About this house rental

The Napa Valley Getaway is centrally located in Old Town Napa. Licensed with the City of Napa permit # VR21-0003. A short distance (half mile) from the center of town where you'll enjoy fine dining at five-star restaurants, wine bars, music venues and shopping!

This lovely updated home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a spacious living room, open dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The beautiful backyard includes a gazebo and hot tub.

After a day of wine tasting or shopping, you can enjoy a relaxing soak in the hot tub or barbecue with family & friends in the private backyard. A table is set up under the covered gazebo so you can enjoy the mild Napa Valley weather, sharing meals with your guests or a quiet morning cup of coffee!

Easy access to Highway 29 and Silverado Trail where most wineries and vineyards are located where you'll enjoy the mustard blooms in March/April, beauty and mild weather of Spring/Summer and the wonderful smells of grapes being harvested and the vibrant colors of Fall!

Napa Valley is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or fun with friends and family, a wonderful place to escape and enjoy an adventure in wine country!

We love our little piece of paradise and we know you will, too!

With the current pandemic we have an enhanced cleaning procedure before each guest.

We enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient location - easy walking distance to restaurants and downtown. House was clean, comfortable, well-supplied, and had the perfect communal spaces for group meals, game nights, and hanging out. Property manager was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a 2-night stay while visiting the Napa region and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute and very central house. It was very clean and spacious as well as walking distance to the downtown shops, restaurants and wine rooms. Would highly recommend!

My friends and I loved staying in this home! The host was very helpful, kind, and accommodating. He had everything we needed already in the home. It is really close to downtown Napa, which was perfect for being near all of our activities. I would definitely recommend staying here! :)

We stayed here and met a couple friends for a Napa Valley trip. It was a great rental. The space was nice and clean. Our only disappointment was that we saw the coffee maker and forgot to bring coffee. Good thing there is a Starbucks and Dutch Bros nearby!

Perfect size and location for our group of 6 adults! Check in was easy breezy and house was perfectly clean. The "owner" was even nice enough to leave us fresh strawberries and a bottle of wine!

Over all the place worked well for what we needed we ate from Napa and came home for a family wedding so we probably spent more time at the house then some one on vacation things were sparse and the furniture was not comfortable at all so spending time at the house with family was a little hard.the property worked it was just a little high in price for the finishes and home it’s self it worked it was clean and cute

We really enjoyed the stay. There was a welcome bottle of wine, which was great after delayed flights and drive from airport. House was clean, comfortable, with well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying here. It was clean with plenty of towels and seating for a larger group. The location was perfect as it allowed us to spend time in Calistoga, Sonoma, and Napa without going far out of the way. I would highly recommend this place!

Great location, and beds were comfortable. When we arrived the first night it was a little chilly we noticed the back door window was open so we shut that. Also the bathroom toilet seat is missing bolts so be careful not to slide off the seat.

This house was perfect for our Napa getaway. The house was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable. It rained most of the time we were in town so we didn’t get to enjoy it, but the back yard was very cute. The location of the house was wonderful. We were able to get to all the restaurants downtown has to offer within a few minutes, and highway access to get up to all the wineries was incredibly easy too. I would highly recommend this house, and would definitely stay again.

This property was cute, clean, and perfect for our girls weekend getaway. The property is only a half-mile from downtown Napa which makes it easy to get around by foot if you do not have a vehicle. The property manager was kind enough to let us check in early and was very prompt with communication. Great vacation rental if you’re looking to be in the heart of downtown Napa!

Had 5 adults stay here over New Year's - property was clean and spacious - could fit all of us around the table or in the living room. We were able to cook several meals in the well-stocked kitchen (they even have spices available) though we ran the dishwasher a lot as there were plenty of extra wine glasses but no extra plates and mugs. Hot tub was tight for 5 but easy to use during our stay! Parking on street and navigation in general were very easy, and check-in and check-out were a breeze with basically no housework tasks!

We had a lovely stay here. It is a small cottage, but nicely done, and close to downtown Napa as described. I would say it is not intended as a 5 star place, but a very comfortable way to start and wind down after a day of tasting!

So happy to have found this quaint and comfortable home close to downtown. Spacious kitchen with all the amenities you would need for a relaxing getaway. We enjoyed the BBQ, sitting outside and also took advantage of the jacuzzi. It was a perfect setting after our wine tasting adventures.

The perfect place for a college BFFs/ women’s getaway! This adorable house presents as a sweet historic home with clean, simple decor that invites relaxation. The kitchen is great for cooking meals if you want a break from dining out. Beds are super comfy. The backyard is private, and the hot tub is perfect! The pretty tree-lined street is quiet and location great- 15-20min walk to downtown. Just a few steps away is a great taqueria and market that has a little bit of everything, as well as several massage spas. We took a $25 Uber to Yountville but otherwise walked to and all over downtown Napa, and hopped across the street for massages. Highly recommend this VRBO home for a Napa getaway!

The location of the house was very convienent to the winieries, restaurants and shops. The house was perfect for 5 adults. Corner lot and very clean. Each bedroom was a good size. James, the manager was very responsive to us to our needs and issues. I would recommend this place.

What a great place to be our base for Napa. Clean and super easy to work with James. Easy in, easy out and nothing to distract us from enjoying every minute of our Napa stay. James even sent along a few of his personal favorite eating spots. Totally enjoyed our stay.

Stayed in home with a group of 7 and it was perfect size! It’s a quick 10 minute walk to downtown shops restaurants and tasting rooms. Cute backyard too for post-winery hangout. Highly recommend

We really enjoyed staying in this house. It had plenty of space and was very clean. We loved soaking in the hot tub each evening. The best part was being able to walk to downtown Napa and the river for dinners :) We would stay here again!

I loved this place to stay! This was the perfect place to start and end a day of tasting. We had a great time having a glass of wine in the evening or cup of coffee in the morning in the backyard. It was beautiful and they have a wonderful old “fairy tree!” It was so relaxing!! Also, one of the best checkouts ever. Easy to accomplish list that doesn’t feel like you’re spending hours cleaning. Hot tub was a nice bonus! Few tips: toiletries aren’t labeled so bring your own if you’re sensitive and there is a lot of tea options but bring some coffee!

We could not have loved our Napa trip more. This house was adorable and the perfect spot for three teachers celebrating the end of the school year. Walking distance to downtown and very comfy beds! We hope to stay at this house again.
