The condo is ideally located right across the street from The Hyatt and the lake. We ended up renting a room at The Hyatt during our mid-July vacation so we could use its pool, gym, and have beach access. Our party of 5 adults however all slept at the condo so we could be together.
The condo is nicely decorated with newer furniture and equipped with a good-sized deck with a table, chairs, and umbrella where we enjoyed most of our meals. The propane BBQ worked great, and the kitchen has everything you need. The parking situation is good. There are two levels of stairs to climb up to the kitchen from the parking lot. The garbage bin is down on the parking lot. The gas fireplace looked great, but we had no need for it. I imagine that during the winter, the fireplace would be a nice thing to use.
A couple of things to pay attention to:
--Plan ahead for sleeping arrangements if you require more than two full sized beds. One of the rooms has small bunkbeds and a smaller fold out bed setup for youngsters and not adults. The beds are too short for most adults to sleep in. The other beds are queen sized and very comfortable.
--The condo doesn't have AC and was 95 degrees upstairs when we got there. The owner provides multiple fans which are adequate for the bedrooms at night but don't do much for the upper floor where the kitchen and great room are located. One of the fans didn't work so we moved the fans around the unit during our stay to mitigate the heat.
--There is no ice maker so plan on making a few ice runs to fill coolers for the beach. There are a few cracked ice trays in the freezer which was just enough for nightly cocktails. The ice trays need to be replaced.
All in all, this condo is a great setup if you have kids in particular due to the bedding situation. You can't beat the location especially if you are like me, and don't like to use the car much on vacation. If you are using public beaches, make sure to bring your beach chairs, towels, and umbrella to Tahoe with you.

Luxury getaway
Stylish, clean, plenty of fireplaces. Floor heating so very quiet. Exceptionally good beds. Hottub! What more do you need?
The AV system indeed required a M.Sc. but we finally got that working. Nice sound.

Needs a lot of improvements
Garbage disposal leaked on floor when used…3 cabinets were broken….1 hand towel/no washcloths for 3 bathrooms. Wood trim on bottom step was broken and kept falling off. Pots/pans were very used and didn’t have lids. Both bathrooms shower heads need to be replaced, but the location of the condo was great…. We stayed in the same condo 5 years ago and it was great but nothing has been kept up to date. Sorry but true.

Recent stay
Owner very nice but place too run down for us to rent again. Furniture in living room doesn’t look clean. Few Cabinet doors in kitchen broken. Food and bath producers from previous renters left in unit. Overall place feint feel clean and updated. Suggestion-better linens and get rid of toilet lid cover and bath mats. Would prefer to know they are washed and would use them if necessary. Improve kitchen essentials, I washed everything before we used them. But owner very responsive and nice to work with.

Outstanding location, clean, good amenities
Our group of six stayed in this property for 4 nights. The nearby bus stop allowed us to access any location in north Tahoe. The wifi was a little spotty at times but the other amenities—kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms—were very clean and worked well. The owner is also extremely responsive and helpful.

Family Get-Together
The condo was just beautiful and quite functional with a nice open concept living area. The location was centrally located with beach access, bike rentals and other essentials close by. I would recommend this unit and will most likely re-book.

Perfect Family Rental
We absolutely love this place! We stayed here and loved the location of how close it was to the Hyatt and the beach. The beach card access was amazing too. Close to casino if you want a night out. Also, plenty of space to cook for family. Spacious rooms and kitchen and living room area with an amazing deck! Super quiet too. Will reserve again!!

When we couldn’t share our yearly timeshare due to Covid, we decided to rent a place close to the Hyatt and, our friends. This unit worked out perfectly. It’s larger than it looks in the photos so we could spread out in the upstairs area. Enough room to be cooking, reading, watching tv and working on a puzzle all at the same time. It was missing some minor kitchen items (we brought much of our own because we planned to cook/bake a lot) and I would have liked a dresser in the bedroom for our week’s worth of clothes. (And maybe a TV in the master!)All in all, we really enjoyed our stay, the space and the solitude.

Comfortable, spacious, nicely decorated, condo.
My daughter, sisters and I had a great Covid getaway, at this three bedroom condo. There was enough room for the 5 of us to spread out. The furniture was nice, and comfortable. We were surprised to find that although there were two TVs, there was no cable. Luckily, my husband, who was watching the World Series, stayed home, and were so busy, we didn’t need TV. We had access to the beach, just a short walk away, I’m not sure if that was because it was the off season, I would check before you go. The cookware was a bit sparse, and not in great condition, but there was enough to get by. The location was great. Just a short drive to stores, and a short drive to Sand Harbor beach.

Good family spot
Good family rental. No locks on bedroom doors though so not much privacy. The condo was very clean and fit 8 of us comfortably. The only downside was no AC (coming from Oklahoma we aren’t used to that) but that is pretty standard for the area. Great location! Several restaurants and the beach within walking distance.

Spacious in Great location
Positives:
great location close to all North Tahoe attractions. Close to restaurants, grocery stores...
Spacious
Negatives: noisy bed springs and apt gets really hot in the summer (85o inside at 11pm).

Great location
Very close to the Hyatt amenities and other shops/restaurants. Close to shore, mountain biking, rentals, on Lakeshore.
1 king, 1 queen,,, 1 flattened futon-- jammed in with a bunk bed, so great for a large family... not great for four separate grown adults. Great to have laundry on the premises. Great deck. Owner was very quick to respond to text. You will have to get your own beach passes.

Great place for a family vacation in Tahoe
Excellent place to stay. Very specious and well stocked kitchen. Extremely convenient location for skiing at diamond peak, and easy to get to the beach front parks and snow parks. Highly recommended.

Great location and access to Incline area.
Enjoyed the proximity to Hyatt and the lake. Absolutely positive overall and would stay at this condo again. The layout and design were convenient.
Furniture in living room was comfortable. Kitchen area was spacious with ample storage. Nice balcony. We only had four people so it was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable.
FYI- only downside was living out of suitcases as the bedrooms are sparsely furnished without dressers and the closets were somewhat cluttered. Luggage racks in the bedrooms would resolve this matter.

Incline stay
Condo was surface clean, could use a deep cleaning. Fans were full of dust. Biggest problem was construction being done on neighbors deck. Very noisy and fumes from epoxy paint was so bad we had to keep the windows closed the entire week which made the condo very hot inside.

Wonderful condo across the street from the Hyatt and Lake Tahoe. Short walk to Incline Beaches and restaurants.

Nice condo in a great location.
This condo is spacious and in a nice location. Easy check in and out and the host was very responsive. Our family of six was able to walk to the beach each day, and there are a few cafes and restaurants with in walking distance as well. Additionally, there is a grocery store a little over a mile from the property.

FANTASTIC LOCATION
Loved the location. It’s conveniently located across the street to the Hyatt and easy access to the walking/bike path along Lakeshore Blvd.
I would give this property a five, but the amenities (beds, linens, towels, etc) were adequate at best.

Couldn’t have found a better place!
My son just got married at the Hyatt and the location of this rental was perfect. The condo was clean and accommodating, everything we expected. Darren the owner responded promptly when we had questions regarding access to Burnt Cedar Beach which is absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much Darin! Can’t wait to come back in the winter and rent it for skiing.
