About this house rental
This 4777 square foot beach house with indoor-enclosed-swimming-pool is less than four city blocks from beach & all the restaurants / night life and is half a block away from children’s park at Silver Lake. The house has a family room, game room, billards table, dining room, living room, kitchen, family room with futon, nine bedrooms, sitting room, and six baths plus a large yard with gas grill with two propane tanks including one spare tank.
Only 5+ day rentals are available during the summer. From mid September to mid May, three night minimum rentals are available.

We had a wonderful visit to Rehoboth beach. We were able to accommodate my elderly parents and all the young ones. There is a nice little playground one house away and a fancy playground at the school 200 yards away with basketball courts.
The walk to the beach and to the boardwalk is totally manageable. That was nice in the evenings.

The house was perfect for our family with more than enough space for everyone. The pool was especially nice and convenient for the little ones. The house had plenty of amenities (pool table, foosball, etc) but our favorite spot was the upper deck to play board games as a family. The location was great with 15 minute walks to the ocean or the boardwalk. The host was also super responsive for any questions that came up.

Our group of 14 was there in mid-September, the house was great, plenty of rooms and beds, everything was clean and ready. Our group enjoyed the pool, water was refreshing after being out in the sun. Location was a short walk to restaurants, walk to beach was ok also. Neighborhood was very quiet.

Lots of bedrooms on 3 levels with separation so not on top of each other. Good location. Pool indoor for rainy day- fortunately weather was beautiful so did not use. Biggest limitation was space in living room dining room area. Owner very easy to deal with and very responsive.

We hosted a family reunion with multiple generations and was able to accommodate all needs. David was very responsive and resolved any questions we had immediately. The neighborhood is so lovely, a great place to stay if you enjoy bike riding. The walk to the beach was 10 min on foot, just a few min on bike. The kitchen was very well appointed, as was the rest of the house. Lots of extras you don't always get with the real estate companies (e.g. spices, pantry basics, kitchen appliances). Thanks for housing our new memories!

Great location to beach, downtown and there's a park across street.
Indoor pool was a plus along with upstairs porch to eat supper on.
Kitchen was tight but workable and seating in living room was limited.
All in all, everyone had a great time and enjoyed their stay.

We rented during a very hot week in August when it was over 100. The pool was a godsend. The house has a lot of bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, and nice pool table and other games in basement. The living room and dining room are really small for the number of bedrooms. There is a larger table in the living room but using it makes the living room smaller. There are folding tables and chairs in the house but we didn't know so brought our own. The furnishing are dated...perhaps 1960s and not beach house furniture, and the bathrooms are basic.
The master bath had a bad smell when we arrived which we couldnt get rid of. The house is a long 3 blocks from the beach and we drove and parked using the provided permits. The beach was lovely. There are no beach chairs, umbrellas or toys which seems odd for a beach house. A neighbor was throwing away usable boogie boards so we rescued them and left them at the house.

David was super responsive and easy to deal with. We thought the house was great and worked well for our extended family - ages ran from 16 to 89 years old!

This house was perfect for our extended family beach week vacation. 4 families, 15 people, 2 littles and 2 teens were all incredibly happy. The neighborhood is exceptionally quiet. There was plenty of space inside and out to congregate comfortably. There was PLENTY of space and private rooms to hide from family when necessary. The beach is absolutely walkable but close enough that driving/dropping off is incredibly easy. The teens loved the freedom of the quiet neighborhood walk to the beach/boardwalk. The littles loved the multiple playgrounds in walking distance. The pool was a cherry on top for the rainy afternoon. The owner was on top of everything and made the process so very easy. I would book here again in a heartbeat.

Kids Paradise
Everything from an indoor pool to football to pool table - this house had it all! The kitchen is fully equipped! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Our teenagers were excited to have their own rooms, biking distance to downtown and the beach!

Dave's house in Rehoboth was more than enough to fit my family of 15 adults/teenagers. We enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and easy access to the beach. It is about a 10 minute walk to restaurants, etc. The pool was also a hit when we needed a break from the ocean.

Great location especially enjoyed having a playground nearby since we had young children with us. Loved having the pool in the house. House was comfortable and big enough for our family to spread out comfortably. Enjoyed having the pool table and we always out ate out on the front porch using the two large picnic tables. Nice house

We had a big group of family and friends. There was plenty of room, and having so many showers was a big plus. The neighborhood was great and we loved the location, but the beach is about 1/2 mile away. We walked a lot, but it was a very easy walk to both the beach and the restaurants, bars and shops. The best part was how easy the owner, Dave, was to work with.

We loved the house, my younger kids stayed downstairs and played games, my son and wife with my grandkids upstairs and my 93 year young mother stayed on the first floor with my mother-in-law and my husband and I. Spacious clean house close to the beach
The property was clean and well maintained. We had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all the guests. Short walk to teh beach was doable even with 2 small children/wagon/stroller/etc. Pool was also really nice. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Dave is a wonderful person to deal with.
Dave was wonderful to deal with. We had an issue with the TV and he immediately took care of it. The coffee pot got zapped in a storm and he reimbursed us for a new one. Anything we needed he took care of right away. The house was clean and fully stocked. It is a big house with plenty of room. It is a bit of a walk to the beach. About a mile however it is all flat and easy to get to. Parking in rehoboth is tough however at the location of this house street parking is plentiful. The playground across the street was wonderful for my 2 little kids. Indoor pool and patio provided daily entertainment. I would recommend this house to anyone with a big family.

Fantastic Property for Family Gathering!
The Perfect home for family gathering near the beach! Our 2nd family reunion of 13 adults and 6 children ages 2-13 was a hit! Having an indoor pool, pool table, foosball, electronics...never heard a “we are bored” statement. Family meals every day! Having 2 refrigerators and ample dining space both indoor and on the porch or 3rd floor deck was wonderful. Dave is the ultimate host, you will be impressed how quick he responds to any of your questions and how he has everything imaginable in his home to compliment your stay. Bring linens, towels and beach equipment, the 3 block walk is very doable for all. We all felt His home was the perfect home to balance being with family and being safe. Thanks Dave!

Annual vacation for large family
This was our 15th year vacationing with our children and grandchildren, and our first in Rehoboth. The house is located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. It's quite a walk to the beach, especially with little ones, but the beach wagon really helped. After a day or two we learned who needed to be driven :) The kitchen is well equipped, although a little cramped. The house was very clean. Plenty of space on the lower level for the kids to run around and the playground and park, less than half a block away, was lovely, clean, and shady. We enjoyed seeing the turtles and fish in the water. We enjoyed many meals and hang out times on the porch. The enclosed pool was especially great on the two rainy half days. Can't say enough about owner Dave. He was extremely cordial and responsive, and any issues were addressed immediately.

4 generations together for the week!!
Great property that was large enough to accommodate a lot of people! Host was great and very helpful! Close to the playground but a little far for some to walk to the beach. We used the parking passes to park close by and there were no issues.
House was well equipped and the pool was perfect for the kids. They swam everyday. Definitely recommend this property, especially for large groups.

Nice Family Vacation time
Property was just as described. Plenty of room for all 20 of us. A place for everyone to hang together or if you need some alone time also. Dave is very nice and easy to contact if you have any questions or issues . Great location easy to get to all areas. Would definitely recommend for any large family gathering.
