The house is within walking distance to Disneyland and Downtown Disney and about 1 mile from the Anaheim Convention Center. A cab ride to Disneyland costs about $10-$15. It has easy access to major freeways and truly the best location you can find. Various grocery stores and restaurants are also within 1 mile. The house has an indoor/outdoor resort-style living concept with modern furnishings. The kitchen brings your family together with a large island, quartz counter-top throughout, pro-style 6-burner range with 36’' oven, and a beautiful refrigerator. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and tools for you to prepare delicious meals for your family.
The house is 4000 square feet. The kitchen overlooks the family room next to our very spacious dining room and provides plenty of space for a perfect gathering.
The house is 5 bedrooms plus large den and loft, sleep 13 comfortably. The loft upstairs has a sofa bed within the sectional. We also have a futon and sleeper sofa. Your party will completely enjoy and relax in our spacious house with heated pool. Fireworks can be seen from the front yard, backyard, balcony, garage, bedrooms, etc. Imagine enjoying the pool and spa while taking in the fireworks?
All bedrooms and bathrooms showcase a modern and contemporary style. High-end linens and salon shampoos are provided for your enjoyment and experience.
There are four parking spaces on the property. An EV outlet in the garage for electronic vehicles like Tesla and Mustang.

We celebrated my mother’s birthday and she wanted to stay with all the grandkids. More than enough room and the walk with strollers to downtown Disneyland was made 15 minutes. We of course got the heat wave and it was 110 degrees. The house AC and pool was a lifesaver. We will definitely be staying at this spot anytime we have the extend family or group of friends.

We spent a week at this wonderful home and had the best time. The 20 minute walk to Disneyland was so convenient! The house was terrific and we all enjoyed the pool after a long day of walking the park.
The only downside to this property is the noise of the traffic, but even that was well worth it!

The house and pool are great for a family with young kids. The kitchen is very well suited for a family and the equipment is good. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage which is great so you don't have to go to the market constantly. There is a Ralph's close by. The pool is heated and has a slide and waterfall so the kids will love it. The house is a little over a mile from Disneyland and the drive is very easy. You could theoretically walk, but it is really not feasible. You will need a car. The owner is very responsive to texts. The neighbors are very nice and helpful. There was a power outage in the area, and the neighbor came over and showed us how to get into the home.

Our family all stayed comfortably in the home (10 people!). About a 20 minute walk to Disney. The pool was a perfect treat after a long day and the kids loved the waterslide.

We had our children and spouses and our grandchildren. The house had ample bedrooms and bathrooms and the pool was great for the little ones with a slide and beach entry. There was ample space and plenty of bedding and towels. The house is within walking distance of Downtown Disney which provides plenty of restaurants to chose from and is a quick Uber ride to the theme park entrances.

Home was perfect for our group and met our expectations. Plenty of room for all. Location was fantastic for a Disney vacation. We will definitely stay in this home again. Unfortunately it rained on the days we planned to visit Disneyland. However, the home was close enough to go back-and-forth and also provide plenty of space for entertaining ourselves.

This property is a very comfortable place for a large party. The rooms are not right on top of each other and there are a few separate sitting areas in the house as well. The pool area is gorgeous and you really can see the Disney Land fireworks quite well from the veranda. Our hosts were quick to respond to any of our needs and the location was very desirable.

This property exceeded all of our expectations.
We had a wonderful time with our family. They loved the pool, hot tub and slide. As stated in description, “Location, Location, Location.” It is easy to get to Disneyland, fireworks nightly from pool area or balcony and grocery store within a mile from house.
Diana, the owner, was so easy to work with. If we had questions she would respond to them quickly.

We had a wonderful time with family and my four grandkids. They loved the pool and a hot tub! The house is big enough for everyone to have their own space if needed. As stated “location, location, location“ we were able to walk to Disneyland in 20 minutes or take an Uber if you were tired. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was wonderful. There is a bit of road noise from the busy street out front, but it was never an issue. Kids enjoyed the beautiful pool with slide and hot tub. We walked to Disneyland in less than 15 minutes and it was easy to get on freeways to go other places. The owner was great. She responded to every question or request we made, immediately. This home was perfect for our two week vacation that included 6 adults and 4 children between the ages of 4 and 12. The pool was amazing. It was a big hit with the kids. There are plenty of pool tours and life jackets. Everyone, including the adults loved going down the slide. Seems like a fairy tale sitting by the pool as the accent lighting began to come on at dusk illuminating the beautiful landscaping. Being able to watch Disney's nightly fireworks from the pool and balcony was the cherry on top. Our week at your beautiful home was everything we hoped for. The close proximity to Disneyland made it easy for all of us to walk if we wanted. The house had more than enough room for everyone to sleep, play, and find a quiet space as well. The pool area was so much fun for the kids and adults alike. The owner was so prompt in turning on the hot tub and pool spillway; it is the best way to save energy. Everyone was sad to leave, but the memories we made will be with us for a lifetime. 11 members of my family rented this house for our Disney vacation. There was plenty of bed and bathrooms for all. I think the kids (ages 9 to 15) enjoyed the pool, slide and hot tub almost as much as Disney. Diana the owner, was very responsive to all our needs. House was ready and clean when we arrived. Very close to Downtown Disney, and Uber travel was fast and easy if you don't want to walk. Thanks for a great time.

If you are looking for an amazing home, this is it! The home is glamorous, spotless and an easy walk to Disney including for my granddaughter in her wheelchair. We had such an fabulous time gathering in the huge kitchen, relaxing in the pool and hot tub after long days at Disney, and finally retiring to one of the luxury suites for a great night’s rest. Check in was sooooo easy! Parking in the garage was great and every evening was wrapped up with a spectacular firework display from the back yard and upper balcony. I seriously could not have asked for anything more. This was a 10 for family vacation! Thank you so much!

There were 9 adults, 2 infants, and one baby. We had more than enough room for all of us. The house was well insulated from any noises coming from the inside or outside of the house. It was extremely clean when we showed up. Diana(manager/owner) was above and beyond nice! Probably one of the most genuine and honest people I’ve dealt with! The price of staying was cheap considering what you get. This is where we’ll be staying again when we go back to Disneyland. Neighborhood was quiet, safe, and clean as well. Thanks Diana!

We just returned from a family trip to Disney. This home was GREAT! It is the only newer home close to Disneyland. We walked through Downtown Disney to access the parks daily. It was an easy walk from the home. We pushed the kids in strollers. We swam in the heated pool every day. The pool with a water slide was a huge hit! The house was very well stocked. There were so many options for the kids to sleep. The kitchen was huge. The owner always responded immediately. We will definitely stay in this home whenever we return to Disneyland. It was a wonderful week.

Our family of 12 adults and young adults really enjoyed this property! Both the pool and Jacuzzi were big hits, and I loved how easy it was to contact the owner so that they were heated when we were ready to use them. The location is right near Disneyland and we had the pleasure of watching the fireworks each evening. The kitchen and dining room were large and easily accommodated our big group.
Three of the five bedrooms (actually one was a playroom/bedroom) had en suite bathrooms, but there were plenty of bathrooms to go around. The dining room was big, perfect for a large Thanksgiving meal! Lots of dinnerware and cutlery. The property also contained both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. We had a couple of questions for the owner, and she was very easy to reach via text and responded immediately. All in all, a great stay! Highly recommend.

This property has a great location! We were able to walk to Disney every day. The private pool and hot tub were so so nice and relaxing. This property is also amazing for kids. They have a game room and huge area for playing. Kitchen is giant and well stocked also.
