About this apartment rental

Our conveniently located unit is nestled between the Aspen forest and San Miguel River on the East end of town. It is an easy 2 - 3 minute stroll along the River Trail to either Town Park (i.e the festival grounds) or the Gondola and Lift 8, while the center or Town, with its many shops and restaurants, is just 3 short blocks away. All in all, a quiet neighborhood, yet still convenient to all.

The Condo is a 2 br/2ba. There is also a queen size American Leather Comfort Sofa Sleeper in the living room, which are regarded one the most comfortable sleepers around

The condo is an end unit, with an 8 person hot tub just adjacent. The deck looks out directly onto a pond fed by the San Miguel River, while the other side backs up to an Aspen forest and the Bear Creek Trail Head (one of Telluride best and easily accessible hikes). There is Intermediate Ski-in access leading down from Telluride Trail to the Bear Creek Trail head, but this can be a bit tricky to find the first time around.

This was a great location for our group. It was walking distance to the gondola/slopes and I while doubt they can claim ski-in ability, there is a trail that leads right to the condo. The town with restaurants and shops are a short walk and the hot tub is close by. The home was clean and had everything we needed for our week.

Really enjoyed staying in this property. We put our skis on one block from the unit and used the river trail to glide to the gondola which took approximately five minutes. The property is well cared for and had everything you could want including a great hot tub. Thanks for a wonderful stay in Telluride!

We kind of waited to book for a few days in the fall. Turned out we were hitting peak colors. This place is in a perfect location. A main hiking trail is across the parking lot (60 feet), river trail is at the door, and you can walk into to town in minutes. I hit the bakery every day. Unit is nice, had everything we needed. There were a few other places that were a bit less, but this one had it all. Would stay again.

We had such a wonderful time in Telluride! It was our first time there and didn’t know where to stay. We loved this location! There is a view of the river and a walking trail all the way to the lift. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. Everything is within walking distance and some of the best restaurants are very close. Would definitely stay here again. Communication was prompt!

1st time visiting Telluride for the fall colors with our 2 young adult kids and we all loved it! It’s a beautiful condo located close to downtown and the gondola but it’s in a quiet area with a private patio that was gorgeous stargazing in the evening enjoying the fall weather and when enjoying my morning coffee :-) Only stayed one evening and it was well worth it. Would definitely stay again. The choice of sleeping arrangements was great and we greatly appreciated the two bathrooms!! It seemed to have everything you need if you’re staying for an extended period of time. The decor is very modern and cozy. No problems with check in or check out.

To be fair I would rate this condo as a 4.4. Sure was great to work with and it is a convenient place to stay in Telluride. There is no view from the condo as it is a lower level, windows had some mold around trim and one window was broke and very difficult to close. Please realize I can be a tough critic and overall this is a great condo for a family or several adults. It is just plain tough to beat Telluride for a long weekend. We had Thai food at Siam and it was wonderful. Also we like the rooftop bars at the Sheraton hotel and the Last Dollar Saloon. We will be back👍😁

Nice Condo in a great location. Close to the Gondola. Only negative was there was no cable TV. Owner tried to help but it never came on. We weren't watching much TV so not a big deal for us

As you will read in other reviews, comfortable and roomy for our group of 5 adults, clean and convenient. Very nice and well equipped kitchen. Nice fireplace. The hot tub was well located and kept hit. Management responsive. Check in a breeze. Would consider staying here again.

Loved the location, unit was stocked with everything we needed. Lots of games to enjoy with the family. We used the outdoor jacuzzi on multiple nights. Would still there again. The only negative I would say was the mattress in the master bedroom, don’t love the foam mattress.

My husband and I loved this property. Accurate when listing says close to Gondola, trails and downtown Telluride. We parked our vehicle when we arrived and didn't drive it the entire week, except for 1 trip to the grocery store and 1 trailhead that was not within walking distance. The condo was immaculately clean and comfortable. Very quiet too, we didn't hear anything through the walls - except when the hot tub was in use. But that didn't bother us at all. The only thing I would suggest is that the owner consider including the dimly lit stairs leading down to the condo door. We didn't have any problems, but if it's sunny out, you'll need to let your eyesight adjust before attempting the stairs. It would be nice to know about the stairs before you arrive. We will definitely visit Telluride in the future, and would absolutely stay here again!

Loved the location and accommodations. Everything we needed was there, including an outdoor hot tub. Great communication with property owner, thanks for the nice personal touch upon arrival! Prime location for Telluride main street (shopping and restaurants) and gondola access. Bear Creek Falls trailhead is literally right across the condo parking lot. We will definitely stay here again if it's available.

Overall the condo was in a great location, was very clean and was well equipped. The only negative things I would point out was that the condo is one flight down from ground level so lugging heavy suitcases is a little difficult. Also the bottom bunk bed is a little tight for an adult. Bathrooms are clean but need to be updated. All that being said I would highly recommend this place as the location is great.

Condo was in the best location! We could walk and bike everywhere. Didn't love the pond/bog from the balcony as it created a lot of mosquitos. Bunk beds were also tricky with teenagers, mainly because the lower bunk had almost zero head room. But, overall, it was perfect for our family of 5!

Cannot emphasize enough how wonderful this little condo is. PERFECT location, easy/short walk to gondola and main street. The unit is spacious, comfortable, clean. Had a terrific time watching dogs play in the snow in the backyard from the patio. Kitchen is extremely well equipped. Hot tub is magnificent. Everything was simply perfect for us, and I would rent this unit again in a heartbeat. Highly highly recommend!
