You can book with confidence. I have owned this condo for 15 years and have great reviews. I live locally and take great pride in my condo. This is a LUXURY condo with breathtaking oceanfront views from the 13th floor. Both the living room and bedroom feature a wall of windows, with sliding doors that open to a spacious private 25 foot balcony where you overlook sugar white sandy beaches and the blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy relaxing tropical breezes, the sound of the surf, and spectacular sunsets.
BEACH CHAIR SERVICE(ONLY AVAILABLE FROM MARCH 1 TO OCTOBER 31) means you have 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella waiting for you on the beach. The beach chair service will set it up for you. You can even pick your own spot!
This is a great condo for a romantic couples retreat or a senior get away.
The bedroom has a four post king size bed . The mattress is like sleeping on air. There is a 55' flat screen SMART TV and Blu-ray player in the living room and the master has a 40" flat screen T.V .and a large full bathroom with a sunken tub and shower and two sinks . The bed linens and comforters are cleaned after each stay. All bedding is encased. This is an extremely clean unit. This condo is right on the beach with breathtaking gulf views. For guests who bring their laptops, games, etc. there is WIFI. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. There are five food stores within five miles and super Wal-Mart is within walking distance. The dining area seats four and there is a breakfast bar. The bath features a large oval tub, double vanity, and washer & dryer. The balcony is comfortably furnished to enjoy the outdoors throughout the day and evening.
Long Beach features 3 pools with hot tubs, all right next to 1300 feet of magnificent white sand beach on the Gulf. The main pool is a 6,800 square foot lagoon design with a waterfall that you can swim through. Relax with your favorite beverage and snack at 'The Hang Out' poolside bar and grill. On-site availability of jet-ski, para-sailing, banana boat and beach chair & umbrella rentals. We now have a gym located on the premises. Long Beach is gated with 24 hour security guards so that you have a safe vacation.
Long Beach is located on the east end of Front Beach Rd., conveniently located near everything you would need on your vacation, entertainment, 8 local golf courses, outstanding restaurants, the new Pier Park shopping experience, and more. Walk to restaurants, shops, miniature golf, Ripley's Museum, Wonderworks and nightlife. It's a short drive to St. Andrews State Park for amazing seashells, movie theaters, marinas for fishing charters, and so much more! Everything is here to make your vacation one of the best you'll experience! VRBO took away my premier status and I want to explain why. As of May 2024 I had a 4.8 review score and I only needed a 4.4. I have a 0% cancellation rate which is perfect and 23 reviews, I only needed 3. I needed 5 bookings or 60 booked nights, I have 46 bookings and 245 booked nights. I needed a 95% acceptance rate, I have a 94% acceptance rate. You be the judge.

Another great stay at this resort! Best pool and these condos have the best balcony’s. Condo was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the power recliners, much better than the usual couches most have. Would stay here again for sure!

Very nice roomy 1 bedroom condo, it is well kept. The condo faces the beach so there is a full view of the ocean. The owner is very easy to contact if there is a problem. The condo is close to several restaurants.

This unit was very clean and decorated nicely. Beautiful view. We had a view of the ocean from our living room and also the bedroom. The balcony was absolutely wonderful and spacious. Wonderfully equipped condo with all the items needed to make our stay feel comfy and at home. Great communication with our host Jill made our stay the best. This condo is in a great location and is very close to shopping which made it an easy walk to get any needed food and beverages items. Will definitely be looking to rebook this unit for future PCB vacations.

-Very comfortable furniture - Good communication with the owner. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful balcony with nice furniture. Could use a mat in the tub and a grab bar sense the tub is deep. Bathroom drains were a little slow. Loved our stay .❤️

This condo is perfect for two people. Comfortable king bed and dual recliners. Loved the view from the balcony. Despite the cooler December weather, we were able to walk the beach every day. Jill was an amazing host who responded quickly with any questions we had. Her condo is nicely decorated and very clean. The only thing missing was paper toweling or napkins in the kitchen. Many great eating spots close to the condo. We would highly recommend American Charlie’s.

Everything seemed ok until we were ready to head home and we both started developing a rash that, we thought, was poison ivy. After a week of unsuccessful at home treatments and the rashes contined spread, we went to the Dr. Turns out, it is SCABIES!!!! We never used the pool or hot tub. After thinking it through and discussing it with our dr it aeema it came from the condo.

Everything was great except the bedroom tv. All of the channels wouldn’t come in. You get a message that something is wrong. It kept giving a message to check the connection which we did but it didn’t help. It wasn’t a big deal, just wanted to mention it. Overall, it was great!

We had a great time at PCB. Our condo was clean and well stocked. We had no problems. The highchairs on the balcony became a great hit as we watched boats and lighting in the distance. The TV instructions were clear on what remote to use, to turn on & off the TV, and to change channels. We had a very relaxing week ...the way a vacation should be. This condo was great for a romantic get away. It's furnished beautifully and very, very clean. The bedroom is great and has its own seperate entrance to the balcony, which is huge with another entrance in the living room. The host/owner was very easy to communicate with. She was accommodating is extending our stay and even sent a personal message the morning of our arrival. I would definitely recommend this host/owner and the condo. It was wonderful!!!

When I booked online the property looked dated, but overall fine. However, when we got to the property there were several issues. First, MOLD! The first day I texted Jill and asked if there was a mold issue, and she said no. However, there were several areas where mold was growing and during our stay it got worse. Second, the pull out couch that my two kids had to stay on was extremely dirty and had what looked like pee stains. I notified Jill again, and she had someone come out and "clean" it. My kids never slept on that again, and had to stay with friends, as i didn't think the condo was safe for them. Third, the windows were sealed with black tape and a humidifier was running in the condo when we arrived (clear indication of moisture in the condo). I notified Jill that the humidifier stopped working after the first day, and was told that it only runs when needed. What really happened, was that it was already full of water after 1 day! And then to top it all off, the elevators stopped working, and we had to walk up and down 13 flights of stairs. I understand that the owners have no control over this, but it was just the icing on the cake. The communication with Jill was very prompt, however the issues with the condo are bigger than just a quick resolution, especially when it has mold.

Good stay but put off by her wanting me to leave $5 for passes. No one ever charged for that. I think the price we paid for the week should have covered that.liked the amenities in bathroom but 1 roll of toilet paper is not enough for 2 adults for the week, even cheap hotels keave you an extra roll

Overall we had a great experience. This was our second stay at Long Beach but our first stay in this condo. It was clean and contained everything we could need. Beach chairs included a plus. The only negative or rather suggestion would be if there is a "parking fee".....go ahead and include it with the rental price instead of having to have cash on hand and in the exact amount to leave inside the condo at the end of our stay.

PCB and the condo at Long Beach Resort exceeded our expectations! This was the perfect destination for our Sister’s Beach Trip. The beachfront location was excellent. Close to wonderful restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony each morning. The sunsets were spectacular! The condo was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We were concerned about unruly spring breakers but we had no problems. We have already decided this would be an annual trip to relax by the sea.
