We were looking for a simple, inexpensive place to stay for a quick, spontaneous mother-daughter weekend and this place was perfect. Everything we needed.
8.0
The property was as advertised and perfect for my son and I. It had easy access to the bus and Four O’Clock run coming back.
My only concern were the hot tubs, one was extremely dirty with green water and was not marked as such, so when opening it, we were in for a surprise.
Other than the hot tub everything else was pleasant.

perfect location. would have been nice to have 2 dining chairs — for my college kid and me. bed comfortable. daughter slept in couch with no complaints. it is small but that was advertised. no issues finding parking. a cleared space by hot tubs to put towels/personal items would be useful but tubs were nice. easy to get to and from mtn. a few tupperware containers would be great to store leftovers but kitchen stocked well. loved having a moose calf nap by the picnic table during our visit.

It was amazing and we loved where we stayed! It was just perfect for two of us, one on the pull out couch and one in the bedroom :) Thank you! -Samantha & Angie!

Good value and location

Small space without lots of extras - but two things that matter a ton for skiing: 1) location (great, can walk to bus or long walk to gondola). 2) hot tubs!
10.0
Great location to Main Street and easy walk to gondola. The condo was very clean and the management company is responsive and gives easy instructions for the whole process.

The unit is great, exactly as pictured, spotlessly clean and very well stocked. Had some issues reaching management on a holiday Sunday, but otherwise was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Would recommend.

This was an excellent unit for my trip to Breck! Nice clean unit that included everything I needed. Preparing for my stay I made a couple inquiries that were answered very promptly. Would definitely enjoy staying there again.

I was looking for a cost effective weekend getaway and this fit the bill. It was better than expected. Although I was by myself it would be perfect for my girlfriend and I. If you have more than two people ot would be tight. Clean comfortable and everything you need for a long weekend. While it isnt technically ski in/out, the four o'clock run brings you to the back doorstep and it is a one minute walk to the bus stop to get to the lifts. The hot tubs are a greay way to end the day. I have seen people complain about early check-in and check out. Why? The times are posted and there are hundreds of things to do if you have spare time. They give you plenty of info on where to park etc. Park in the Gondola lot and go skiing while you wait to check in, I did!

Room was said to sleep 4 there was a pull out sofa with a sheet and one small blanket not equipped for 4 people. One guest ended up leaving from our party to find somewhere else to stay.

I was glad to be on the second floor end(less noise). The TV service offered NO movie channel and very few other channels.

My sister and I stayed here for a few days in September and we just loved it! Since it wasn’t ski season we really enjoyed how close we were to downtown. There are so many adorable shops, restaurants and bars all while surrounded by nature. Location is perfect for walking and getting to some great trails! I highly recommend staying here! The cabin was small but had everything we needed, a cozy bath, kitchen and living room space.

Nice place to stay and clean
This unit is very nice and clean. Good size kitchen and newly remodeled bathroom. Good location. The only reason for four stars instead of five is because the mattress on the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. I’ve stayed in several places on this trip with sofa beds, and I know that they are uncomfortable, but this mattress had especially hard springs sticking up all over, and it had a big dent in the middle. If the mattress were to be replaced, I’d give it five stars.

SPRING SKIING GETAWAY
Great unit. Smaller than expected compared to other units I've used at Breck. Mostly loved unit and location. A little disappointed there was no dishwasher but that's my fault for assuming there would be one. Overall great unit.

I’ve stayed at this unit multiple times. It is quiet, well furnished & stocked, and has plenty of shelving and hooks. Though it has a bedroom and a sofa bed, it is more suited for a couple or two singles. Four would be a bit crowded. The double bed is comfortable, with plenty of pillows and blankets. The couch is great for a quick nap. The ottoman has wooden tops you can use to change it into a makeshift coffee table. The location is great, a short walk to the Black bus route. But you almost never need to since Ski Country Resorts provides an on-demand shuttle. It’s also a 5-minute walk to Main Street, although coming back you’d be walking uphill for a long block. Coming from sea level, I’d get slightly winded.

This is a small but adequate unit for two. Nice view of 4 O’Clock run through the pines and plenty of sunshine throughout. End unit means a quiet stay. We skied back to the unit via snow covered street off Four O’clock. Bus in the morning is an easy 2 blocks on level ground. No issues with parking or check-in, check-out. Would stay again.

We stayed in Unit 8D. Location is outstanding, overlooks the creek, quick and easy walk to Main St. Unit is small, perfect for 2 people though. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast. Bed was comfortable, shower was nice and hot. Overall, great experience and we look forward to going back.

I’ve stayed at Park Meadows 8D half a dozen times over the last few years. The unit is showing noticeable deterioration. Simple things too — chairs are rickety, towel racks loose from the wall, bathroom sink drains slowly, bath tub stopper no longer works, clothes hangers down to 2. Little annoyances for sure, but possible signs maintenance hasn’t been up to par.

Perfect for the price
Location was Just what we needed close to town, walkable to restaurants. Skied in at the end of the day. The kids loved the game room, gave them a chance away from adults! The unit was smaller than expected but honestly we didn’t mind that. Very cozy!

Tight Quarters
The rooms are tight and the beds are smaller than thought. The pullout couch was extremely uncomfortable, but the bed in the bedroom was great. The shower was awesome. Everything in the condo worked, and was as expected.

Perfect size for a couple visiting Breckenridge.
Place was exactly as described. Small and perfect for our needs which was a place to rest after a day on the mountain. We visited beaver run and whatever the peak 8 resort was.. and I am super glad we stayed here. There's a Breck free ride bus pickup and dropoff 100 yards from the property so you dont need to drive with all your gear. Downtown is walking distance if you want or a few minute drive. Parking worked out no problem for us. Cool commons room, maybe y'all can replace the pool sticks before we come back but not a big deal.
Long story short, we will be back.
