I have a studio apt a block and a half from the Cape Fear River and located just steps away from all the shops and restaurants that Wilmington has to offer! Walk to the new Riverfront Amphitheater!!Fully stocked kitchen w brand new appliances. Cable TV and Wi-Fi. Secure building with laundry and a reserved parking spot is included. Beautiful white sand beaches are a short ride away! Walk out your front door and everything is at your disposal!!

Fine, communicative owner. Adequately stocked and maintained. Very comfortable. A bit noisy on a Friday & Saturday night as it's in the heart of a downtown with busy and young nightlife locals and visitors. Just bring your ear plugs. 😊

I really love the location, downtown Wilmington is a great place to be day and night! The flat is secure and comes with parking, a must for downtown. Walking distance to most places. Found one insect, but otherwise clean.

We really enjoyed our stay. It's not a big place, but perfect for my wife and me. Very convenient to the Riverwalk. Nice to have easy parking too. The host was great with communication about access, parking and everything.

We were in town for a concert at Live Oak. The location of this studio apt is perfect. We were able to walk to the concert and it was an enjoyable walk along the riverfront. Jack was extremely accomodating and was communicative. The apt was perfect for us. The bed was comfortable. We were able to cook meals -appliances were all full size. This was a great size for a couple in a great location! We will definitely look to book this again!

The place was exactly as described in the listing. Incredible location and secure entry. Parking provided as well. Quiet spot even with being in downtown. We had a great stay and the host was very communicative. Will be saving this place for future trips to Wilmington!

Location is perfect - walking distance to all of downtown Wilmington but on a nice, quiet street. Seamless check in and out, and convenient parking. Full kitchen and everything else you could need in a cozy space.

We came up for a night in downtown Wilmington, the property is in an ideal location, felt very safe and secure. Property was clean and bed was comfy. Owner was great about communicating and giving information on the property prior to arrival and ensuring all went smoothly during the stay.

We were in Wilmintgon for a long weekend and this was the perfect place to stay. Not large or fancy, but it had everything we needed and was laid out very well. The biggest pluses were the free, designated parking and the location. It's within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, bars, and museums. Would definitely stay here again.

Decided to make a quick trip to Wilmy for a visit with our UNCW student. We chose this location to enjoy historic downtown for the night. Studio apartment fit our needs, with a prime location, and communication with Jack was excellent.

If you want to stay right in historic Wilmington. This small, 2nd floor by stairs only, locked in fortress with full kitchen offers that. The bed was horrible, memory foam on a metal frame with orange lights shining above all night. Couldn’t sleep and woke up sore, both of us, both nights. But we enjoyed the location. Not staying in our unit.

Stayed here in Wilmington to explore surrounding areas for retirement communities. In the heart of historic Wilmington, steps from the riverwalk (which by the way, had a fantastic fireworks show on July 4) shops and so many great restaurants. Thank you host Jack for all your prompt replies to all my questions! The place was so perfect for all our needs. AC felt great (as did the hot strong shower) upon arriving “home” after our touring days to check out the numerous beaches and communities nearby. Place was very clean and tidy with plenty of towels, soaps shampoo and conditioner. Parking in the back of the building was a plus! Very secure building with combination key pad for easy entrance and only steps away from the parking space. We loved the area and will be back! Thank you again Jack for sharing your lovely place.

The building and room were clean, well kept and just as expected. Location was amazing, within walking distance to anywhere in Old Wilmington. Jack was great to deal with and answered any questions we had promptly. Would recommend this location every time!

Wonderful location for the historical district for walking and sight seeing. To have the Parking included was a extra bonus. It was just what we needed a studio size with a kitchen. Even though I didn’t cook. Too many restaurants in the area and surrounding area’s.. Thank you Jack for for answering any questions or concerns.

Spending just a short weekend in Wilmington we found this perfect spot to stay! The property owner Jack was beyond helpful and communicative. The studio itself was clean and maintained. Location, location, location easy walk to everything needed, the sights to see along with a great farmers market on Saturday mornings steps from the front door. I would highly recommend!

Wanted to stay in historic downtown Wilmington. This place was perfect. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to see including shopping, breweries, wine bars and restaurants. No need to use your car. The studio was well secured and safe. Free parking. I would stay there again.

This place was centrally located and very convenient. The host was very responsive and answered all questions within an hour. The studio is just that, a studio, that being said if you don’t need a ton of space this is just fine. It had everything we needed for the three days we were there.
