This unit is located in the upscale Beach Colony Resort on the quaint and beautiful town of Perdido Key. Each bedroom is its own suite with a private bath and balcony. With leather furniture, granite countertops and windows with a view from every room, this unit is elegant, yet comfortable. We so enjoyed our stay here. The condo was one of the nicest and cleanest we’ve ever stayed in and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The location was perfect. So close to Orange Beach and Gulf Shores so there was plenty to do but far away enough the beach and pools weren’t crowded at all during the day! We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit was perfect for our family get-together to celebrate our Dad’s 90th. Extremely clean, neat, plenty of towels, well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds! Walks on the beach, lots of time on balcony and by the pool. We’d highly recommend this condo. Hope to return someday soon.

The condo was beautiful and cozy. Great balcony and beautiful views of the beach. Only complaint was the ice maker did not work and the hot tub was closed all week.

Great ocean view from balcony, living room, master bedroom and a side ocean view from one of the other bedrooms. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen and convenient trash shoot around the corner from the condo. We spent alot of time on the beach and balcony! Nice balcony furniture just a warning it is on the 14th floor so if you have kids that can climb up on chairs we moved them away from the balcony railing (we had a 2 year old and our eyes were on him constantly) only negative was the shower and bathtubs had alot of sand in them when we checked in. (I know its the beach there is always sand) also i had a coulle questions that were not answered and a couple days went by before I got an answer. (Everyone is busy) Other then that We had a great family vacation! Great well kept beautiful condo.

This was a wonderful 3 bedroom condo! It had everything we needed for our stay including extra towels and linens, and was very clean. The view was amazing! You could see the beautiful blue ocean from the living room, the breakfast nook, the master bedroom, and master bath! With this being an end unit condo, the natural light made the space so bright. Our family loved the spacious 3 bedrooms and the fact that each bedroom had their own bathroom and their own little balcony. Cassandra's informational binder was very helpful and we were able to eat at the delicious restaurants she recommended. This condo was absolutely perfect!

The condo was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of towels/ blankets to use during our stay. Cassandra was very easy to get a hold of if needed, and she responded very quickly. We had a great week and would definitely come back!

Just an absolutely perfect place to spend a relaxing week. It is not too far from everything we wanted to do and not too close to mons of people. It was a gorgeous condo and Cassandra could not have been more wonderful. Thank you for the best place to spend some special time with our family!

Girls week with friends from college. The 4 of us had plenty of room to ourselves as well as nice common spaces together. Cassandra was a great communicator and the condo was the nicest I’ve ever stayed at. The deck and view was amazing. It’s even nicer than the pictures. Can’t say enough’

Everything was just as we could have wished (except a couple of chilly days which can’t be controlled). The Gulf was warm, sunsets were beautiful, seating was very comfortable, beds were nice. We had a great visit.

My family loved our stay at this condo! It was clean and had a fully stocked kitchen. I especially loved that it had extra pillows and towels as well as beach towels. Other extras included DVDs and an assortment of books and games. The balcony is excellent and we loved having the option of closing the hurricane blinds since we did experience a little bit of bad weather the first few days. The elevators are quick and the pool was wonderful! If I had any constructive feedback, it would be to have the association add more loungers to the pool area. There is plenty of room for additional loungers. We had a great time and recommend this property! The owner was also very helpful with dinner suggestions and places to visit in the paperwork provided. I loved this!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

The set up of the condo was perfect, super clean and had everything! Only complaint we had was the shower in the 2nd king beadroom had very lottle waterr pressure. Would definitely return.

Walking in we noticed the open floor plan, cleanliness, updated decor, clean/fresh smelling. The AC unit was very efficient in keeping the unit cool. The kitchen is stocked with everything someone would need to cook meals, make drinks, bake desserts. There's loads of dishes and cutlery. The bed/bath linens are of quality cotton. The balcony has a table for 4 to eat meals and 2 rockers. Every room has a TV. It was an easy walk from the unit to the beach. Having an elevator code provided a great sense of security. Communication with the owner was a breeze. We had a fantastic time!

Another successful Spring Break at this condo. This was my parents first time with us and they throughly enjoyed the large balcony and local bike trails. We love the condo location, far away enough to be quiet but still close enough to enjoy everything. The condo is so spacious and allows everyone their own space. But has a great living area to play cards or board games together. We used the indoor pool a lot more this year because of the weather but still got to walk the beach daily. Everything was just as wonderful as last year and Cassandra is great to work with! Thanks for the restaurant recommendations, we tried The Jellyfish for the first time and it was so delicious!

The condo was clean and very cozy with a beautiful view. One issue was the shades in the 2nd bedroom would not go down, so there was little privacy. Another issue was the pool was closed, due to painting the middle building. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

This condo was the best condo we have ever stayed at. The pictures do not do it justice, it is more beautiful in person. We are a family of five and had more than enough space for us all. The balcony was fantastic. Only downfall was the pool closest to our condo was closed due to maintenance in that building but it did not ruin our vacation or anything. We still had a great time in the other pool but spent most of our time at the beach. We will come back to this condo again. Loved it!!!

Condo unit was amazing for our family of 5. We made all our own food during our trip and the condo included plenty of dishes, pots/pans, and even storage dishes. We loved the balcony and the balcony furniture, just wished it was a bit warmer to be able to enjoy it! Appreciated the included sand toys so we didn't have to bring our own. Beach is only a slight walk from unit and indoor heated pool/hot tub came in handy during the rainstorms and cool days. Would definitely recommend.

Your confo is very nicely decorated with wonderful beds. The kitchen has EVERYTHING needed to prepare meals at home . Since it rained the entire week, that's what we did. However, there is not enough dining space for meals when our extended family visited us for dinner. The original VRBO showed a dining table as well as the table in the breakfast nook. With sleeping arrangements for 6 to 8 guests, there's no seating except at the bar ... not good for Seniors or young children. Your sofa and loveseat have outlasted their comfort life. They are so difficult to sit on with the support system in them gone. The leather is the best for cleaning after guests, Also, the toilets keep running at times because the chains on the flappers keep getting caught and wrap around the arm on the toilet handle. It was nice to have a mop and push broom to sweep off all the puddles water on the beachfront balcony. Hope this helps you and your future guests.

We really enjoyed our stay. Only a couples thing that need work…I could only find a kcup coffee maker, two of the toilets need new chains( they ran a lot) and the ice maker on the refrigerator didn’t work. Other than these small inconveniences, the condo, beach and area was great
