Newly remodeled Waterfront apartment w/ kitchenette, tiled walk-in shower, large comfy sofa & 48" HDTV, Queen bed + twin bed in cozy alcove. Free WiFi. Stroll the sandy beach & see Orcas, Seals, Otter, & Eagles catching salmon, all right outside your door! Enjoy nightly beach fires and amazing sunsets. 15min to Seattle, only 12min to airport, but because we are on a point of land that sticks way out into the Puget Sound- which is part of the Pacific Ocean- we have no airplane noise! A little piece of Heaven in a convenient location.

We are from the area and booked this for fun way to spend the holiday week. The cottage is small, but set up extremely well and has everything you need and then some. Our 11 year old loved the sleeping nook! The beach is lovely, walking trails are fun, little store is quaint, and super close. Hosts are very kind and welcoming, easily accessible and helpful with local knowledge. Really fun spot for the Fourth of July, so many fireworks. Hosts family shared the beach a couple of days, given the holiday. We want to come back when the orcas are coming through!

This place was perfect. We loved being on the beach. It’s small, but plenty of room for two. The little store was walking distance from us, and they had excellent coffee. Loved everything about it!

Such a fun place to come back to every evening! We enjoyed our takeout dinners on the patio, overlooking Puget Sound. The beds were comfy with lovely linens. The bathroom was well appointed. We walked the Indian Trail above the property every morning, a real bonus! Another bonus is the darling store for coffee & snacks nearby, open 9 - 6.

We had a nice week for our anniversary trip. The place was just what we needed. Beautiful sunsets and the hosts are nice folks. We loved the store next door for a light dinner, wine and snacks. We packed a lot of activities in every day. So much to do in the area!

I loved staying here! The beach it right outside your door. The hosts are very sweet. They have a kayak you can borrow as well as life jackets to wear while you use it. It is less than 200ft from a cute little corner store where you can get beer, wine, and other yummy treats. I have no complaints and would recommend everyone stay here.

“Cool” Apartment

My family enjoyed our stay at Three Tree Point! Besides being clean and quiet, the apartment delivered everything we needed to enjoy our adventures in the PNW. Great location with easy access to everything. We were in town during the June heatwave, but the Puget Sound delivered cool temps each morning and night. Hosts Linda and Rikel are both kind and available. We would definitely stay here again!

Linda and her husband were excellent hosts to their beautiful cozy downstairs water view apartment . Care and love were obviously used in decorating and upkeep. This place was perfect and fit all of our needs. We wanted to be close to the city but removed from city life and immersed in nature. This was the perfect place for that. The water. The mountains. The views. All incredible. The hosts were so kind and welcoming. It was our little hideaway and have us the respite we need. They even had S’mores kit so we court enjoy them with our fire on the beach.

Cozy apartment overlooking the Puget Sound, with beautiful views of Vashon Island and the Olympic Mts. Very peaceful & rejuvenating weekend. Enjoyed wallking the historical Indian Trail nearby and on the beach during low tide. Marvelled at the engineering of how the homes in the area were built on the steep hillsides. 3 Tree Point is a hidden gem!

We cozied up here for a rainy weekend. Loved our view of the water. Proprietor is sweet and helpful. Access to Seattle restaurants is fair. Traffic is hellish. Kitchen could use a small stove for food preparation when you wish to eat in.

This place was the perfect little place to stay. It was so private and beautiful and yet close to Seattle. I loved that we could see the waterfront from in our room and also walk down to the beach. Linda was so helpful and responded quickly to any needs we had. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. You can't beat the price! I would definitely go back another time.

Linda is awesome, when she meets you she ensures you have EVERYTHING and I mean everything! Hairdryer, huge fluffy towels...great beach home!!! Fire on the beach was so much fun! Walked the beach collecting the most beautiful and interesting rocks! This cottage is so comfortable and charming. Only issue would be outside furniture needs updating but still a five star rating and highly strongly recommended!

WE LOVED IT! It was the perfect choice. Wish we were able to stay longer. Our host, Linda, was gracious, welcoming and like an old friend. The location of the apartment is also perfect. So convenient to the airport, the city, and so much of Seattle and Washington’s natural beauty. Stay here! You will love it too!

The property was pretty clean for the most part. The shower mat needs to be replaced. It appeared dirty and moldy. We spent very little time here, as we had plans and just used this place to sleep and shower. The driveway is very narrow and steep. If you have a large car, youre going to have a tough time parking. From the parking spot down to the apartment is a long walk down including uneven steps. The apartment is under the owners home. Which means you hear them talking and walking above you. If youre a light sleeper as we are, you wont get much rest. I am surprised there were no prior comments about the noise from above. Overall, it was ok. However, we feel like we would have been much more comfortable in a hotel.
