Both baths had hair in them upon arrival. Front porch furniture cushions very dirty. Remainder of home clean. Enjoyed the park.

This is our second stay at this beautiful property. The proximity to the park makes this one of the most relaxing vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed in. Cleanliness is unparalleled, and the kitchen is stocked with everything we could possibly need.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home. It’s location was perfect for the wedding we attended this trip. The park across the street was great for meeting friends and family. The home was clean, inviting, super cozy, and the lawn was very well maintained. We will definitely be back.

Great stay at the house across the street from Manito Park. Hosts very attentive, house well stocked in the kitchen and bathrooms. It is advertised as a 3 bedroom but actually had two up and two down. We had 5 adults and were very comfortable. The front porch is a great way to people watch. I was surprised that there was quite a lot of traffic on 25th, seems to be a thoroughfare, but was still a very quiet neighborhood. Would stay there again.

Very cute house and great location close to park which our kids loved. Baby gate to downstairs which I hadn’t thought to ask about but it was there.

My family had the best time at this house! It fit us all so perfectly, and was in the best location. We could walk around the park, or easily get downtown. I would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderfully furnished and conveniently located right across from Manito Park. The home is very clean and the amenities are well thought-of. Excellent communication with Dianna from checking-in and leading to checking-out. I would definitely recommend this home when visiting Spokane.

We were here for a week with longtime friends! This lovely home was just perfect for us because it was gracious, well maintained and the location was just perfect! It is located across from the children's park and as my son, daughter in law and 2 year old granddaughter live walking distance from it and they use the park too, it was so fun! We loved everything about it! And we hope to stay there again!

The property was nice and relaxing. Unfortunately, we weren't able to sit and relax. We didn't get back to property until 11 pm and then had to leave the next morning by 10:30 a.m. but it was perfect for our group of friends/family.

The house was beautiful facing a snow covered park.

Hosts Dianna & Adam are the best! Accommodations were just right for 5 adults. Looking forward to our next visit. These 10-days in February w family were wonderful. Accentuated with park walks and home cooked meals.

We were there for a long weekend and the stay was amazing. The location, across the street from Manitou Park, can’t be beat. The home itself was perfect for our family. Very clean and comfortable with everything we needed.

This is such a lovely home. Very cozy but plenty of room for a family. The location was perfect. It was close to downtown and walking distance to a lot of nice restaurants on the South Hill. The home is right across the street from a beautiful park, so we were able to take lots of fun walks through the gardens and around the pond. Absolutely beautiful place! Will definitely stay there again.

Spent four restful days in this beautiful home in one of Spokane’s quiet neighborhoods. Our grandkids were able to go right across the street to Manito Park to play. We highly recommend this VRBO.

I would highly recommend this lovely home! There are so many positive things to say it exceeded my expectations. It is charming full of interesting 1925 architecture with built ins, antique glass door knobs, wood floors, nice fireplace, fun front porch, beautiful yard and everything was very neat, clean and well kept. The four very comfortable beds in four bedrooms were appreciated by my family and there was even a pack and play plus a high chair for our 19 month old. It has a very spacious basement with a full large laundry room, nice bathroom, two bedrooms one of which is huge. There are two more bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor. The dining and living room both have a beautiful view of Manito Park helping you feel you are very relaxed and not in the city. There are lots of windows letting in natural light and other good lights creating a cheerful atmosphere and good visibility. There are other generous things like coffee, spices, basics in the refrigerator and bottled water. Plenty of towels, hair dryer, games, puzzle plus other things available should you need them. The only negative I can think of is the basement was a bit cool. There is an extra heater in one bedroom but not the other. However there were extra comforters that added warmth. The surrounding neighborhood was nice. I would definitely stay at this home again. Rent it you will not be disappointed, enjoy!!

The house is perfectly appointed and decorated; just enough to feel comfortable and at home, but free of extraneous “accessories.” Manito Park is directly across the street and is the perfect spot for daily walks. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. (Something we’re not accustomed to at home!) Lastly, and most importantly for me, the property is extremely clean and well-maintained. Even the landscaping is attractive and tidy. This home is a keeper!
