Paradise inside and out! The elegant B314 is an elevator ride up to the third floor of the Maui Sunset, where you'll enjoy breathtaking ocean views right outside your window. The warm Hawaiian shore nestles directly against the Maui Sunset greenbelt, with beautiful landscaping, and the largest pool in Kihei. Convenient Aloha hospitality is found at the Maui Sunset poolside Activity Reservation center -- for a wide variety of activities to experience while in Hawaii. Inside this third story condo: new custom tile, marble countertops, all new appliances, new furniture, mediterranean shower tiling, and balcony lanai table setting overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The unit comes standard with local cable, wide screen T.V., stereo, phone, washer/dryer, and free wifi access. A beautiful cherry wood cabinet with built-in desk adds a touch of function for your computer/workspace. As well, our condo has a spacious 1 bedroom unit has two queen beds: 1 in the bedroom, and 1 custom built sofa sleeper to comfortably accommodate either 4 occupants or a couple for a private vacation. The bedroom has an attached bath, and the second bath is located in the main hallway near the living room. From this condo, visitors report seeing whales splashing and playing in the ocean. We had an amazing stay in your condo! The sunsets each evening are so wonderful. Everything was stocked and ready where we didn't have provide much. after a small snaffu with the door code everything was terrific. Very clean, well equipped kitchen and the location was next to the ocean. There is a beach you can walk on it for miles and the pool on property is very clean. We rented a car so we could get all over the island but the condo is within walking distance to Kihei.

We love Maui Sunset. We love this side of the condo. Third floor is great. There's a great view, the lanai is wonderful, and everything else is just top notch. Marty went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable, safe, and enjoyable. Absolutely perfect.

This property is clean and beautiful. Great bed, bathroom and kitchen, and well supplied. Beautiful lanai and view from the lanai, with table, chairs, light and fan. Plenty of parking with beautiful grounds, pool and hot tub.

It was awesome to actually get what your promised. A clean unit with awesome views easy beach access in a great location. The unit is fully equipped with games for entertainment, to food storage bags, and ice packs to pack a lunch for your daily adventures. Not to mention no need for a car the bus stop is just a few steps outside the condo. Mahalo

Our family had a wonderful stay at Marty’s place. The condo was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We enjoyed the artwork on the walls, breakfast/coffee on the lanai, and the pool. The front closet was well stocked with beach chairs and amenities which we used to enjoy some good beach time and sunsets. We cooked in for both Christmas Eve and Christmas. The kitchen was perfect for doing our meals for a family of 3. The grounds and common areas of Maui Sunset were well kept and a big plus. It was a short drive into Kihei for shopping and restaurants. It doesn’t get much better than this! Thanks so much for the great accommodations, Marty. We hope to visit again soon!

Maui Sunset condo on the beach was a perfect place and central location. Updated and very clean with all the amenities needed for a relaxing beach vacation. Owner was quick to respond to questions and made our stay wonderful. The sunrise outside of the front door was beautiful and the furnishings were high quality and were well taken care of. Plenty of beach coolers, chairs, towel etc.

This property was the best condo we have ever stayed at. Everything was new and clean. It had everything we could possibly need, from kitchen appliances, beach items, coolers for trips, even ice packs in the freezer. Owner replied to all of our questions immediately. We have stayed at Maui Sunset before, but enjoyed this unit the best. It was newly re-done and included many of the 'nuisance' amenities that you have to deal with typically when you arrive such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher soap, etc. It also had beach chairs and coolers, which we sometimes have to buy for just the two weeks that we usually stay.

At the beginning the unit wasn’t ready for us until about 5:20p. No biggie went for our first walk. We ended up seeing 3 turtles swimming along. The complex is well maintained. Even though the unit is close to the pool and activities, there was never a time the excitement of others was bothersome. The unit is stocked with everything that you may need. Bathroom supplies, kitchen supplies, bedroom pillows and blankets, games and books galore. As a hint, if the unit gets warm start the AC in the living room and put the tower fan next to it. Once we did that the unit stayed cool and refreshing. We tried to use the strong trade winds it just unfortunately wasn’t blowing in the right direction. When we come back and if we choose to stay in Kihei this will be our home away from home again. Thank you for opening up this unit for others. It really help having a beautiful space to come home to each day.

It was a beautiful condo. Clean, colorful, beautiful views from the lanai, and excellent location to neighboring beaches, activities, and restaurants. The hosts made sure, as they communicated, that everything you'd need during your stay was here. We used the towels, the beach chairs, and even the boogie birds during our trips to the beach. It was so nice fo have laundry in the unit to clean things as needed. Having the kitchen made it easy for us to cook breakfasts in the unit and enjoy it on the lanai each morning, which was beautiful! The grounds were beautifully kept. The complex and owners of B314 take pride in keeping things looking nice, and it showed. I'll add that Marty, the host, was very responsive to my questions and gave some great recommendations! When we find our way back to Maui, we hope to come right back here!

I would highly recommend this property for anybody who wants an island getaway. Very well appointed condo that is nicer than the pictures. Amazing location with a great pool area, beautifully kept grounds and miles of beach out front for walking or just to relax and watch for sea turtles, there are lots of them. Enjoy a great variety of restaurants and shops close by. Everything you need is here from a well stocked kitchen to towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, sunsets from the lanai. Definitely exceeded our expectations.

The accommodations were really great. I appreciate a place with nice quality cotton sheets and this place has them. Everything we could need was available. I had other family members staying in other units in the same complex and they were not as lucky. The owner was very responsive with any questions.

Marty’s condo is absolutely stunning. In unit laundry was very handy. The property is beautiful with tons of bonus amenities (pool, shuffle board, bocci ball, tennis etc). Located right on a sandy beach. By far the nicest place we stayed between several islands throughout the duration of our trip. Fantastic value for the price. Would recommend 100%!!!

We had a wonderful stay in this property. The description and photos are accurate and beautiful. The grounds are well maintained and super clean. The owners of this condo not only take a personal investment in customer care, but they have also put a very personal touch to the condo itself. Hand-painted wall murals, personal leis for the guests, and a very well-stocked kitchen. The owners have really thought it through! The grounds are fabulous and the views are amazing. This was our first visit to Maui and from the time we walked through the condo door to strains of Hawaiian music we felt right at home. The owners have thoughtfully decorated and stocked the condo with everything you’ll need from flickering candles to beach chairs. The location was central for all the activities we wanted to do.
