Well located close to centre and sights. All worked well apart for poor wifi signal which kept dropping out.

The floors were old, warped and chipped. It looked like there had been a flood. The shower tiles were broken & moldy. The shower leaked onto the floor every time we used it. We had to put towels along the tub to prevent leaking. The apartment was on a busy corner so we were woken up by noise all night. The location was close to everything, which was good. I would not recommend this apartment. We have rented all over the world & this was the worst place we ever stayed.

We wanted to rent a nice apartment for our holiday in Dublin and that's the reason why we chose it. Unfortunately it didn't. Online there were really nice pictures: a comfortable living room, a spacious bathroom with a nice shower. Indeed we had the smallest bathroom we have ever seen in our entire life and a claustrophobic bedroom! Would you like to take a shower? Please don't try doing it early in the morning, you would get all the resident up! Useless to say.. the most noisy! Infact every morning we knew exactly at what time the other residents did it! That's a pity because the apartment location was perfect!

Please, don't trust in the pictures online!

Fantastic stay
My partner and I had a fantastic stay, the office location to check in was easy to find, upon check in we got a very warm welcome from an Irish lad can’t recall his name, check in was fast and effective, the apartment was lovely, clean and cossy, the apartment is located in the heart of Dublin City Centre which was so convenient as the shops, buses were in walking distance, I would highly recommend to family and friends, we will definitely be back again

The difference between an excellent accommodation and an adequate accommodation is found in the little things. There were many little things about this home that detracted from potential excellence. In both bathrooms there were broken/hardly working fixtures. Some of the blinds in the bedrooms did not function. The master bathroom was quite moldy/musty smelling, as was the laundry room. The place was generally inadequately stocked for travelers (e.g., no hand soap, no laundry detergent, very few dishes/cooking utensils). This was disappointing for us, as we had hoped to cook more at home. As a traveler's accommodation, I would suggest attending to the little details that make the house a home.
The apartment itself was in a good location for our 4 nights in Dublin. However, it is a fair walking distance from city centre. We found the area itself quite nice - restaurants, bars, and grocery stores - and took in a lot of what it had to offer.

Adequate Lodgings For What We Paid and Expected

At first glance, this property is fantastic. However, once we settled in, we realized there is a lot left to be desired.
First off, finding the rental office, which is 15 minutes away in the north of Dublin, was rough. Once we arrived there, we were informed that the free parking advertised on HomeAway had to be requested ahead of time (which we were never told) and wasn't actually free. The only thing they had to offer us was parking in a garage 15 minutes away. Therefore, we ended up paying out the nose to park our two cars in a garage near the apartment. Additionally, the office gave us little guidance in finding the apartment. It ended up taking us 30 minutes wondering around in the rain between buildings that all look exactly alike to find the actual apartment.
The apartment is bare bones. Period. The kitchen barely has enough to cook even the most basic of meals. They only provide one bath towel per person. No wash cloths for bathing or washing dishes (we had to purchase these ourselves). The furniture throughout the apartment is run down and uncomfortable and the free wifi only works if you in the living room.
The location is okay; a good 15-20 minute walk from the heart of the city. Although I will say this area of town was nice with good restaurants and a very convenient grocery store. However, for the price, I would have expected more. During our three week holiday in Ireland, we stayed in four different places. This apartment, by far, was the most expensive as well as the most unimpressive.
If you're visiting Dublin, I would recommend that you stay somewhere south of the city center near the Luas (their tram system). The price difference in apartments more than makes up for what you will pay in Luas tickets and I am sure you will find a much more impressive apartment or B&B to stay.
