A beautiful rustic glam style home with lush landscaping and your own private swimming pool awaits you, your family & friends. This house sits on the property with The Chandelier of Gruene, a beautiful wedding & events venue. When the house is not being used for weddings and special events it's available for you you, your family and friends. A hidden jewel in the Texas Hill Country, only five minutes from historic Gruene and tubing on the Guadalupe & Comal rivers. The décor is rustic glam, with every room having a beautiful Texas limestone wall. Recent renovations include granite counter tops in kitchen and all bathrooms, ceramic tile in all showers, new washer/dryer and new decor throughout home. Ample parking on private grounds, surrounded by large beautiful oak trees. The entry doors lead into a large open family room and kitchen with large comfy furnishings, a shuffleboard table, lovely vaulted ceilings and a crystal chandelier. Indoor dining for 14 including a large table for the family to gather around and the serve through kitchen and bar. The house can sleep 14 comfortably with four bedrooms, one nook and a bonus room. The master has a king bed. The remaining three bedrooms have queen beds. The nook has a full size bed and the bonus room has a queen sleeper sofa, a full size futon. and a queen bed. There are four bathrooms. One large master bath, one bedroom has its own private bath and the other two bedrooms share a bathroom in between. There is a also a bathroom off the utility room between the kitchen and bonus room. The coolest part of all is the converted garage (bonus room) which opens up to the back patio and private pool and has a huge TV and a man cave look! Flat screen TVs, ROKU TV & internet. Unwind on the large front porch with handmade furniture and porch swing, a quiet place to relax and enjoy the wildlife and a beautiful view of the quaint chapel. French doors from the master bedroom and french doors from the living area lead you to the spacious back porch and patio where you can gather round the fire ring or play dominoes or cards on tables that were handmade, while others can enjoy the pool. Enjoy a day of fun on the Comal or Guadalupe Rivers, Schlitterbahn and Canyon Lake. Lots of shopping to enjoy in downtown New Braunfels, Creekside Shopping area, Historic Gruene and the San Marcos Outlet Malls. After a day of fun in the sun or shopping come home to your own private oasis away from the crowds. Nightlife? Your literally minutes from Gruene with wonderful restaurants and Gruene Hall for a little two steppin'! Downtown New Braunfels is thriving with great restaurants and bars as well. And YES, Uber comes here! Want to spend a quiet evening away from the hustle and bustle? Just simply sit, relax and watch wildlife such as birds, whitetail deer and turkey, all within view of our beautiful little white chapel. Geared towards families, church groups and corporate events. No bachelor or bachelorette parties, mature groups only. There were 16 women that stayed in the house and it was perfect. So much fun and a beautiful property. The house was very clean and open. Pool was wonderful and relaxing! There is also a chapel and a large venue for receptions on the property as well. Absolutely stunning, so if you are looking for a wedding venue, check out this property. We were literally 5 minutes from Gruene and our Uber drivers were all very friendly! We would definitely love to stay at this property again.

We were originally looking for a place to stay on the river or the lake to have my husband's company party. Instead we found this beautiful property with a great pool! It had plenty of room to entertain. Lots of seating for guests to sit down and eat, inside or out. The pool was really roomy and worked perfectly for all the kids and adults. We had a fabulous time!

This was by far the best VRBO we have ever rented, Clean and spacious with a pool. Huge patio was shaded, plenty of seating with Texas wildlife for the kids to see. Treehouse put this gem over the top. Will stay here again!!

Family loved the house. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. The pool was awesome for the morning and evening swims. Great location as we love the attractions in New Braunfels, everything is close by including our favorite winery that I only get to visit once a year. Would definitely stay at this house again and recommend it to others who may be headed that direction.

We loved this house!! Location is awesome, pool is gated and clean, plenty of space inside for four couples and toddlers. Here are my key takeaways - - excellent proximity to Greune, Landa Park, and Schlitterbahn (super easy and quick drives!) - gated pool (necessity for toddlers) - large outdoor area (paved walkways, porch swing, tree house, pool, picnic tables) - lots of smooth pathways that would be perfect for toddlers on scooters or kids on bikes - we didn’t think about this but if we return then we would definitely bring bring bikes for the little ones! - the house is not keyless entry (one hardkey provided at check in) so will need to coordinate with your group if going different places

My family and I rented this beautiful home for a summer vaca getaway. We loved the home, the pictures do not do this home justice. It was very spacious, clean and inviting. The kids loved the pool and the tree house. The adults enjoyed the natural habitat (Deer), location (near many restaurants and entertainment), and especially how peaceful it was sitting on the porch. Morning coffee spot and evening cocktail spot..hahaha.. We would also like to thank Ben, the groundskeeper, for helping us and answering any questions we had. He provided us with local hot-spots to visit on our next visit. The only thing I would add, is a list of local hots. (Restaurants, entertainment venues, that we out of towner's might like to visit. Ben provided some great options! Thanks again Myra for making this a wonderful stay! We will be back!

We had a great time at this beautiful property and would definitely recommend it. It was clean and everything was just as shown on the website. We loved walking around the grounds and very much enjoyed the seclusion. The only negative I could give is that on the day before we left, the pool was serviced around 2pm and they advised us to stay out of the pool for at least 4 hours. That was extremely dissappointing to my young grandkids and the adult alike.

Check in was a breeze and Myra was more than accommodating with making sure we had all we needed. She gave great recommendations on where to go eat and visit while on our stay. The property was very well kept and beautiful. the kids enjoyed the pool and each having their own room! I can see the venue being a very popular place for weddings! It's stunning!

Roomy and comfortable house worked well for our group of 6 adults and 4 children. The house is well equipped and is accurately described on VRBO. We loved having the pool and liked the shallow shelf with the umbrella for the toddlers. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. Thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Our family had a wonderful time and this house was perfect for our vacation. The property is as wonderful as described and the perfect location. It's close to Canyon Lake and tubing down the river. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hill country get away. Myra was wonderful to work with and provided timely follow ups to questions asked. I can see why this property has so many 5 star reviews. We were a party of ten, two families, and had a great stay here. The grounds are beautiful, and there is so much outdoor space. The inside was spacious enough, and the game room was perfect for the kids to hang out while the grown ups used the living room. We loved all of the outdoor seating and had a great time using the pool and fire pit. We will be back again.
