About this house rental
Lovely single story home built in 1962, remodeled completely 2014. As the photos show, the bedrooms are spacious with the Master suite privately tucked on the kitchen side of the house. Master bath with huge shower. Original terrazzo floors in the living room and 2 guest bedrooms with beautiful porcelain tile throughout the rest. King bed in the Master and twins or king in the second bedroom and a queen-size bed in the third. Guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/ shower combination. New kitchen totally outfitted for your convenience. Super quiet dishwasher, large refrigerator/ freezer, pots and pans galore (if you want to cook), and ample storage for your vacation provisions. Florida style lanai dining area and seating at the kitchen bar/ counter. Large living room with a bay window. 50-inch Flat screen tv in the living room, 42 in master, and 32 in the 2nd bedroom and 40 in the third bedroom all with Xfinity wifi streaming through Roku in Guest mode. Washer and dryer for your convenience. Enough bedding and towels (even beach towels) so you won't wash much. Siesta Key beach is a short drive away, but, if you like, you can enjoy the outdoors out back on the patio. 600 square feet of deck and a beautiful swimming pool with sun shelves. Gas grill ready to go with comfortable seating around a large table with additional recliners and chaise lounges.
The limit of guests on the property is the booking amount of persons, this reflects our "No Events or Parties" house rule. If more people are on the property at any time than the booking reflects, the damage deposit will be withheld.
In addition, only two (2) vehicles are allowed on the property unless arrangements are made before booking. There is no on-street parking allowed. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the vehicle owners expense.
There is one only recorded surveillance camera in use outside the front of the house facing the driveway and the front door.
The limit of guests and vehicles, along with the surveillance camera is to ensure the safety and quality of experience for our guests and also to be sure the properties use is in harmony with our great neighbors.

This was my second time staying at this property and it will not be my last!
Well worth every penny for the location. Access to grocery stores nearby, malls that are minutes away and the downtown siesta key area is a 10 minute drive.

I don’t know where to begin. Tina and Robert were fantastic! We drove down from Missouri through the start of Hurricane Debby and they went out of their way to send links for road/driving conditions and the track of the storm. We arrived in the early morning hours, stayed in an hotel then spent the day driving around checking out how town had changed since our last visit. We arrived over an hour before check in and they had no problem meeting us early to let us in. The home is fantastic. We felt right at home and we all loved the pool! The house is stocked with Everything you would have at home but food and personal hygiene items. They supplied sunscreen, aloe Vera, towels, beach toys, and pool toys.If you are a reader, they have a wonderful selection of books for you to enjoy while you visit. This house has it all and the owners are very friendly and take great pride in this property. We will stay here again the next time we visit! Thank you so much for allowing us to rent this for the week!

I stayed here to celebrate my birthday and being in remission!! When I say this house exceeded my expectations for cleanliness don’t do this home justice !! It was immaculate and perfect for me and my friends !! Great way to spend vacay at the pool all day relaxing and have ALL the amenities of home. Plenty of shopping and things to Idk in the area. If I could give this house a 10 I deff would !!

If we were allowed to give more than five stars we would. Location was perfect. The inside was very comfortable and the outside with the large pool, gave us a great way to begin and end every day. Everything was thought of by the hosts. We would definitely book again on our next stay in Sarasota.

This is a beautifully maintained property with meticulous attention to details that enhanced our stay. We kept wanting to just "come home" from our day trips to spend more time relaxing in the lovely backyard. It's not fancy or elaborate but this home is filled with simple pleasures.

Tina and Robert met us at the house for a quick tour! They are extremely friendly and were very thorough for our needs! The house is immaculate and had everything we needed; they anticipated our needs so we had all we needed ! The pool is the perfect size and heated! We’re 15 minutes from Siesta Key! We found a farmers market that was amazing, Just wished we had more room in the car to carry back more groceries! Next time we’ll only bring a couple of outfits because they do have a washer/dryer! Highly recommend this place!

Our stay was amazing! The house is extremely clean, plenty of cutlery, towels, has everything you need! The backyard is beautiful with plenty of room and comfortable seating along with a large and warm pool! The owners take pride in their house and it shows. The house is close to Publix, Starbucks and other shops as well as a 10 minute drive to Siesta Beach. We will be back!

If you are looking for a great place to make new family memories well look no further because this house has it all! From start to finish everything was perfect. The home is absolutely stunning and has everything you need. The owners were so kind and supplied wine, fruit, coffee, sugars and creamer for our arrival. They were also so kind to supply paper plates, toilet paper, paper towels and plastic cups. All the little details really made a huge impact. They thought of everything to help make us feel at home. The beds and pillows were so comfy that I forgot I wasn’t at home. The kitchen was meticulous and comfortable to cook in. The real show stopper was the outside pool area. We enjoyed starting and finishing everyday in the pool. The temperature was perfect! The sun shelves were a lovely touch although they will snag your bathing suits so be mindful of that. You can really see how much the owners love this property when you see all the details in this home. Our family couldn’t have been more comfortable. We all hated to leave this beautiful property. We are all so grateful for the new memories we created.

We had a wonderful stay! House was very clean! The location is great! The pool and patio area was very nice as well! Our older children loved swimming every night after we returned from the beach! Tina and her husband met us at the door - gave an informative quick tour of the house and it was obvious from the beginning that we have a beautiful home to enjoy for our vacation!
They provided fruit, coffee and creamer and bottle of wine - simple but thoughtful essentials after a day of travel !
To say this house is orderly and clean is to say very little !! It’s immaculate!! The pool and outdoor area is spotless with cozy furniture and shade from lovely palm trees!
It’s a great rental for a quiet and considerate family of 4-5 !

I have rented dozens of houses from VRBO but I can say without hesitation that this property is absolutely outstanding. Incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, well-equipped and the pool/relation area is spectacular. The property owner were there upon my arrival and you can tell they take great pride in this property.

The property was immaculate. The host met us at the property and gave us a tour and nearby dinner suggestions. Plenty of towels, warm and clean pool, comfortable and large rooms. The property had been recently remodelled and everything worked perfectly. The host provided a complementary Trader Joe’s bottle of wine with fruit and coffee bag with creamer. They also provided beach chairs, beach umbrella and plenty of beach towels. Easy drive to both Siesta Key and Lido beach. Would highly recommend for responsible adults or family with kids. If you are looking for a “party house” this is not the place.

Property was very nice with everything you need for a week long stay. Robert and Tina were very helpful and answered all of our questions. Tina had the kitchen organized to a T. The beds were very comfortable and the outside patio was very private. Location was close to everything in Sarasota. My only suggestion would be to provide network Tv so you can watch sporting events. Everything goes through a Roku system. I had my own Roku so I started a free one week trial on Fubo so I could watch my favorite college basketball team. Other than that is was perfect. Good value.

We loved the House ! Unfortunately the weather was much cooler than expected which limited our pool time. The House was supplied with all amenities you could ever want.
Suggestions: two ply toilet tissue and a knife sharpener. Otherwise, couldnt have been a better experience !

House was great. Very clean and updated. Comfortable bed. Updated baths with plenty of towels. Updated kitchen with plenty of utensils and high quality pans. Plenty of room to spread out. Great heated pool and plenty of outdoor seating. Felt very safe. Quiet area. Looking forward to returning. Another plus...very close to Yoder's cream pie!! Excellent hosts who put extra effort in for their guest. Thanks for the fruit and wine!!

We just stayed here for 7 nights and it was very comfortable. Very clean and modern and is exactly what the description and pictures show. Plenty of areas to eat and easy to get to Siesta Beach! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if ever back to the area.

Beautifully kept property! Hosts met us on arrival and showed us where everything was and how things worked. They are warm and friendly people who take great pride in their home. The house was perfect for our needs. Comfortable beds, wonderfully stocked kitchen and thoughtful items everywhere- even a filled fruit bowl and bottle of wine on arrival! It’s the little things that make a difference and our hosts added so many little things to make our experience perfect! The backyard and heated pool are amazing! We love staying at a home instead of a hotel. The only complaint was the distance to the horse park, but no fault of the owners. The horse park is in the middle of nowhere and nothing is close to it.

The kicked us out and called the police. They canceled my reservation and will not refund my money. I will be posting a video of the owner screaming and swearing at my family. I will post my review of VIRBO and the con people were who owned the property
