This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, (accommodating up to 6 people), nicely appointed, ocean view condominium features a small kitchen, air conditioning in both bedrooms and the main room, televisions and DVD players in both bedrooms and the main room, a fold out queen sized couch in the main room, a microwave oven, toaster, full size refrigerator and access to a common washer and dryer on the same floor as the unit.
The common area access includes a covered parking space, two heated swimming pools, several sun decks and an area containing several grills for barbecuing. The building is steps away from the beach.
The only thing you'll have to bring are your linens, bedding and pillows.

What we arrived check in was very easy. Upon getting to our room we found only 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 bathrooms. Contacted owner and more was delivered promptly. Was pleased with the room. Location of property is as advertised. Awesome! Thank you Vito, we will be back.

Perfect. Just steps to the beach.
The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to my messages. We arrived a little early and he was kind enough to let us in the condo.
Some upgrades are needed but overall this property worked out perfectly for our family.

Check in was nice and easy. The beach is right there and they have 2 pools with nice warm water!! Awesome little ice cream place about 2 blocks away, and restaurants everywhere. Quick ride to the boardwalk and water parks. We had a great time!! Definitely a great place for a family getaway.

The condo was located right on the beach. You can see the bay and the beach from the fourth floor balcony, Sunrise Sunset. There are little diners located close by for breakfast luncheon dinner.
The kitchen does not have very many cups and saucers and plates. It has a Keurig coffee maker. It has cable TV. The weather was perfect and we spent most of our time at the beach.

My in-laws stay at these condos every year and we have just hopped on the trend. I can see why they come back every year. The condo was so cute, perfect for a week-long beach vacation. The host was very easy to chat with. This is just seconds from the beach. Don’t believe the last reviews - book the trip. You’ll love it!

Giving this stay 4 stars because the owner is pretty upfront about what it is - near the beach at an affordable price. It was a good space for our family of 4 since we were barely in it. Everything in it is outdated but it was clean enough. Steps from the beach. Convenient access to laundry. This unit could be much better if linens were provided and little things like hand soap and enough toilet paper. Check out instructions would be helpful.

Location was great, buses stop out front all day to take you to pier and boardwalk. Pools were nice, unit was comfortable and spacious.

The owner was quick to answer my messages upon our arrival to the building. I was informed after driving from Ohio to NJ that the larger bed had been upgraded to a King, which required a trip to Wal Mart to buy sheets and laundry detergent to wash them. Upon entry to the rental property, the smell was awful. The appearance was fine, but we could tell filters desperately needed changed and the cloth furniture had absorbed the odor as well. We spent Monday-Thursday with cups of fabric softener all over the rental to try to mask the odor--it didn't help. After 3 nights, we both had major throat and sinus irritation and checked out 1 day early on Thursday instead of Friday to try to prevent coming down with colds and sinus infections.
I challenge the owner to stay there for a few days to address the issues. I had booked the property before the other negative reviews were viewable on the listing.

Just came back from staying at the unit with our adult children. The unit is modest, but good value for the location. It was clean. Two bathrooms are a definite plus, though the kitchen is tiny. A lot of things in the unit could use updating, but everything functioned. There are pillows, but need to bring your own sheets and towels. There were only 3 chairs, which was strange for a unit that "sleeps 6", so one of us had to stand during meals...In short, if you're easy going enough and don't want to spend a fortune for a ocean-view stay, this could be the right place for you. :)

Location was great, but that was the only thing. This place was incredibly dirty, didn’t have hot water for the last 2 days and had visible mold. The worst part is, after I told the owner, he told me “ I should have contacted him earlier “. We not only spent a 193$ on a “ service “ fee. But then spend about $50 on cleaning supplies and had to spend the first days of vacation deep cleaning the unit. We ended up leaving a day early because we could no longer stay there. The smell was so musty, that my brother in law gagged every time he walked in. I could not believe that this place was able to be rented. We ended up sending pictures to the town so they can further investigate.
Not looking for a refund, just want to make sure families who are renting here in the future can see this honest review. I now know why you have to “ pay in full with no refunds “ for this unit.

Overall, this place was a great location and it met our needs as a family. Communication with the property manager was great and the check-in process was easy. The only problem was the cleanliness of the condo. There were animal paw prints on the wall, something splattered on the bottom of the fridge on the outside, and a burnt hotdog was still in the microwave from whoever was there before us. As with any beach rental you expect sand on the floor. However, these floors were so dirty that our feet turned black in addition to plenty of sand. We wore socks inside for the duration of the stay. All of that said, the location was within walking distance to the beach and we liked the laundry option located on our floor.

The location was Great.
The Cleanliness of the property was terrible. We walked in to a musty smell with closets overflowing no place to put personal belongs. The furniture was dirty with silverware in between cushions. My entire family couldn’t believe how dirty the floors were. We brought and had to go buy swiffers to clean the floors. I used an extra large box and floors were still filthy.
The bathroom tubs would not go down, because of all the build up and hair was everywhere on the floors.
I moved the sofa and there was so much dirt and debris. Headboard was falling off and detached. Under the beds were so filthy that my nephew wouldn’t put his hands under the bed to grab a toy that fell. My family has allergies and we struggled all week.
We needed to plug things in and when we found a plug it was obvious it was not cleaned properly.
The location was amazing, but the cleanliness and maintenance of property made me rate it low. We checked in early, but would of rather walked in to a clean property. We didn’t reach out, but once to the property manager. He apologized for any inconvenience, but we still had to clean to feel comfortable.
I normally don’t rate a property so much on cleanliness, but we must of been one of the last stays for summer and cleanliness was not even a priority for the location.

Exactly what we expected
Great location. Condo was nice enough, listening represented it well. It suited our need. Perfect for my wife and I and our college age twins. Second bathroom was really nice to have. Parking was pretty good two. Really liked the property manager lady.

Great location and beach
Came down for a week with my 6 year old ....had a wonderful time overall ....the unit was clean, rooms were roomy , having two bathrooms was a treat!! ....the beach was stunning ....close to the boardwalks , cape may, and grocery stores.....parking was a little annoying because spots are tight and people don't respect the lines .... air conditioning was in every room but struggled to keep heat and humidity down .... we brought our own bedding, dining plates/utensils, coffee , filters and cups, etc. and it worked out well :) thanks for a great time!!!

Nice condo
We really enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean and everything we needed was there. Our ONLY complaint would be that the mattress on the queen bed was very hard. We would rent here again but would bring a mattress topper with us.

Great vacation!
This location was perfect for our family of 5! Short walk to the beach and loved the sunset views from our balcony. The condo was spacious and clean. One of the air conditioners wasn’t working in the bedroom and Vito responded right away and had a new A/C installed the same morning! He was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Property for Families
Upon arrival I reached out to the property owner for access, he quickly responded and told my family to enjoy our stay. The bedrooms and both bathrooms were spacious. Kitchen was small but provided everything we needed. I would say the only negative would be the parking situation for us. We drove two vehicles because of a family of 6 plus all of our luggage. My husband drives a full size pick up truck and I drive an SUV we were only designated ONE parking spot inside the tight parking garage. My husband was told to park on the street which became an inconvenience, and he received a parking ticket.

We loved our stay at this place. Location was great! Place was perfect and we enjoyed our stay. Owner had great communication and even let us extend our checkout time since we had two rainy days. Highly recommend!

This is our 3rd year back in Wildwood and Wildwood Crest area for family summer vacation and this unit is so far the best one that we've been to. So far, all our stays in last 3 years have been a beach front for the convenience so that we don't have to drive or walk too far to get to the beach but this year is the first time we got 2 bedrooms and 2 bath unit.We have 3 children from 10 to 16 yrs old so having 2 baths with shower was a big difference since our family of 5 didn't have to wait in long line to take a shower. It was great to have 2 bedrooms as well so 2 of our older boys sleep on their own in 2 twin beds while my daughter slept with my wife and I in Queen bed. The unit also has pull out sofa bed but we managed to sleep in Queen bed.My wife is a clean freak and she hates carpet. She was pleasantly surprised that this unit did NOT have any carpet because the picture looked like the Master bed with Queen bed had a carpet, but it was wood floor for the bedrooms and kitchen and living room had tiles. It had vacuum and swifer so we swifered the until every day since our family don't like to wear shoes inside the house. That's the reason why my wife hates carpet since you can't see what's inside/underneath the thick carpets.The unit is right around the corner from the elevator and the parking spot is covered spot next to elevator so it's very convenient, especially if it was raining, etc. There's also a coin operated washer and dryer next to elevator so it's very close to the unit.We loved the big size dining table and kitchen was stacked with everything we needed. Based on our last 2 year experience, we also brought our own toilet papers, trash bags, and some other kitchen amenities but this unit had plenty of everything.We also loved the AC units in both bedrooms as well as in the living room. I believe this is one of the rare unit in the entire condo that has portable AC unit in the living room because we didn't see this on the window of other units when walking by.Everything was awesome and we even found a drying rack in the closet, which would have come in handy to dry out beach towels but we didn't see it until our last day.I only wish that the living room was a bit brighter, especially the dining table area but I think this can be easily accomplished by changing the light bulbs to brighter LED bulbs.Oh, and the heated swimming pool was also great after coming back from the beach towards the end of day!

Just what I needed
I took my mother who has mobility issues to this property. The condo was close to the beach and better yet right by the elevator so she didn't have to walk far to come and go from the condo. I would definitely stay in this unit again. Vito was great and the condo was clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful week at the shore. Fantastic property!

Right on the beach
Very nice place. Modern and had everything we needed. The best part is how close to the beach you are. Not to mention a very convenient parking spot steps away from the elevator to take you to the condo with is steps away from the elevator. Whole family enjoyed the stay.

Fantastic location and close proximity to the beach. Great family area. Met all expectations. Did not receive any of the check in or check out instructions- not sure if it was an oversight, but Vito was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. Would stay again.

Great Place for the Family
Vito was quick to respond to every and any message I sent. I greatly appreciated that with all of the unknowns due to COVID-19. The property was clean and the kitchen had all the utensils needed and then some. The location was an easy few steps to the beach. Having to walk alone with four children, I needed a short walk!! The drive to the boardwalk was minimal, as well. The pools on the property were clean and never crowded. We are a laid back group, and this place was the perfect fit for us. We would love to stay again. Thank you, Vito, for allowing us to stay at your place and add on to our summer memories collection.

Location was GREAT! Donna, the site manager was SUPER! Cleaning between visits could be improved.....Unit could use some attention....paint peeling in sitting room, shower liners A/C filters ETC.....
