For those who love to enjoy the enchantment that only the particular light of a marine sunset can give, breathe the
breeze and savor the scent of the sea, ours is the ideal accommodation located on that same island, Elba, which the Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte during his forced exile called "seductive and industrious".
Very comfortable even for those who do not want to travel by car because it allows you to reach both shops and restaurants on foot, immersed in the same atmosphere of peace and tranquility that Admiral D Alarcon certainly found when he landed there in the seventeenth century.
In addition, the bus stop is located a few meters from the main entrance, as well as the taxi stand.
On the ground floor of the same building it is possible to rent bikes and scooters is ideal therefore also for those who decide to arrive by plane and move only by public transport.
A convenient laundromat is a few tens of meters away.
The apartment consists of a fully equipped cooking area with 4-burner hob, fridge under the top with small freezer, electric oven, microwave, sink with mixer tap, iron and ironing board.
The room then opens onto the living / dining area equipped with a large table for 4 people, a single and double sofa bed, where you can relax watching flat-screen TV.
It ends with a pleasant terrace with a fantastic view of the small harbor but also on the village, once called Porto Longone, with the characteristic houses perched on the hill, all typically in different colors and surrounded by vegetation, equipped with table and chairs for relaxing aperitifs or tasty dinners overlooking the sea.
A double bedroom with terrace and large walk-in closet makes the apartment comfortable for up to a maximum of 4 people.
A comfortable bathroom with French window on the service terrace equipped with a drying rack, every service including hairdryer and a masonry shower, completes the sleeping area.
Animals are welcome as long as they are educated to respect others' things.
The sandy La Rossa beach is only 50 meters away and despite being inside the marina, the water is clear and crystal clear and in the summer months you can take advantage of an umbrella and deck chair.
La Pianotta beach, in pebbles, can be reached after a pleasant walk along the marina where, depending on the time of day, it will not be impossible to witness the return of the small boats of the fishermen, with their fresh load.
Through the Carmignani Promenade that runs alongside the hill and Forte S. Giacomo, now a prison and with Forte Focardo in the background, it is possible to reach the Barbarossa Bay with its beach also with small stones.
Do not miss the sunset with its golden reflections on the rock, perhaps while sipping an aperitif.
The apartment does not have private parking but a few hundred meters away there are 3 large free parking spaces absolutely sufficient to welcome tourists in the summer months.
