About this cabin rental
Come stay on beautiful Beaver Lake, in this exclusive log cabin. Sleeps 12. Three bedrooms plus a loft. Only 35 feet from Beaver Lake's water's edge! You can literally throw a rock from the deck to the water! Bring your boat & Jet Ski or rent one from nearby Starkey marina. There is parking for your boat & trailer on the property. Or, just relax in the cove paddling around in the canoe and kayaks.
Inside Beaver Lake's Elk Lodge cabin, you will find an over-sized stone fireplace, three full baths, telephone with free long distance, wi-fi, full kitchen with custom concrete counter tops, hand painted cabinets and a beautifully, hand-crafted staircase.
The kitchen offers all the modern appliances-microwave, dish washer, griddle, coffee maker, blender, all cooking utensils and bake ware. Just bring food & beverages, in order to stock the full size fridge. All linens and towels are supplied. Elk Lodge offers lush linens in one of its fourteeen sleeping accommodations. All beds are complete with soft, subtle linens, feather pillows, blankets and comforters.
We have a washer and dryer on the main level, laundry detergent is supplied.
Outside, there are two spacious decks with custom iron railings & pegged cedar railings, complete with unique patio furniture and a Weber gas grill--we provide the propane.
The loft has a full bath, complete with soap, lotion and shampoo. It also has a game table that overlooks the large stone fireplace and the lake. There are 2 queen and 2 twin beds in the loft.
The spacious main level includes the kitchen, the open living room, a full bath and two bedrooms each one with a king bed.
The lower level has a bedroom with a king size bed, a full bath, and a large entertainment area with a 70” TV, with a large DVD selection. A unique hand crafted boat bar, game table, sofa, love seat, bean bag chairs, and a fabulous antique pool table.

This place was amazing. Everything you need and things you didn’t think you needed! Very clean and spacious. Loved the basement with the bar and pool table. The dock was great and the cove private. The guys enjoyed the kayaking and canoeing.

The cabin was incredible. Every decoration, every inch of this place was so well thought out! It’s literally the perfect retreat for anyone of any age!! Our host was so pleasant and attentive and the property could not have been better!! We will definitely be visiting again!! Love it and can’t recommend it enough!!

We had such a wonderful stay. The house is simply amazing and right on the lake. Loved every minute of it getting to spend time all together. Can’t wait to go back again next year. The owner is very thoughtful and helped us out when we needed it. 🙏

The cabin is beautiful, very remote, and well stocked with the essentials, all of which we were looking for in a rental. We enjoyed our stay, and rarely left the cabin because the pool table, puzzle and board games kept us entained. Cabin had beautiful scenery and great deck furniture to relax on. The king size beds were some of the most comfortable. The only down side was the cabin has only one AC/heat unit. So if you had a fire going in the fireplace on the main floor, the heater did not kick on and left the game room/ master bedroom in the basement too cold. Other than that it was fantastic. I’d def stay there again.

We meet our kids and their families for Christmas in Eureka Springs every other year. We finally outgrew our regular cabin and tried the Elk Lodge this year. It was absolutely perfect! We appreciated the multiple King and Queen beds and how well-stocked the kitchen was. Plenty of spaces to be together and also plenty of spots to find some space when needed ;) Vickie was very responsive and accommodating. We’ll be back!

This lakefront house is fabulous! Two huge decks with outdoor furniture for every need, large family room on lower floor with big screen tv and pool table. Completely equipped for every cooking need. We loved the canoe and kayak outings (Life jackets for the littles and adults). Beautiful and very quiet. We were able to really spread out and enjoy our stay. The view from the decks included the lake and was surrounded by trees. The online pics don’t really show how pretty the house is. The owner was very accessible and friendly.

What a true blessing this home is and the host was amazing! We had ages ranging from 4 months to 75. We stayed the weekend and no one wanted to leave. The first night eveyone was talking about the next trip. The cabin was very clean and fully stocked. The beds were so comfortable. The gameroom was an absolute perfect fit for our group. The dock was a short walk from the cabin and we enjoyed having the kayaks and canoe to use. We enjoyed sitting out on the many areas on the covered porches and just listening to the sounds of nature. This cabin could be on a magazine cover. Truly breath taking and such a wonderful place to spend time. We didnt need to have extra things to do, this home was eveything we needed and more. If you get a chance to visit you will definitely not be disappointed.

Lovely cabin with attention to detail in the decor, really enjoyed having a pool table and kayaks and a close dock. Owner was very responsive and very helpful. Only thing I would warn about is if you have infants, or toddlers who are not good with stairs yet, that might be an issue at this house. Otherwise this is a fantastic vacation stay!

We had a group of 10, ages 8-73 celebrating my parents 50th Anniversary. We had a wonderful time...some even said it was "the best vacation ever!" The house was as described. We didn't experience any problems at all. We enjoyed the lake & kayaks/canoe. We hiked the nearby Leatherwood Lake & rented a pontoon at Starky Marina as well. I had read in another review a recommendation to get groceries in advance. So glad we did. The roads are slow & curvy so it takes a while to go a short distance. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Thank you for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Elk Lodge. The lodge is well maintained, the house comes with everything you need to cook, and it was very clean. Our kids loved having the kayaks to use in the water. The basement area provide a great additional option for the kids to go to at night to play games while the adults congregate upstairs or out on the deck. The owner was also responsive to emails, which always makes the experience better.
Just an FYI the roads in the area follow the May of the mountains so a straight stretch on the highway is few and far between. Going to town for groceries will take a bit longer than you might expect, so if you arriving late in the evening I would suggest having some groceries with you.

This property was everything we wanted and more for our party of 13. The wonderful reviews drew me in and it delivered. It was a great amount of space and we had all 7 kids sleep up in the loft (with an extra air mattress) and they loved having their own space together. The beds for the adults were great. We loved the deck space (so much seating!!) and the kids really enjoyed the kayaks and canoe. We brought our boat so having a dock was wonderful. Fully stocked and the property manager was very responsive. My kids are already planning a trip back next summer to THE EXACT SAME HOUSE. Thanks for a great time!! We will be back.

We had a wonderful time in this remote cabin on the lake. Cabin was clean and stocked with essentials. The decor is amazing and really set the tone for a rustic weekend. Quick drive to Eureka Springs. This place was better than expected.

Very nice cabin overlooking Beaver Lake. There is lots of room on the decks. The cabin is quite comfortable. Heed the information about not using Google to navigate. The host's directions are much better.

Elk Lodge is a beautiful property and outshines the online description. We loved the lake decor, comfortable seating options indoors and outdoors, blinds to block the afternoon sun and a great swim dock including four loungers and table and chairs too! Kayaks and a canoe are an added bonus!

Great family lake trip!
The condo was even better than described! It was so well stocked and comfortable. We loved playing in the water by the dock & rented a boat from the nearby marina. We cooked most of our meals on the grill for our family of 9 (6 adults & 3 toddlers). Kitchen had everything you needed to cook. The only issue was getting to the dock down some rough terrain. The 3 floors made it nice to go downstairs when the kids went to bed. Vickie was very responsive and our gps got us right to the cabin by land and by water! There was no cell service with T Mobile in the cabin. There is a land line and the internet worked all except the last 24 hours? We loved our stay and the cabin kept us cool, despite the 100 degree temperatures! It felt great on the boat ride & playing in the water off the dock!

Our family ranged from 2 months to 58 yrs and we all loved the house! Great layout and location on the lake. We spent every morning on the deck and every night in the game room. Space for everyone and never felt crowded. Highly recommend for family vacations or any large group.

Family trip
This was an amazing place for grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins to make memories. The loft was perfect for the kids to stay. The basement was a perfect family hang out. We hooked our Nintendo to the TV , played games at the table and played pool when it rained. The kitchen and Gass grill were perfect for making meals. There were multiple tables outside and in for eating. There was a place to have a firepit outside and an amazing stone fireplace. I can not say enough wonderful things about this cabin. My family hopes to come back again soon!

We had a great time at Elk Lodge. The property was very nice, spotless and so comfortable. We enjoyed the pool table, bar, playing card games, sitting by the fireplace, grilling steaks and taking in the view! We will be back!!

Nice house in peaceful location
This is lovely house that has very nice water views and big wrap around porches where you can sit, relax take it all in. There were even deer that would wander by eating right in front of the house. The house was well stocked and clean. The owner was responsive on communications. This is a good house for larger families. It has 3 levels. We would definitely consider staying here again if we needed a bigger house.

Family Reunion
The comprehensive amenities of the Ellkhorn Lodge allowed for a great family reunion. The dock allowed a place to tie up our rental pontoon boat. There was a boat ramp nearby to put our jet ski in the water. The cove is peaceful and quiet. The lodge was spacious and beautiful. Attractions, Marina, Grocery and Restuarants were in reasonable proximity. Great stay!
