Exceptional stay.

The property was exceptional to stay in. Lots of thought and effort put in to make me feel like a true guest (i.e snacks, ample coffee pods and milk, washing detergent etc). Wifi was perfect. The apartment was spotless. The host was polite and accomodating to questions and requests I had. Location was right in the middle of old town - less than a 5mins walk to all attractions and amazing restaurants.

Relax en pareja

La piscina en la temporada que es esta estupenda era de agua climatizada osea ser que era agua caliente. La ducha estupenda con chorros de masajes. Tranquilo y muy céntrico.

Lo que menos me gustó por decir algo es que a mí pareces faltan accesorios de cocina. Cómo sería tener aceite por ejemplo. Y en el baño solo había dosis de champú no había gel corporal. Pero por lo demas no tiene ningún defecto.

Incredible stay at a special property located in the heart of the Chania old town

Property was clean, spacious, modern and well equipped with everything you would need on a short stay. The private pool was amazing and served as a much need cool-down spot in July.

The week in Chania was perfect with a perfect suite

Huge apartment with two air conditioner and kitchen. Own pool was also really nice. Lovely owners. Location was perfect, everything was close.

At the night both of us woke up when the other turned to the other side to sleep (bed was making rattle). But you got used to it after few days and luckily we had earplugs with us :)

Modern and Clean. A great spot to explore the old town of Chania from.

Great location in the old town of Chania. The apartment is modern, clean and cosy and the hosts are very friendly. A great spot to explore the area from. The washing machine was a real bonus. the plunge pool is warm and a great way to relax at the end of the day.

Lovely apartment in a great location

We had a wonderful stay at Aretousa Suites. Communication with the owner in advance was good and she greeted us personally when we arrived, as well as leaving us a lovely bottle of wine and fresh fruit. The apartment itself was fantastic - well equipped, clean and with a lot of nice touches (such as the electric shutters and shower). Unfortunately it wasn’t warm enough for us to use the plunge pool during our stay, but it looked nice and clean. The location was excellent - a quiet area, but right on top of the harbour and easy walking distance to all areas of town.

great to have the swimming pool outside - it’s small but nice for a dip to cool down and gets the sun in the morning. comfortable bed and sitting area. great facilities - shower, coffee making, kitchen, even a washing machine! very central location to explore the old town & restaurants.

Incredible facilities and service with excellent location.

Fantastic property and facilities. We were offered a transfer from the airport at no extra cost and handed the keys upon arrival. Great location, excellent air conditioning and shower, good WiFi and amazing plunge pool. Can't recommend this highly enough.

An oasis in Chania that exceeded our expectations.

This is a fantastic and exception place to stay. The host was helpful and kind, bringing us fresh fluffy towels on our third day. The apartment is ultra modern with an outside terrace and a beautiful plunge pool. It has kitchen facilities and all that goes along with that. There is also a small and comfortable living room. The apartment is also close to EVERYTHING! Overall, if you book this place you will be thanking yourself - you will say 'self' I've made an excellent choice here. It far exceeded our expectations and when we return to Crete we will be doing our best to stay at Aretousa Suites!

There is zero we didn't like. This is an oasis in Chania.

Fantastic location in the old town, only minutes from lots of great restaurants and bars.

Only minor drawback was the terrace had no view and didn’t get sun in the afternoon.

Exceptional place to stay! Amazing location, spacious and clean apartment with beautiful courtyard and pool. loved that there was a washing machine also with powder and clothes line provided. Also lovely and quiet despite being in the heart of the old town. Hosts were incredible - happy to help, answer questions, left a bottle of wine and bowl of fruit. couldn’t find a better place to stay.

Bedroom was small but adequate Terrace and plunge pool got limited sun, roughly 11am - 2pm due to walls/buildings but that is better than none.

Delightful apartment in central part of Old Chania. Really enjoyed our stay

Easy to find and keys in box. Waiting were welcome chocolates. Very clean. Good quality towels.Wonderful shower. Helpful owners

Amazing location and great apartment

The property is in an amazing location. The Venetian harbour is 2 minutes walk away. There is a supermarket on the corner, and there are so many fantastic restaurants within minutes walk away. The hosts were fantastic and met us to hand over the keys. They also arranged shuttle transport for us from and to the airport. They even let us check out later on our last day as we had a late flight, which was so helpful (I know this wouldnt always be possible. The apartment itself is fantastic, with all shower gel and shampoo fully stocked, Netflix access on the TV, a plunge pool, coffee maker and a bottle of wine on arrival.

The owner and person incharge were very responsive to our requests. Also, we really enjoyed the location. It was quiet and was walking distance to the main attraction.

Squeaky bed but other than that, all good! We only stayed 2 nights; for a longer stay this would have been too small for our family of four, but we knew the size so no surprise there!
