-hotel which means there are permanent residents living in the building and therefore we cannot be responsible for construction noise due to a resident working inside their unit. The building follows city code and any construction work will be done during the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday through Friday (no Major Holidays) and no noisy work is done on weekends. Any noise after this time can be reported to property manager or hotel staff.
The property shall be in the same condition upon departure as at check-in. Normal wear and tear expected. Owner or its agents may enter the property at reasonable times to make repairs. The building has an engineering department that is in charge of doing routine maintenance to all units in the building including Pest control, A/C Filter Change, Window Cleaning, in addition to Fire Alarm Testing and City Inspections as required by the County, etc. which may happen during your stay. If anything is scheduled during your stay, we will notify you as soon as we are notified by the building. Please note that anything scheduled is for the safety, security and maintenance of the building and units therefore service should not be declined by guests.
Guest shall be liable for all acts of the family, employees, or other persons invited onto the property. Guest may not sublet or assign this rental agreement.
Guest shall be responsible to return all keys upon departure.
Guest shall abide by the House Rules of the Owner, Property Manager, Condominium Association and/or the Booking Agent as provided to Guest.
Guests shall not bring any pets onto the property.
Guest will not smoke indoors or outdoors. Building has designated smoking areas, please contact front desk @ 305-529-2828 for locations of those areas.
We cannot allow parties or events of any kind at any time on the premises. This includes loud music and excess noise after 10 pm.
Access to hotel facilities such as pool, fitness center, & squash courts are only extended to registered guests of the unit beginning on check in date and ending on check out date.
**Please note this is a private unit located within the former Sonesta Hotel, now Hotel Arya, however there is no daily housekeeping included and there is no onsite cleaning crew. If you would like daily housekeeping our cleaning crew can provide this service to you for an additional cost, and must be scheduled 24-48 hours in advance. The front desk cannot provide extra towels or sheets, please do not ask them. Replenishment of toiletries are not provided.
**For stays between 10-14 days we will require a maintenance cleaning during your stay.
**For stays between 14-28 days we will require two maintenance cleanings during your stay.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Although you may pay slightly more than you would for one of the hotel rooms, you feel that you are in a beautiful home, not a generic hotel room. I would recommend this to anyone and would definitely come back!.

ALL ABOUT THE VIEW!
We enjoyed our stay immensely (despite a few days of rain). A couple of things could use some attention: the door lever to the powder room is so loose — potential for someone to get stuck in there if it falls off; the parking pass is broken so it won’t hang on the review mirror and when the attendant came out and put it in front of the scanner by hand, the machine couldn’t read it at all so every time you went in, you had to wait to get the security person’s attention (no problem getting out); plastic wrap still on some of the legs of the dining chairs — the chairs give the impression of being not very suitable for big men; some areas are looking a little “tired” — the upholstery on the couch in particular. Would appreciate a little note on how many pods to use in the watch machine. The picture quality on the TV’s is not what you would expect — don’t know if it is due to old TV’s or the provider being used. Be aware that the mattresses on both the bed (no box spring) and the pull out are VERY firm.
The view makes up for everything — loved watching the boats and the activity in the recreation park below. Loved the decorating — obviously a lot of time was spent looking for just the right accessory for each place — a welcome change from the sterile apartments you find now days. And lastly, we appreciated the prompt replies from Lorelei with every question we had prior to arrival.
Would certainly return when our travels take us back to Coconut Grove.

WOW! Beautiful waterfront property!
This place has the WOW factor the moment you enter the apartment. It is beautifully decorated and the water views are amazing. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the beds are comfortable. Unlike many pullout couches, this property actually can comfortably house 4 people with 2 in the living room. There are 1.5 bathrooms which is also a nice bonus. The location is perfect for walking to shops and restaurants. Parking is included which is a nice perk. The owner, Lorelei, is highly responsive to any questions while you are visiting. We will be back!

Breath Taking Views
My family of 3 had an excellent weekend vacation in this elegantly designed unit. Your can still smell the newness from renovations. This unit is even more beautiful in person than online. It was a seamless check in and check out process. Working with the owner was fantastic and seamless. I will definitely book again with them if ever in the area again. I was able to relax and rejuvenate in this unit. Restaurants are surrounded and excellent location for families with lots to do in the coconut grove area. Everything is in walking distance. Enjoyed!

Fantastic!
We fell in love with this condo the second we opened the door. The view is superb and the decor is ecclectic and fun. The kitchen is stocked full with cooking pans and utensils, the bed was a dream; everything was just as described. You can't beat the location. It's within the heart of hip Coconut Grove so it's easy to walk to shopping and dining. Also, there is a grocery store only a few minutes walk away. An added bonus is the parking pass that comes included with the unit. I can't say enough positive things about this unit!
