Very pleasant and clean accommodations which are very convenient to downtown waterfront area! And properly owner is great with communication. Would definitely recommend!

From the property you can walk to the Mayflower and restaurants. The kitchen was fully provisioned. There were chairs for the beach. We had a nice vacation. I would recommend. Cons- houses and road all around. Small yard. No big outside table.

This was a great 2nd floor apartment. The rooms where all just the right size and the kitchen was great. This place was a short walk to beach and down town . The area was quiet and definitely safe feeling. Im looking forward to next year and staying here again. Thank you for the comfortable and great experience.

My family of four were in Plymouth for my niece’s wedding in Kingston which was only ten minutes away. The apartment was updated, clean, and cozy. It is the perfect location for sightseeing in Plymouth Harbor and surrounding areas. Restaurants, , beach , park, and shopping are all within easy walking distance. Both bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked and towels and linens were provided. The bathroom had two soft cushioned rugs on the bathroom floor which is a nice touch and a rarity in VRBO rental. While outside in the driveway the owner introduced himself to us and let us know that they lived close by and told us to let him know if there is anything we needed during our stay. My only recommendation would be to have a few more softer pillows available for sleeping. Enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat.

Really close to the sights and great place to stay

My title says it all exactly as described and more. Plenty for kids to do right close, walking distance to town. Kept us all busy ages ranging from 4 1/2 to 75. Would absolutely do it again in a heartbeat

Rent this place NOW! We arrived at this apartment and were immediately greeted by Joan who lives downstairs. She assured us everything was ready and was so sweet. Yara kept in contact with me throughout our stay. The area is beautiful and a quick walk to everything you need. I couldn't be more pleased with the graciousness and friendliness of Yara and Joe and Joan. They even sent us homemade muffins, a bottle of local wine and chocolates! The apartment is immaculate and spacious for our family of 6. Thank you again so very much.

Travelling as a family with two older teenagers this very comfortable, immaculately clean, tasteful and well maintained apartment provided us with all the home comforts we could have possibly asked for and more, as well as space for our teens to relax. It was a lovely place to return to at the end of a busy day sightseeing or simply to sit out in the garden and relax with a drink. The accommodation is just as described and is well situated a few minutes walk from a local park and beach and within walking distance of shops, restaurants and tourist attractions. Yara is an amazing and very responsive host. From our first point of contact asking about our children’s ages to ensure anything we might need was available, to providing information on day trips and things to do. Most impressive however was the communication and kindness we experienced when there was a problem with the AC before our arrival. Yara communicated with us immediately, suggested a range of solutions and went out of her way to ensure that we were both happy and comfortable during our stay. We would very happily stay here again and would highly recommend this accommodation and Yara, as you could not find a better host.

Yara was an amazing and accommodating hostess. She was available and communicated with my family and I to ensure we had a pleasant experience. This was our first plane trip as a family. We were able to meet up with family in the area and enjoy quality time together exploring Plymouth as everything was walkable. The reference binder was helpful as it included many of Yara’s tips to the area. Despite not having AC, the trip was enjoyable and Yara was very accommodating and gracious. (The AC happened to break down on the day we arrived. Unforeseeable and not the fault of our amazing hostess.) The apartment is convenient to Nelson Memorial park and was close to many things. We appreciated the use of towels and beach chairs. Would definitely look to stay here again when we return to visit family in the area.

This apartment is exactly what my family needed to feel "home" away from home. It was a working trip and the den was perfect to get it done. The beds were super comfortable! We had everything we needed for a family of 5. True walking distance to nearby attractions. The grill was clean and in great condition. The small yard was perfect to sit out and enjoy coffee in the morning or a drink at night. Yara was a perfect host, and very responsive to our requests. To say she went the extra mile is not enough. We met in person, we exchanged our favorite IPAs, our son got some much need puppy time and played with the dog they were sitting (we were missing our pups) and she left us a wonderful gift from a local chocolatier.

From start to finish, Yara was so accomodating! From booking needs, to communication during my stay, to help with clearing snow from the walk and driveway...she couldn't be a better VRBO owner! In addition, her home was immaculate and her bed was super comfy! I have severe dust allergies and was worried about staying in an older home but there was not dust to be found anywhere and my allergies were not an issue!!! If you have kids, there is a room with bunk beds, a den with a video game setup and games for the kids. There is also a park on the oceanfront a block from the house. Perfect for kids too!!!! If you are thinking of staying here, yes, yes and yes! I will definitely be back if I return to Plymouth!

Wonderful second story rental property with an amazingly kind host! It was very clean and extremely comfortable throughout. Very well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The amount of space for the money was terrific and much nicer than staying in a hotel. The host truly thought of everything with what she provided in the property. The location was excellent. The street was noisy on the weekend with motorcycles and muscle cars driving by, but nothing that would deter us from returning. It was a minor nuisance that subsided on weekdays. The beach down the street was fun, even if a bit rocky. The neighborhood was very convenient to many restaurants and to the downtown waterfront area with shops and tourist activities. Location was also great for day trips to other places like Boston, Newport and Cape Cod. Internet, cable tv and air conditioning all worked perfectly. It was such a comfortable place to return home to each day. We really enjoyed the living room each night rather than having to sit on hotel beds in order to watch tv and relax together. The extra space of the den was a real bonus for quiet laptop or computer use. We really enjoyed our stay at this property and could not have been more pleased with all aspects. We highly recommend it!

The property was absolutely spotless! The host was so nice and quick to reply to any questions. The house is a very short walk to the beach and a fantastic park for kids. Also, easy walk to restaurants and downtown Plymouth. I would highly recommend.

My husband had never looked at VRBO before, but we were planning a last minute trip so he stepped in to help out. He found this property and started telling me to just book it. Now I usually read every review and study maps to see what it is near and try to find 5 to 6 properties to compare, but husband kept saying it has all 5 star reviews and you need to book it fast before someone else does! So I booked it.The house is very easy to find. Yara was there to greet us and give us a tour. She made sure to make my 4 year old grandson feel special as she showed him all the toys and secret rooms in the basement.The kitchen has everything you will ever need. Fully stocked with lots of different size pampered chef containers for leftovers. We used most of them as we brought meals to the house to eat and always had too much food. I was glad my son went with us as I had never owned a dish washer and never would have figured out how to use it.We could not find paperwork on how to work the air conditioning, but once again my son figured it out. The living room has a very comfortable couch that I did not figure out can recline until the second to last day! The office was perfect for my son to do some work. Also the closet had toys, games and brochures. Be sure to check all the closet as you can find many useful items.The bathroom had a very nice supply of towels. I only had to do one load of towels for the time we were there. There was plenty of toilet paper and pump hand soap that foams which my grandson loved.All of the beds were comfortable. Extra bedding was in the closet. I was cold one night and had to grab an extra blanket.We were no more than a 3 minute drive to all kinds of food. We walked to the beach and the playground a few times a day. The playground and splash pad were amazing. My grandson spent many hours at both of them. The beach itself is OK for getting a tan ,but not great for a kid wanting to catch hermit crabs. When it is low tide you can walk out a ways, but the bottom is mucky and our water shoes kept getting sucked off out feet and there are too many broken shells to walk with out water shoes. SO we went to Cape Cod beach for a day. When it rained we went to Boston for a day. If the beach were all sand then I would rent this house every year! Still might since Cape Cod is not that far away.Great house if you do not mind a OK beach.
