My wife and I and our daughter and son-in-law stayed here for six nights while in town for a memorial. The house is small-ish, but very cozy. It's close to everywhere we needed to be in Del Ray and Boca, and in a quiet neighborhood. Parking for our two cars wasn't a problem.
The A/C worked fine and kept the house at a comfortable temperature. All the kitchen appliances are in good shape, and the washer/dryer combo handled several loads.
Although we didn't go to the beach, there are beach chairs and beach toys there, and plenty of extra towels and linen. We didn't use the TV much either, but we did watch a few things on the Netflix account set up at the house.
I would stay here again - compared to other rentals in the area, it's a good deal for a comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood. And the owner was a pleasure to deal with.

My husband and I stayed for a month and couldn’t have been happier with the house. It is small but perfect for us. It was very clean and well equipped for our stay. It’s in a beautiful, safe neighborhood that I enjoyed walking around. It is about a mile away from Atlantic Ave. where all the restaurants and shops are. We would usually walk there and take Lyft back. We did have a couple of questions when we got there and they were answered in a very timely and friendly manner. It’s a wonderful house and fantastic location. I highly recommend it.

The house was located in quiet neighborhood. The train tracks were near but we were away during a day time and not bothered at all. The house was clean and the kitchen was more than fully equipped!! We liked to have own parking space. The yard was nice to sit down and relax.
Definitely come back when we are in the area. Shanti was responsive to our questions and it was nice for Carol to stop by in a middle of the stay to ensure everything was okay. Enjoyed our stay.

The property was perfect for myself, husband and son. We were there for a tennis tournament at ProWorld so the location was perfect for us. Quiet and clean neighbourhood. Very clean house.
The kitchen was well stocked. Not too much countertop space but we made it work.
It was awesome to even find yoga mats available for our use. We found the beds very comfortable but some mind find the mattresses soft. We like soft mattresses.
We really enjoyed the hammock in the backyard and having a parking space for our car.
AC worked great. We were a bit concerned that the house is located quite close to train tracks but we were happily surprised to learn that we could hardly heard the noise from the trains. And they weren't that frequent. It certainly wasn't an issue for us. The windows are very good and seem to keep noise out well. The host was super responsive. When we go back to Delray we will try to stay there again if it's available. Very happy to recommend this place.

First of all Shanti was amazing. Very respectful, hones and friendly. The house was very clean and all the accommodations were exactly as the description says on the website. One of the most important thing is that we felt very safe in that nice neighborhood . If you see any bad reviews about this place, those people are just too picky and/or spoiled. We were very happy and definitely will go back again. Thanks Shanti!!!

We enjoyed a wonderful month long stay! Carol and Shanti are excellent hosts. The house is exactly as described and the large yard offers excellent opportunities to enjoy the weather and relax. Most importantly, the house is a short walk to Atlantic Avenue and restaurants, as well as a quick ride to the beach! We will be back!

Below expectations
Our stay was far from pleasant!! The house is in a close proximity to a railroad and we were woken up every single night, several times a night, with the passing trains. It would have also been good to know that there is a heavy and very loud Construction going on and the house is located at the epicenter of it. The construction starts promptly at 7am every morning and every single day we had to find new ways of getting in and out of the house, not to mention all the dust and noise that went with it!
Now about the house itself. First of all it's very small and very cluttered with very kid unfriendly, sharp-angled furniture. Definitely not a kid-friendly place. Everything is very worn, old and falling apart from cabinet handles to handles on the windows and Everything in between. For those that have back problems like myself and who value their sleep, the mattresses are extremely low quality.
Air conditioner broke during our stay, however the owner was able to resolve it very fast which was good. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by a variety of insects in the house such as cockroaches and moth, lots and lots of moth which explained the strong smell of moth balls! To summarize, what you get is definitely not worth what you pay!! I most definitely do not recommend!!!

Disappointing
Although the house was very clean and the electric appliances in good condition, the beds and the sofa bed are extremely uncomfortable. The mattresses were lumpy and the beds creaked with every movement. Very disappointing!

We had a nice time in Delray at the beach. The house was exactly what we needed and it is conveniently located.

WOW - So clean!!
The property is small but it is exceptionally clean. I can't emphasize that enough - really, really clean. In addition, we liked the proximity of the property grocery stores, downtown, etc. It wasn't walking distance but everything was within a few miles of the property and pretty easy to get to. We would recommend.

Enjoyed our stay
We were happy with stay. House was very clean and exactly as it was shown. Contact with Carol was easy and we didn’t need much help. Wifi was excellent but password was not on back of modem as it said in one communication. Location was very convenient to shopping. The drive to the beach was short but sometimes there is a lot of traffic and parking can be a problem. There is a charge for all parking and there are public lots on the west side of A1A. Did research about parking and it was well worth it. All in all we had a great stay.

Not good
The bedroom sheets and comforters were terrible.... old, dirty and dingy....the living room furniture was the same...very dingy...we were uncomfortable there but had no choice....
We really feel that we should get some of our money back...not sure how to do that? Can you help?

Comfortable stay
It was a nice small Rancho, convenient location a few minutes from the major shopping areas, food, restaurants and even beach by car. Too bad you could not walk to the beach as it would take you 35 min walking and 5 min drive.

Great Stay
We were there for 7 weeks. We loved it. The house was immaculate. Shanti and Carol made sure we had everything we needed. The one negative was that there were not enough places to sit.. The sofa was very comfortable, but you couldn't sit on the 2 chairs in the main room. I would certainly recommend this house to any two people looking for a clean, cozy place. It was very centrally located , and convenient to all the local places.

This property is well kept and very clean.
We spent a week in this lovely home in Delray Beach Florida. The property itself is very clean and well kept. It is a hidden gem and offers the guests a little taste of paradise. The house itself is fully stocked with all the amenities needed to have a comfortable stay. It was very relaxing and felt just like home to me! I will definitely be returning and staying in this home on all my trips to Florida! This place is great for anyone who is looking to spend a relaxing vacation in the sun! Thank you! We will be back soon!

Very Nice House - we enjoyed our stay
The house is very nice - had everything that we needed and was conveniently located to the beach and downtown Delray - just a short driving distance. We were also very close to Publix along with some other grocery and drug stores. We very much enjoyed our stay.

A rocky start
We got off to a rocky start. When we arrived at the property the gate, which was supposed to be left open, was locked so we could not access the lock box to enter the unit. We called the three numbers given to us in the instructions and left messages at each number. We waited half an hour before anyone got back to us. We were disappointed in the outdoor area. There was no outdoor furniture, so you couldn't enjoy eating outdoors. Unfortunately, the outdoor property was damaged by the hurricane. The picture on the website was taken before the damage so was not what we expected. On the bright side, when we expressed our concern to the owner, the caretaker came and cleaned up the property the next morning. The interior has a very well equipped kitchen and was very clean. Carol, the property manager was always available to answer any questions we had. The location is not too far from Atlantic Avenue or the beach, but we would not consider it walking distance unless you are accustomed to walking a mile and a half. The drive to Atlantic Avenue and the Beach is just about 5 to 10 minutes depending on traffic. In spite of the rocky start, we enjoyed our time in Delray. The restaurants are wonderful and the beach beautiful. There is plenty of shopping and many attractions nearby. We picked strawberries, went to Wakodohatchee Preserve which was a wonderful experience, there is a mini golf course nearby and a diner around the corner. All in all it was a pleasant vacation. A special "thank you" to Carol!

As advertised
Shanti's home was clean, cozy, and overall met our expectations. The week we were there was not ideal weather wise- some of the coldest weather there in 8 years!- so we were not able to take advantage of the beach, but it is reasonably close to the beach and downtown Delray. The yard is nice for the kids (weather permitting). Overall a good value for the pricepoint.

Beautiful Home, Nice walk to town.
We had a wonderful time in Delray. This home was decorated very nice and was extremely clean. It is small but it is all we needed, being just the two of. The only thing we could have used was a table and chairs to eat our meal outside. There is a great private side yard that would be nice to have used, but no outdoor furniture there. It was a little further to town than we originally thought, but ended up being a good thing. We walked to town at least once a day and got great exercise. Plenty of amazing restaurants close and the beach is walking distance (about 1.5 miles) if you don't like to walk, there is a free open air shuttle that will pick you up for tips.

Very enjoyable vacation
We loved Delray Beach! The weather was perfect; warm & sunny. The house was beautifully renovated with all new stainless steel appliances, including a stacked washer & dryer. Scattered throughout are several little decorator touches that help make a house a home. We found it quiet and very comfortable. The trees and greenery surrounding the property adds to the overall ambiance. The location is very handy to restaurants, shopping and the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would recommend it to everyone.

Clean and neat bungalow
The house is a nice size, in good shape and everything is provided. Atlantic Ave., the main drag for restaurants and shops is several blocks to the north and there's also a busy commercial area just a few blocks south (including Trader Joe's, etc.) All in all, a very comfortable stay.

A Hidden Gem!
This home is absolutely beautiful and truly captures the essence of paradise. It is situated a few minutes from Atlantic Avenue, where you can grab a bite or indulge in fine dining! The beach is also only a few minutes away! Definitely convenience at its finest. We were very pleased with the charming layout of the house. The kitchen is fully stocked and provides all the necessities as if you are right at home. There is a wonderful front and back yard with a variety of tropical plants and trees, which gives you that hint of paradise. One thing that I truly appreciated was the fact that this home was spotless and extremely clean! Also the owner replied promptly to all emails and questions. 5+ Stars! I will definitely be staying here again next when I vacation in Delray Beach.

Perfect Home!!
This home is incredibly cute and amazingly clean. It is exactly as listed and had everything we needed for a comfortable week in Delray Beach. The air conditioner works like a charm, the beds are comfy, there are plenty of linens and a well-stocked kitchen. It is not far to the beach or shopping and restaurants, and the free Downtowner taxi service is awesome. The owner replied to my emails promptly. We will definitely rent this adorable home again when we come back to Delray Beach!

Great little house close to Atlantic avenue
I rented the house while on a business trip so my criteria maybe different from vacationers. The house is very clean and well equipped. It is on a quiet street. Overall it is a good quality stay at a very reasonable price!! Just make sure you read Shanti's instructions regarding how to get the keys and the fact that the driveway is on the cross street :-)

A Lovely Slice of Paradise.
My wife and I along with our two boys ages 10 and 5 went down to Del Ray for 7 days. Having never been to Florida I really didn't know what to expect. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by ease of which we found the house which was situated just 10 min. from main interstate highway (I-95). The cute little bungalow was nestled in a very quiet resedential area which it turns out was only a 5 minute drive from the beach and the main strip of Atlantic Avenue which consisted of an amazing variety of restaurants and bars . Also only minutes away was a couple of strip malls that had a large chain grocery store, an LA Fitness, a pharmacy and a couple of fast food places. In other words we were very close to all major amenities. Which leads to the fact the house it self although a bugalow felt like we were staying at our house. The house was newly renovated, modern, clean and quite roomy even for the four of us. After a long day spent at the beach it was very nice to come back to the house and just relax on the couch watching the TV on the flatscreen. Having a full kitchen added to the homey feel of the place. Another bonus was the fully stocked linen closet that was packed full with huge fluffy bath towels and beach towels. There were beach chairs and boogie boards that were already supplied at the house. The beach itself was very accessible in terms of parking and actual space on the beach. The water and shoreline ran seemingly endlessly in both directions. We would get to the beach daily around noon it was never crowded and we could easily find a spot to hunker down for the afternoon. The water was warm and super clean. It also was shallow enough that even our 5 year old could freely go into the water and get hit by the waves and splashes of the tide without us worrying too much. Needless to say the boys enjoyed themselves immensely and for them was definitely the high light of the trip. The salt water and ocean air was very theraputic and relaxing.
Being near the interstate we were able to travel up and down the coast. Ft Lauderdale, Boca Raton, Palm Springs even Miami was at most anywhere between and 10 to 30 minute drive. While there for all our shopping needs we really enjoyed Saw Grass Mills mall in Sunrise, a huge modern mall and for the kids there was the Xtreme Action Park in Ft. Lauderdale that had go carts, bowling and an arcade. The Museum of Science was also cool for the kids.
All in all it was a wonderful stay and we will be back.

I booked this location for my bachelorette Weekend. It was in a great location. The home it's self is very clean and beautiful. It was a very convenient check in and check out. The amenities are up to date. We had a great time.

We had an amazing 1 week stay at this beautiful house in Delray Beach Florida. The house is very clean and well equipped with everything needed to ensure your vacation goes smoothly. The owners have a huge front lawn and back yard, with various types of tropical plants. The area is ideal because it is minutes away from the beautiful beaches and the famous Atlantic Avenue. We were able to walk to Atlantic Avenue for dinner or afternoon lunch and the atmosphere and people are the nicest I have ever met! The host is very easy to contact and ensures that the guests are well taken care of! 5 plus stars for this property!

My stay at the house was immensely enjoyable as the house was exactly what I needed to do some thinking & writing. The multitudinous green shrubbery around the big lot was a joy for my eyes; the singing birds woke me
up each morning. During my stay, each morning the sun greeted me with a smile. The house is a perfect picture
of peace & quiet being on the corner lot. The whole neighbourhood was silent as a mouse. All day just a few
cars passed by. The house itself is well-equipped with everything you need to do some cooking, down to a potato peeler:). I highly recommend this cute house for people of all ages, single or married or with kids(there are toys for kids). It is a walking distance to restaurants & shopping & the ocean.

We really enjoyed our stay at this very clean, neat and well-equipped home. It was perfect for our needs of being able to make meals and relax, but yet be close to restaurants and stores in minutes. It is also very close to the major routes to go north or south. We traveled a lot to see family, and were happy to have a nice welcoming house to come back to. Thanks for sharing your lovely home with others! Sandy and Larry

This was our second stay at this beautiful house. We had everything what we needed and much more. The house is very clean, well maintained, and also has a very modern look. We will definitely be going back to this great place again. The views are very nice and the location is excellent. The restaurants, beach, stores are all walking distance. The neighbors are very friendly and quiet. There are a lot of opportunities to enjoy your stay with everything around. It is a very peaceful and safe area. The coconuts were amazing from the palm tree in the front yard. I highly recommend this vacation home for anyone!

This was our first time in the Delray Beach area. We had the most wonderful stay at this lovely house. Quiet neighbourhood yet close to everything: shopping, restaurants, beach, and whatever we could have wanted was all really really close. House was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will be coming back to this house and Delray Beach and will be recommending to all of our friends.

I would recommend this home to anyone. We had a wonderful stay with absolutely no issues. The home was very clean, nicely decorated, and well equipped with anything you would need for your trip. We have two small children and were so happy to find a bin of toys, booster highchair seat, and a couple of things to play with on the beach! This came in very handy as we didn't have to go out and buy anything. The home provided plenty of space for the four of us and the kids loved that the park was around the corner with a playground. Location is great as its convenient to the beach, Atlantic Avenue, and a shopping center (with public, fresh market, IHOP, and more) is three seconds away. Plus, there is lots to do in the area. We visited the Lion Country safari one day and thought it was simply amazing!!! Most importantly, the owner of this home was very responsive to all of my questions and made the rental process a breeze and stress free. I highly recommend this rental!!!

This house really worked out perfect for us. I came down to Delray Beach for Work and Pleasure trip. I was able to work from this home with no problem. Then, because of the location, we were able to go to the Beach very quickly. We also liked Atlantic Ave and had dinner at restaurants there, on multiple occasions. We were very close to shopping for anything we needed to stock up on. The house was very cozy and I would recommend it to anyone.
