Rooms very very clean. Staff was accommodating and very friendly. Great location and convenient location for my needs while in AZ.
It would be great if they had some kind of rewards system.
5.0 / 10.0
No breakfast, just coffee. Nice staff although one couple stood by the front door making out and dry humping. Should have told them to get a room.
Overpriced and there was trash strewn about outside. Not very attractive architecture. Couch was soiled and worn.

What Breakfest ?
TV did not work and the room was not cleaned up on the second day
also the smoke alarm was tape to the wall and not working
7.0 / 10.0
I did not have breakfast at the motel. I left before breakfast was served.
The TV uses streaming/Wi-Fi (not cable) and as a result it hung up almost constantly making it totally unwatchable.
The floor around the beds was also in need of attention as there was quite a lot of dust/debris gathered at the edges of the bed frames.
The gap around the door was also quite large and resulted in noise and cold air making its way into the room. We tried turning on the heat (using the wall-mounted A/C unit) and it was so dusty and dirty it caused the smoke alarm to go off. We had to shut-off the heater and open the door to let out the dusty/smoky air. This made the room colder!

There's no gross carpet in the rooms, which I think is a big positive. The room was pretty clean. Old furnishings but that's not a big deal. The bed was fairly comfortable. The location is great, lots of shopping and restaurants close by. But, that also means it's a very busy area and noisy with traffic. There is no breakfast which wasn't a huge deal because so many restaurants close by. We never got close to the pool.
The wifi NEVER worked. Nothing the guy at the front gave us matched what showed up when you look for wifi. Tried the password he gave us on anything close but none worked. Went to shower in the morning and no hot water. I stood there shivering for 5 minutes and finally gave up and washed my hair in cold water. By the time I rinsed the conditioner out it had finally gotten warm. So, if you're showering early, it takes a long time for the hot water to get to you.
If you can get this hotel for under $70 a night, it would be okay because you wouldn't expect much. It's not horrible, but for $160 a night you expect better. Phoenix is overpriced and so busy on weekends that they can charge 3 times what a room is worth. It was in a great location for what we were doing and nothing nearby was a reasonable price so went with it hoping it would be okay. There's a lot of contention with the staff, yelling and complaining, rooms being given to guests even though they hadn't been cleaned yet. There are obvious staffing problems. It's an old property. Our door was pitiful, huge gap under and smaller gap on the side. Lots of light coming in and didn't seem secure. Even though the room was clean there was one weird thing. There was a sanitized paper seal on the toilet, but when I took it off, the toilet was stuffed with toilet paper. So much that I was worried it would clog when I flushed it. It didn't look soiled, but rather like it had been used to wipe the toilet clean.

It was OK
Nothing personal really could’ve used a little more cleaning the stair steps when I went barefooted blackened or feet around the pool needs power washing . Whoever painted the trim in the rooms Did a lousy job really noticeable to people the remodel it’s OK I like the floor in the tile that is a hunt there for somebody older to trip on

the location was close to where I wanted to be and lots of stuff to do…pool was nice
the hotel is pretty Sketch …lots of weird activities and our room smelled like pot the whole time we were there! Sheets, pillow cases and blankets were stained.

The motel is adjacent to a large shopping mall and there are plenty of restaurants in the area. Sink was clogged but Maint staff corrected immediately. Pool was clean and AC worked well.
It was not a hotel but rather an old Comfort Inn motel. The bed sheets were stained and some of the towels had holes in them. No breakfast only a small coffee machine.

The location is good. Front desk friendly.
The facility is a little dated.

Didn't eat breakfast as I didn't know they served it. Room was clean and comfortable.
