BEACH BOATING PARADISE is only a 4 MINUTE WALK to PRIVATE, GATED BEACH ACCESS & BOARDWALK with Shower. The home features a PRIVATE HEATED POOL, LARGE BOAT DOCK, 2 KING SUITES, POOL TABLE, PING PONG, FOOSBALL, AIR HOCKEY, BIKES, & BEACH WAGONS. 6 BEDROOMS and 4 FULL BATHS. All Rates are subject to change, until reservations are confirmed by owner and rental forms are executed. Owner reserves the right to cancel, if rental forms are not received within 3 days of booking. Holiday & event rates will be higher with possible minimum stay requirements. The pool is heated very warm to 88 degrees ($360/week optional) Sorry, NO WEDDINGS or RECEPTIONS. Must be a minimum of 27 years old to rent. Family Rentals are preferred. Owner directly manages the home and reserves the right to refuse rental to anyone. Personal Service with no rental agency, Check In Directly at House. This beautiful, waterfront vacation home features a private heated pool, private boat dock, and is located just two half blocks (approx 1350') from the Private Gated Boardwalk to the Beach, on prestigious Holiday Isle. It has over 3800 square feet of living area, with 2 King Suites, 3 additional bedrooms, a bunk room, 4 Full Bathrooms, and a Game Room. The home is located directly on the water, on the first canal off Destin Harbor. There is a large 8' wide x 90' long composite dock for your boats and fishing. It is all illuminated at night with Blue LED lights and 12 spotlights to attract fish. There is a guest garage with a beach wagon for bringing ice chests, etc to the beach. There are also five(5) bicycles in the garage for guest use. The home is NON-SMOKING with a NO PET policy for all guests to enjoy allergy free!
The designer granite kitchen and dining areas have great entertaining qualities and plenty of seating. The den features a Big Screen television, Blu Ray, CD, and stereo system. There are 2 new King Bed Master Suites and 4 Full Bathrooms. The home has a nice, open floor plan, which is great for friends and family, yet offers plenty of privacy in the bedrooms. In addition, the recreation room, on the pool level, has been finished with a large living area, flat screen tv, kitchenette, table games for the kids, and pool table for the adults. The first floor pool level includes a full bath and spacious private bedroom, with pyramid bunks accommodating up to six guests.
ROOM DETAILS:
There is a custom, king master suite on the third floor with its own balcony, his and hers dressing rooms, and double vanities. The bathroom suite features a large Jacuzzi Garden Tub and custom private shower with harbor views. It's a great romantic escape!
The second floor master suite features another new King Bed and its own entrance to the massive rear deck overlooking the pool, dock, and water. This bath has a separate vanity area with a walk-in closet and a shower revealing dual shower heads.
The other four bedrooms are as follows respectively:, 2 queen bedrooms, a small bunk bedroom, and a pool level bedroom with two full/twin pyramid beds.
There is a spacious rear deck, spanning across the entire house, overlooking the pool, dock, and water. It's great for grilling and lounging after a busy day on the water or at the beach. All guests acknowledge swimming is at their own risk, as there is no lifeguard nor pool alarms.
The first floor pool level/game room, is perfect for those just off the boat, out of the pool, or in from the beach. There is a living area complete with 40' flat screen television, stereo system, and table games including ping-pong, air hockey, foosball, and a new professional pool table.
BOATERS AND FISHERMEN: A fish cleaning area is set-up on the private 90 foot dock with running water, cleaning table, sink, and shore power. There are Blue LED glow lights under the wharf for a great night effect. There are also 12 automatic LED flood lights, underneath the wharf, to attract fish at night. It's great entertainment, in the evenings, for the kids.
A minimum of $1,500 down payment is due, at the time of reservation. The damage deposit is $600 (fully refundable within 14 days of departure). The balance of half of the rental fee is due 60 days prior to arrival, with any remaining balance due 30 days prior to arrival. All guests are required to complete the owner's rental forms and return within 3 days of reserving the home.
This property alarm is monitored 24 Hours per day. Additional cleaning and sanitizing practices are in place, by the staff, to help avoid Covid 19. ALL LINENS ARE WASHED IN HOT WATER AND BLEACH SANITIZING SOLUTION.

My family really enjoyed the amenities this house offered. Several of the children fished off the pier daily. We all enjoyed the pool daily, and the beach was magnificent. The older kids loved the game room. We did find that there was only one beach chair and wondered if other renters had failed to bring chairs back from the beach. There were also only 3 beach towels. We expected more to use poolside. There was also construction right next to the house and considerable noise during the day. We were not bothered much by the noise, but I imagine that some would find the noise irritating.The outside furniture near the pool, was high quality and comfortable. All in all, the house and amenities were great and suited our needs perfectly.

We attended this year‘s Florida Powerboat poker run in Destin which required a larger house, multiple car parking and a wet slip large enough for the Cigarette racing boat. The host was excellent, the house was in great condition, all along it very pleasurable experience for everyone.

This house matched the description perfectly. The downstairs was a perfect fit for the younger portion of our family with an exciting game room that kept them entertained. The kitchen was large and well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, and supplies. All the bedrooms were large and clean.
We had a great time fishing off the dock in the backyard. We even saw a sea turtle! The walk to the beach was under 10 minutes. We saw a manatee there.
The house had a ton of fishing and beach supplies which was really nice.

We booked this home based on the location, boat dock, and photos online. It absolutely exceeded our expectations. Plenty of room for everyone and terrific amenities. Close to the beach, restaurants and East Pass for easy access to fishing in the Gulf. Can't wait to return!

We had 3 families with kids ages 8-12 and this house was perfect. The weather was cold and windy but the amenities of the house allowed us to still have a great time. The kids fished off the dock, swam in the heated pool (extra charge) and played countless games of ping pong, air hockey and pool. The beach was a short walk and there were carts and chairs at the house for our use. Steve, the owner and manager, was extremely responsive starting with the booking and all the way through our stay. I had to contact Steve during our stay and he responded within 20 minutes and had his repairman at the house within 2 hours - even on a Saturday! We had such a great time and definitely plan on renting this house again.

Our family of ten spent a week and had plenty of room to spread out. The home had everything we needed and the extras made our stay enjoyable. The game room kept everyone busy on rainy days, and the garage had pool toys and a beach cart to pull our things. The kitchen lacked absolutely nothing. It was well stocked with dishes and cooking ware. Usually when we are cooking at a vacation home, we wished there would be more dishes or better pans, but everything here was of good quality and abundant. Steve was great to work with and he even helped us find last minute trailer accommodations when our daughter decided to bring her boat the day before we arrived. We highly recommend this vacation home.

We wanted to celebrate our big anniversary with family, and Holiday Isle provided something for everyone from 6 to over 70. We swam, fished, body surfed in the ocean, built mega sand castles at the private beach and had tournaments in the game room. Our host was very accommodating, and the house was clean and comfortable. We had plenty of space to be together and enough areas for anyone to escape for a few quiet minutes. At the end of our week, everyone agreed that they loved the house, and we had one of our best vacations ever.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. We had 5 adults 65+, 3 adults aged 35 and 2 children under 4. The house had plenty of beds for everyone and was incredibly clean and well maintained. The location was perfect to all Destin ammenities and attractions. I drove my boat over and the dock was in great shape and allowed an easy transit to crab island and offshore fishing. Couldn’t have picked a better house for our family vacation.

This house was perfect for us! We had 2 families with 4 kids ranging from 18 months to 10 yrs old. There was more than enough room and the game room on the bottom floor was perfect for evening fun while the baby was sleeping. We also liked that it had 2 Master suites. Pool was a good size, it was perfect for us to dock our boat, and the kitchen was supplied great! Owner was great to communicate with! We would definitely stay here again!

We had never been to Destin prior to our stay. Steve’s location is perfect for adults and kids. Walking distance access to the beach and if you have water toys, this intercostal location gives you great access. The house is comfortable with bikes, pool table, table tennis and a pool. This house overall was great, the owner Steve is very easy to communicate with. we had several families/friends staying here. We are not picky people, but just a few notes for others that may be. There were some large dead bugs found, mainly in weird spots or corners, never in the kitchen or bedding issues. crock pots were missing lids...we improvised and im sure he remedied. the pool is salt water and was getting pretty dark 3 days in, the pool company came out but you could tell they just dumped chemicals and didnt really scrub it. so that was not truly the owners fault. It started to clear up toward the end of our stay. lots of pluses though. Quick easy walk to the beach. The water taxis will pull right up to his dock for pick ups and drop offs. The game room is awesome and kept us entertained when we couldnt be outdoors. Our biggest issue is the HOA, they are extremely strict, some one called a noise violation on us the 2nd night there. The security was knocking on our door at 9:04 pm which means one of the neighbors was waiting to call on us. We are not a crazy group, but we had 9 adults and 4 young teens, it was hard for us to even sit on the back patio and laugh and have drinks after 9 for fear of getting a fine.....so that was a bummer. Great house but in the future we will be looking for something that doesn't have a HOA for our group. Still gave 5 starts, just tryting to give an honest review.

We could not of chosen a better place to stay. Everything was absolutely incredible, from the to fully equipped kitchen, Pool , Dock to the clean and well maintained property ! The house is decorated wonderfully, with all the Bedrooms very comfortable and nicely furnished!
We had 3 families and everyone had such a incredible stay. The Pool was one of our favorites as we were able to enjoy in the evenings watching the Kids swim after Dinner! I brought my 24 ft. boat could not of worked out better at the Dock, with a nice Cleaning Station with power and water! We were able to access the Bay in minutes to go Fishing , Crab island and the Thursday Night Firework Show. Its location is perfect for all the good restaurants.
Plenty of parking for the Vehicles.
We've booked it again in 2018 and Cant wait to return!

We had three families for a great birthday weekend and everything could not have been more perfect. A gorgeous house tucked away right in the middle of all the shopping and dining with all of the amenities you could think of. A gourmet kitchen with a huge deck to dine outdoors where we grilled most of our meals and the pool was heated for us all to enjoy. The kids claimed the entire first floor family room and declared we would not see them until Sunday! But the best part was walking through the neighborhood to the private beach entrance where we enjoyed the waves and searched for shells, put our feet in the water, and watched the sunset. Amazing. We are already checking our calendars for next year!!!

We had an even better time on our second visit here! (We came for our 40th anniversary 5 years ago.) Thanks for the heads-up about the Thursday night HarborWalk festivities. The live music was great and were able to see the fireworks show from the table at A.J.'s Restaurant. Taking the water taxi was a great option, since parking was at a premium there. We rented a pontoon boat to go out to Crab Island, and it was great to load and unload from the back dock. The Destin beach is always a plus - the sand and surf are so beautiful! All of the grandchildren loved the pool and the gameroom. We even celebrated the 2-yr. old's birthday - got some beach pictures and some in front of your lovely home. A tripod with a remote made it a lot easier this time. Cannot thank you enough for allowing us to all stay in the same place. Oh, and of course my husband took 2 fishing trips - 3 grandchildren on the Sweet Jody, along with 4 adults. It just seemed appropriate to see "Finding Dory" at the movie theatre in Destin Commons, which is a very nice mall. It really was a fun vacation! Many thanks!!!

We had a wonderful time at this home for our September family vacation. We had 8 adults and 3 small children, the house fit us perfectly. We loved the pool and the beautiful view of the water. We loved the private dock, the water taxi picked us up and dropped us off right in front of the home. Our only complaint was that the beach was a bit further walk than we would have like (especially with small children) and the beds (besides the master) were much too small. They were advertised as queens but they were doubles. Other than that, we loved this house!

We took the first family vacation in many years, 4 generations and 11 people. The on-line pictures do not do justice to this amazing home. We expected a lot, but got much more. The backyard pool became the family gathering place. It was a short walk to the beach, but the kids spent more time in the pool than at the beach. The downstairs game and living area was absolutely perfect for the two teenage girls. Plenty of parking and a guest garage to store beach stuff and golf clubs. Could not ask for more and if we ever get the chance to go back to Destin, we will do everything in our power to stay in this great home again.

Having a pool to cool off sure made the afternoon heat more bearable. The location is great for trips to the beach and having a place to leave your boat in the water sure is nice. The house was perfect for my family which came together from 8 different States (including Florida). There was plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was pleasantly well stocked which allowed us to cook most of our meals. The pool was wonderful and the short walk to the beach was great. Being off the main drag of Destin was great and the morning walks to tour the neighborhoods of Holiday Isle were fun! We even rented a 6 seater golf cart to toodle around in. Our boat fit perfectly on the dock along with our large float we brought for Crab Island. I would truly recommend this house to others looking at vacationing in Destin.

We just spent a fabulous week at this home from February 15th through February 22nd. 7 adults and 4 children were very comfortable and had plenty of privacy if needed. The heated pool was a tremendous plus at this time of year. The kids had an absolute blast in the pool and in the game room. Plenty to do even on some rainy days - phew!! Easy walk to the beach even for the kids. My husband and nephew caught some amazing red fish right off the dock that were large enough to feed the entire gang. Great place that I highly recommend!

We celebrated our 40th Wedding Anniversary by inviting our children and grandchildren to join us for a beach vacation in Destin. This home looked like the perfect place for us, and it did NOT disappoint! With 7 grandchildren under the age of 10, eating "in" was a better option, and everyone enjoyed the food. The kitchen was big and roomy and had plenty of seating for visiting as well as eating. We even ate some of the fish the guys caught when they took a deep-sea fishing trip with Sweet Jody's. We boiled the crabs they caught out back - the dock was such a fun experience. I have pictures of grandchildren catching their first fish there, and the back view of the harbor was gorgeous! The beach was fabulous in the mornings, and we enjoyed the pool the rest of the day,and the game room, and the beautiful new TV - what a clear picture! We even got a great family picture in front of the palm trees in front. We will ALWAYS stay at this location when visiting Destin....great memories! We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our 3 children and 5 grand children. The house was perfect for us with the large game room, deck and spacious bedroom and living areas. The indoor temperature was very comfortable even though it was approaching 100 degrees. We were traveling from four different locations so the off-street parking was absolutely necessary. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely stay again.

My friends and I have been going to the Billy BowLegs Festival in Ft Walton for 18 years. We stayed at many different places over the years but 4 or 5 years ago, started staying at this house on Noriego in Destin. We won't ever stay anywhere else as long as it is available. The house is always clean, great beds, very large open kitchen-dining room-living room area. It also has a second "apartment" downstairs with its' own bathroom, living room and kitchenette if someone wants to be seperate from the group. The dock and pool are great to boat during the day and lounge in the pool at night. The main business section, restaurants, clubs and Crab Island are just a short boatride away. Rent a boat or bring your own - fantastic set up. The beach is a short walk away also. In the heart of Destin and close to everything you need, groceries, gas, shops and the best restaurants on the Panhandle. This is the perfect spot and the owners are always easy to work with and always accomadating to their guests. The photos don't do the house justice - it is great. My friends tease me because I live at Myrtle Beach but vacation in Destin - this house is one of my reasons for the trip every year. You will go once and always come back.

Owner's communication was great, everything that you need in the house is there. We had family from Texas and Kentucky meet there (10 of us total) and there was more than enough room for everyone to have their personal space and then some. The kids ages 11, 10, 6, 6 were all kept entertained all week, even so much that they didn't even desire to go to the beach one day...:) The games in the basement kept them entertained at night (kind of had their own little apartment down there), and when were were at the house during the day and some at night we all used the swimming pool, grill, and fished off the dock. (We had the most luck with frozen shrimp fishing on the bottom). Overall it was one of the best vacations we have had and the accomodations really assisted with the overall experience. Went on a 6 hour deep sea fishing trip on the "One of a Kind" and caught a ton of fish, then when to the Fisherman's Wharf and they prepared them for us for about $10 each.

I would recommend this house to be your rented home, which really feels like home away from home, to anyone that wants to get away. We had so much fun just at the house visiting with each other, swiming and fishing at the same time. The pool is close to the walkway of harbor that you can talk with each other. Then the beach is very short walk and a wagon in garage to put beach things in, very cool. Had a blast on the beach and this is absolutely the most beautiful ocean you will ever see. Had not been there for over 15 years; and it is wonderful. Left a couple extra water noodles and beach chair in the garage for the next vacationers; hope to get back there some time. My son was married on the beach in Ft. Walton,and was only 15 minutes from our house. It was great to be close to dining and shoping.. No trouble finding plenty of places to eat and shop. Some of our guest went deep sea fishing on Sweet Jody, which again was close by to get to. This was difinitely the best vacation ever and with this house, we were able to actually stay together and yet have plently of space for privacy. God blessed us very well and it was just like gloryland for us. The owner was helpful in answering all questions before getting there and very understanding. The house was very clean and had that home feeling about it. Again, my son was married on the Saturday we left and some day hope to go there again, we just fell in love with the home and the area. Also soaked up some of that golden Florida sun and bringing it back home with me. Thank you so much!
