About this house rental

Our home is a the second floor of a very comfortable and recently remodeled duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths and a brand new sleeper sofa and sleeps 6 comfortably. We have flat screen smart tv with cable and wifi as well as an AT&T cell phone booster. The beautiful deck with a gas grill and is a steps to the beach. Beach carts are provided as well as beach umbrellas, chairs, coolers, fishing tackle, boogie boards, beach toys as well as plenty of parking and room for a boat trailer. All linens are furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped and recently updated with all new stainless steel appliances and a laundry room is provided. Boating ramp and golf course is located nearby.

This property is a duplex and can potentially be available to be rented as a multi family rental as a 4 Bedroom and 4 Bathroom with two sleeping sofa's that can sleep a total of 12 people.

We loved staying at this house and look forward to staying here again. It is tge perfect location in a quiet residential area with a short walk to the beach. The house was exactly as described, but even better. We appreciated being able to have our 2 small dogs with us to enjoy the beach. Check-in was easy and the owners were very helpful and responsive. Amelia Island is one of our favorite places to visit and this is a place we'll stay at again!

Comfortable house with a very well equipped kitchen, good internet and ROKU/HULU service, and comfortable beds. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes, and the beach is virtually private. The fenced-in yard is great for families traveling with pets.

The property was better than the pictures. The property was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need especially in the kitchen. The area was beautiful quiet and everyone was very friendly. It was close to the old town which had lots of shops and restaurants. Our dog loved the beach and the deer in the neighborhood. We loved getting away from the snow and will probably be back next year. Excellent getaway

Wonderful escape to enjoy the peace and quiet. We love staying here and are always very comfortable cooking, relaxing and enjoying the beach. Great owners and easy to communicate with. Stayed here multiple times and will do so again.

Loved every moment of our stay here. Our service dog was welcomed and happy. My husband and I had a very restful worry free stay at this perfect seaside get away. The location was perfect. And this is a clean well designed vacation stay. We will be back hopefully soon as this is the perfect accommodation for us

Lots to do and see on Amelia Island. The house was in a quiet area with a short walk to beach. Check-in process was smooth and the house was sufficiently stocked with supplies for a comfortable short stay. The house is showing signs of wear and tear. Would benefit from some professional updates and a deep cleaning.

This house was the perfect size for 4 adults, great location to everything. It was a very windy weekend so we did not get to enjoy the porch. If it had been nicer we would have spent all our time out there. Great fenced in area and neighborhood for walking the dog. I would definitely return here in the future !!!

Easy walk to the north beach, which is not crowded. Short drives to beach restaurants as well as historic downtown. Property has everything you would need for a trip to the beach… wagons, chairs, towels, games, etc. Large fenced yard for fur babies. The upstairs unit has a limited ocean view. Owners very responsive. Lots of stairs. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

We had a great stay. Pics don’t do the beautiful inside justice. Short walk to the beach. We loved seeing deer in the early morning and evening. The beach gear (chairs, boogie boards etc) provided was a great asset and added to our enjoyment. Well equipped kitchen. The fenced in side yard was awesome and convenient for our fur baby. We were very comfortable here!!

Cute decor, well appointed has all you need. It is so close to beach and wildlife in a neighboring state park. Was perfect for our family of 3. Great quiet street. Only complaint is the steps to get up to the second floor apt are a little dodgy, and could do with replacing.

The house was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. Kitchen appliances worked well and all cookware and serving dishes were supplied. The beach is a very short walk away. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The condo was true to listing and more. As we walked in there was a beautiful Christmas tree to greet us. It was an Awww moment, that was so welcoming. You can see the ocean from the large back deck. The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms are clean and updated. We had a great time! Loved the place and location. The only thing that could make it better is to have a water filter or Brita for filtered tap water because the tap water has a sulfur taste. And it would have been accommodating to have a small bar of soap in the shower and dish soap for the kitchen sink. We will definitely rent again. Thank you Steve and Lynn Hilker.

We had a nice stay at this home. We initially were bringing our dogs, however, ended up leaving them at home. The location was great, and the property met our needs. I would recommend renting this home to anyone staying on Amelia Island for a visit.
