This spacious, ocean view condo is in the beautiful luxury, gated beachfront resort of Las Mananitas (#1 by Trip Advisor), which is right on the beach of the sparkling clear blue Sea of Cortez. It is an extremely peaceful and quiet, comfortable, well-stocked unit with a semi-private pool about 10 steps from back sliding door. Spectacular, vast, white sand beach is about 100 steps from unit. Views of beautiful Sea of Cortez from living room, kitchen, dining room and bathroom. This condo was completely rennovated in August 2018....new furniture, granite countertops, tile and paint--it's brand new! Enjoy satellite TV (2 LCD flat screen TVs - living room, bedroom) and free wi-fi in this unit which is also fully air-conditioned and equipped with a UV water purification system as well as all amenities consistent with a luxury resort. Spacious master bedroom with huge closet, 2 large dressers, flat screen TV and safe box. Tiled bathroom with very large shower and extra large water heater. Sofa bed in living room can accommodate 2 very small children-not an adult. Large kitchen with long granite countertops, large stainless sinks and full-sized self-clean oven with Ceran glass cooktop, OTR microwave, dishwasher and full-sized refrigerator with ice-maker. Our condo is very well-stocked with plates, cookware, pots and pans, glassware, silverware, cooking utensils, placemats. Washer/Dryer in condo. Very cozy but spacious - over 1000 sq feet. Maid service available on request. Handicapped accessible. Gated community with 24-hour security.

Las Mananitas has 4 beautiful pools with waterfalls and poolside jacuzzi spa as well as swim-up bar and refrigerator for your in-pool use. Professionally landscaped and grounds are always beautiful and immaculate. Activities close by are: golfing, sightseeing, sailing, jet skiing, surfing, fishing, tennis, swimming, windsurfing, kayaking, parasailing, snorkeling/diving, biking, ATV riding, horseback riding and shopping (information in condo to help you plan activities). Located walking distance from large shopping center with premier grocery store (Soriano) which is like a Walmart Superstore, Starbucks, Walmart and new Pescador corridor (great restaurants and shops). Also walking distance from beautiful, quaint San Jose for excellent local dining, night clubs and shopping. $5 bus ride to Cabo San Lucas (20 minutes away) so no need to even rent a car here if you don't want to! My husband and I stayed at Meredith’s condo at Las Mananitas 6/5 through 6/11. It was a fabulous stay. Everything was as described. The semi private pool area right outside the sliding door was so lovely and very private. We enjoyed going to the main pool area, where you have a direct ocean view. The main pool area was never over crowded and well kept. The landscaping and gardens throughout the property are so beautiful. If you’re looking for a quiet getaway to relax and unwind, this is the place. Meredith was so responsive to all our inquiries and a pleasure to work with. We hope to return there soon!

We loved the location, with a pool right outside the door. The cactus garden is lovely and filled with singing birds and the crashing ocean waves all made this a relaxing getaway. Meredith was always available and helpful. The condo is perfect for two people.

Great stay in a quiet and well maintained unit and complex. Some highlights from the unit are drinkable tap water, great blender, sharp knives and a view of the sunrise from the patio. There are several restaurants within a short walk as well as major grocery and an ice cream shop. The clean beach is fantastic for daily walks.

Meredith is an outstanding hostess for a Very Nice property. Everything you need is already here except food and pajamas. Enjoy total relaxation with the pool and ocean right outside your door. We just returned from a fantastic stay at this Las Mananitas condo. We had everything we needed. The condo is so well appointed and has plenty of towels, bedding and everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Meredith was prompt with all communications and I will definitely rent this condo again on our next trip to Cabo.

We really enjoyed our stay at Las Mañanitas in Meredith’s condo. The condo was clean, well furnished, and very safe feeling. Security was present on the grounds at all time with answers to any question and always a friendly greeting. The grounds were beautifully maintained. The grill area was cleaned daily and bathrooms at the pool area were spotless. We also really enjoyed the semi-private pool right outside the condo for late afternoon drinks and a quick dip. Many restaurants within walking distance. We visited Cynthia’s, Tap Room, District MX, La Forchetta and Sardina Cantina and enjoyed them all. We also went to Mass Sunday morning at the town square and enjoyed breakfast at the French Riviera. We took and Uber down and walked back and felt safe and enjoyed the walk. Weather was perfect everyday. The La Comer grocery store is a 5 minute walk with a McDonald’s and a Starbucks in the same area. We took Meredith’s suggestion for airport transportation and it was convenient and punctual both ways. We hope to go back soon and extend our stay, we loved it. Thank you to our gracious hosts for extending their beautiful home to us.

This condo exceeded our expectations. It is spotless and oh so convenient having a pool right outside the door. We came in June and the complex was very empty. Our five day trip seemed to go by very slowly because we were so relaxed in this beautiful ground floor unit. The hostess is amazing and so accommodating— we are going to bring our kids here next. We had an amazing weekend at Las Mananitas. It’s like a resort but at a fraction of the price. Visiting in the off season, there were very few other people and it felt as if we had the entire property to ourselves. There were a lot of good food options in walking distance and downtown was a short Uber ride. The condo was very comfortable and it was great to have access to the beach chairs and towels. Highly recommend!

Family of three from California visiting San Jose del Cabo. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience. Five stars all around!
- Location relative to the surrounding area is perfect. Steps away from an incredible grocery store, services, and fantastic restaurants. Easy onramp to the highway that leads to all the great beaches in the west, and direct frontage road access to the hotel strip and shopping in town to the east. Nothing is more than 10 minutes away.
- Condominium complex property is built like a hotel resort with multiple massive swimming pools/hot tubs, BBQ areas, and a putting green with paths that connect them all, but no crowds! It felt like we had the place to ourselves at times. - Don't forget...you are ON a huge, pristine and low traffic stretch of beach with ultra soft sand that connects to the surrounding community.
-The BEST attribute is your "private" pool just steps from your large outdoor patio. You can see the beach, ocean, and pool in one amazing line of sight while sitting at the table.
- The condo is situated in a protected area, so when the afternoon winds pick up and make the main pool area condos less desirable, you are completely unaffected.
- World class sunrise views from the amazing beach, just a few steps from your sliding glass doors.
- Fully functional kitchen with everything you need.
- Comfortable and user friendly bathroom and shower with great water pressure.
- Tommy Bahama beach backpack chairs with built in coolers, storage, drink and phone holder.
- Washer and dryer in unit! Easy to use safe for cash/passports in unit!

The condo is in a great location. We had the small pool located in front of our porch to ourselves. A large grocery store is located a short walk away. The condo complex is maintained in great shape and has 24 hour security. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic ground floor condo
This condo and description of the grounds are true to the online listing. The grounds were stunning and absolutely immaculate with friendly staff working the grounds.
There are three very large pools with tons of loungers and tables around the bbq areas. The condo was well equipped and we loved having a walk out to the semi-private pools.
Meredith was amazing to deal with. She was easy to get a hold of and responded very quick to emails. We loved every moment and definitely will be booking again.

A return visit to Las Manamitas
This unit lived up to the reputation of Las Mananitas an elegant, beautiful manicured resort. The beach on the Sea of Cotez is broad and with few people. There are several pools for those disinclined to tempt the salt water.
San Jose is safe. Restaurants are close and cater many tastes. Staff is quick to respond to needs and request. Our only regret is that we could only stay two weeks.

It's in the perfect location. You can walk to restaurants and the grocery store. Karla in the office helped with renting a car and scheduled our Covid testing. The grounds are immaculate. We had the pool to ourselves. If you want noise and party time this is not for you. If you want to relax and enjoy your vacation this is perfect. The sound of the waves, walks on the beach what more could you ask for?

The owner was very responsive by email. The property was extremely clean. The pool was truly steps away from the patio and the beach beyond that. We could have used a better pool float (other than noodles) and some beach chairs. There were no games or cards. We left a deck. There were some books. We added to the collection. Karla in the office was very helpful with spa, rental car and covid test recommendations. The whole complex was extremely quiet. We had a very nice relaxing week.

The condo is perfect for two people. Las Mananitas is perfectly located next to the beach, shopping and Tap Deck for pizza. Buses and taxis to downtown San Jose are close by. The property staff is very respectful and helpful. The owner is super responsive.

We love Las Mañanitas. The beach, the pools, the staff, the security, everything was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this unit. It is well appointed with everything you need. My only complaint would be that the mattress was extremely firm. But that’s a personal preference. We would definitely stay here again.

I could have spent the entire plane ride home to Seattle writing about the many things we loved about this Las Mananitas condo! To summarize: THE QUIET, as everyone else has mentioned. Las Mananitas is a large resort with 4 pools. This condo is in a quiet, secluded corner with a small pool that nobody uses. THE LOCATION. It’s a short walk to 2 large grocery stores, several good restaurants, coffee shops, a wine bar, and Urbano stops where you can catch buses that take you into town or up Highway 1, where there are great local restaurants (Taqueria Rossy, Hangman, Guacamayas). There are also many taxis in the area. THE FURNISHINGS. The condo is spacious and comfortably furnished. The bed is very comfortable, and the bedroom stays cool. THE SHOWER! Large with super water pressure. THE SECURITY. The guards keep a close eye on the property and on guests--including asking people to mask up when walking around. (This is a family-friendly spot, not a party spot.) MEREDITH! She’s a great host who quickly answered every question I posed. We booked our 2021 trip before leaving.

A little bit of paradise
This is my fourth stay at this property. It’s a safe and beautifully maintained condo community. This unit is perfect for two. It has everything you need for a short or long term stay. Right outside the door is a lovely small pool so you don’t even need to wander to the main pool area if you don’t want. Very convenient grocery shopping about a block away and great nearby restaurants.
Property owner is great to work with, very responsive to any questions or needs. I will come back again next year.
