Loved our stay with Lisa. Was close enough in town and she was so responsive and easy to work with! Initially we thought we’d have to check in early and she was beyond accommodating! Would stay here again!

We had a great stay at Lisa’s place. It was very clean and had everything we needed for the one night we stayed.

Very cute little mother-in-law suite. Homeowner was kind & attentive, and checked in with me to make sure the room was ok. Separate entrance to unit ensured an extra sense of privacy.
They have a sweet pup that really enjoyed being pet.
10.0
Pros: location, cleanliness, amenities.
Suggestions: Just some little things. Put a handle on the gate. It’s difficult to close from the outside as is.
Move the hanging plant in the bedroom. It makes banging your shin on the corner of the bed more likely.
The Roku remote didn’t work properly sometimes and the streaming buffered badly the first night on Netflix. It worked better when I logged into my Prime Video account. But there was always a lag between the time you press a button and the response on the screen.
Weak stream from the shower head. Consider removing the restrictor from it. Also, it takes quite a while for the water to get hot.
Sorry if this sounds like a lot. We really did enjoy our stay.

This is a lovely cottage located behind the owners' home. The photos were a mirror image of what I saw when I walked in the door, which is not always the case. Everything was very clean and organized and Lisa answered all my text messages very quickly. And, she even brought me fresh picked blueberries from their garden!

My husband and I stayed at the Redwood for a long weekend. We were in town from Philadelphia to celebrate the wedding of a close friend, and built in a few extra days to explore Portland, wine country, and the charming town of McMinville. Everything about our stay was perfect. The Redwood is comfy, cozy, and stylish and the location can't be beat. The hosts were friendly and accommodating to our unexpected late arrival. Highly recommend!

Perfect getaway
We loved our stay at The Redwood! The care, personality, and attention to detail put into the space is clear in every aspect of the space. By far the cleanest short-term space we have stayed in and that bed is honestly the most comfortable EVER. This was a perfect getaway for our anniversary and we will definitely be staying again.

Cute and convenient
Convenient to wine country and the historic district of McMinnville (you'll find some great restaurants there), this cottage is as cute and comfy as the photos suggest - perfect for two. Lisa made the process easy, communicating with us when we were concerned about the wild fires and COVID restrictions. Thanks again for everything, Lisa!

The Redwood
Property was clean. It was just to small for us. It was meant for weekenders, and we were there almost a full week. Things like room to put our clothes... and Kleenex... would have made it better. Also, the mattress just wasn't comfortable.

A rare find - walked in the door and the first thing I thought was ‘wow, this is even better in person’. Super clean, well laid out, all amenities available, and nice coffee to boot. I’m in McMinnville a couple of times a year, and this is worth coming back for.

Wine Weekend
My husband and I loved staying at this property for my birthday! Its proximity to downtown McMinnville and the wineries of the area was perfect. My husband has back issues and usually doesn’t find the mattresses at vacation rentals very comfortable, but the bed here was the most comfortable bed we’ve slept on in a rental property!!! Not only a comfortable stay, but an aesthetically pleasing one too! Great art in unit and cute houseplants. We also loved watching the chickens doing their thing in the mornings! Easy check in, easy check out, and excellent communication. Thank you thank you for the amazing bday stay! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Mcminville Stay
I had a wonderful time staying here! The place was cozy, I didn’t hear any noises from any of the homes and everything was clean. Staying somewhere that's minimalist was nice because the decorations were cute without being overwhelming. Highly recommend staying here, just know the address is slightly off and it will take you somewhere that’s just around the corner from it. (or at least on my maps it was funky)
