About this house rental

Our home is 2.5 blocks to the ocean beach and 1.5 blocks to a bay beach. Enjoy ocean or bay swimming (great for little kids) and watch beautiful sunsets at night. Sit in the shaded patio in the front, or share a meal on the back yard picnic table. Keep comfortable on your vacation with central air, ceiling fans, Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer and flat screen TVs with streaming capability in every room. Our home is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home!

We are available to address any needs you may have before, during, or after your stay. Come be our guest!

Our home has an outside shower and a ground floor "sand room" to keep all of your beach stuff. A large living room, dining area and kitchen are located on the first floor with a bathroom, and three bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the second floor. It's a great setup for families! The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, flatware, coffee pot and kettle, large pots and pans, a crock-pot, blender, grilling tools, glasses and much more! Enjoy cooking inside, grilling outside (new in 2019), or eating out at one of the area restaurants.

This lovely townhome is located on a quiet street in Beach Haven Terrace, and is close to many restaurants (Terrace Tavern Crab Shack, Oyster House & Bar, Roberto's Dolce Vita, the Beach House Restaurant, Ship Bottom Ice Cream, California Grill & Pizza, Howard's Restaurant and more!) and a new Pickleball Court. It's only 1.5 miles from Beach Haven, and access to the Fantasy Island Amusement Park, the Water Park, and many shops and restaurants. Park your car and walk or bike throughout your stay!

Beach Avenue (1.5 blocks away) has a bike lane that takes you to Beach Haven without having to travel on Long Beach Boulevard, if you choose to bike rather than drive. Beach Haven is the largest town on the Island, with many shopping, history, eating and entertainment options. The Wawa is 2 blocks away and the Acme grocery store is 1.5 miles north of our home for any food and supplies you may need. We provide beach chairs and three bicycles for your use during your stay.. The house was exactly as listed and perfect for our family of 4 (2 & 5 yo) plus a grandparent for some days. Everything was clean and had everything we needed for the week. So close to the bay which was great for our kids. Lindsey was a great communicator and always answered all my questions. We would love to come back again.

Everything was fine, exactly as presented. There was supposed to be an extra set of keys, which would have been very helpful, but they were not available. I also did not get details and instructions until the day before our visit. It would have been helpful to have some of the info ahead of time.

My friends and i stayed here for the weekend and loved the space! Perfect location close to great restaurants and bars and walking distance to the beach. Great size bedrooms and was very cozy. 😊

Great location! Close to beach and bay, restaurants and attractions! The house checked off everything you might want or need at a beach house. Spacious enough for a large family. Owners are very responsive and helpful! Will definitely be returning on our next trip to LBI! Thank you!

The property was exactly as advertised! We enjoyed a wonderful week in LBI and the home was perfect for what we needed. The home was clean, had all of the general necessities and was a great location. The property manager, Lindsey checked in during our arrival and stated to reach out if we needed anything during our stay. This was the perfect rental for our week’s beach vacation and we would highly recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was in a great location and providing all the beach toys, badges, wagon, chairs and bikes was great. The beach is about a 5-10 min walk and the bay is 5. Restaurants, pickleball courts and a Wawa are within 2-3 blocks. Only thing I wish was that towels, sheets, soap & garbage bags would’ve been provided. It was a little frustrating to spend that much money and be asked to bring all of that.

This property was exactly as advertised! Lindsey was very communicative and we had everything we needed. My only advice to future renters is to bring bike locks as you never know if the guest before you misplaces them and doesn’t report it. Rookie mistake on my part. Other than that we had a great time and the location was PERFECT!

The home was big enough for our family and was in a great location. You could easily walk to the bay beach for the sunset and the shore beach for swimming. There were also lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Some downsides: We were disappointed with the lack of cleanliness. We knew we had to bring our own linens but the pillow and mattress covers were dirty/stained in the bunk room. We also were woken up by yelling in the morning from the other unit. Overall, it is a great location and we had a good time down the shore.

Lindsey and Nick made the whole process easy from start to finish, letting us get the most fun out of our time in LBI. The home was beautiful and in a great location - exactly what we needed for the four of us (husband, wife, 2 small children). We would absolutely look for this property again for our next visit to LBI!

Our family had a great time at Lindsey's place. It is an easy walk to the bay to watch sunsets at night in a quiet neighborhood. It's across the main road to get to the beach if you're walking, so we ended up driving some days and were able to find easy and available street parking. The house is in a great location to several restaurants within walking distance (including wawa), and the TD Bank & Meltdown ice cream shop are the next street over! The house itself was spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped with all our needs. The one drawback was having to bring our own bedding, but we were well aware of that before we arrived. Lindsey responded to all my questions and her intro email with details about the house for the week was extremely thorough & a great reference for us all week long. We would definitely recommend to friends and family and stay again in the future!
