This 2 BR/2 BA condo on the eighth (top) floor of the Polo Beach Club checks all the boxes, being right on pristine Polo Beach. The spacious and well furnished lanai is blessed with the sound of the surf, along with excellent sight lines for whale watching and enjoying the sunset.
The expertly equipped kitchen (extensive cookware and tableware, along with spices and pantry basics) has all the amenities anyone would ever need, and is perfect for making any simple or grand recipe.
Sandra (property manager) has her picture in the dictionary next to expert and prompt communicator. She is most responsive and takes the initiative to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible.
Linda (housekeeper) is friendly, efficient, and also an excellent communicator.
The pool and jacuzzi spa at the complex is well maintained and always has plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas.
This is a top of the line accommodation and is more than worthy of a repeat stay.

We have visited Maui and the Kihei area many times, but we have never experienced such a beautiful home on an ideal beach. Owner/Manager Sandra was quick to respond and communicate. The penthouse is well equipped and has a breathtaking, panoramic view of the ocean. The beach area felt very private and comfortable for all ages. We look forward to our return !

The penthouse has amazing views of Molokini and Kaho'olawe. It was delightful to see the sun rise and set with views even from the kitchen window. This home has everything one would need or want including a fully-equipped kitchen that would make any chef happy. In addition, the Polo Beach Club is minutes away from the Shops at Wailea, Spago, Tommy Bahama Restaurant, and Paia Fish Market in Kihei. Sandra was incredibly gracious and made special arrangements to ensure our party would be comfortable. Mahalo for sharing your lovely home!

Polo Beach Club is one of, if not the finest Condominium development on the beach in Maui with the most amazing view! Our stay was perfect as the Penthouse 803 did not disappoint. It was extremely well decorated and very comfortable with every possible amenity. The owner was extremely thorough in preparing us for our stay and available for any questions we might have. The building was also very secure and safe!
My wife and I cannot recommend this property more!

An absolutely outstanding property! Stayed for 12 days in November and already booked up for next year. The condo is directly on beach and walking distance to wonderful hotels. Sandra the owner is very responsive and helpful! She will help with any questions you have. A superb rental. Very clean, well stocked and everything you need for a wonderful experience. Wonderful Stay
Stayed at this condo for 11 days in July. Had a wonderful time. Condo is very well appointed and is located in a very nice area of Wailea. Clean, and has a beautiful view, with a great beach area. Communication with management could not have been easier. Highly recommend.

Location-location-location! It's exactly what you want in Maui, condo directly on the beach, listening to the waves at night & walking distance to wonderful hotels for meals, massage and more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the place we stayed. All the conveniences and amenities one could want. A bit of construction noise on a day or two, but it is after all an active condo building, not a hotel. We’d love to come again when Maui is fully back to normal!

Stunning views and super convenient beach access
A beautiful penthouse level condo with stunning views from the living room and lanai. Nicely appointed and clean. The property is literally on the beach and you walk out from the elevator steps to the beach or the pool. The property has grills to cook meals on, as well as the full kitchen in the unit. We loved our stay and hope to return again next summer.

Enjoyable Stay
The property is as described. It is in very good condition and everything was in fine working order and clean. The views are spectacular. The beach is beautiful and steps away. Close to resorts, restaurants and shops but far enough away for a proper relaxing Maui vacation. I would definitely return to this condo. Sandra the owner and the management staff at the condo were very attentive and helpful although we had no issues.

Going the extra mile
The Penthouse at Polo Beach Club Resort was absolutely beautiful with native woods used throughout the condo. Furnishings exceeded our expectations and the ocean view is stunning. The property owner, Sandra provided outstanding service in preparation for our arrival and throughout our 10 day stay. Her thoughtfulness from a welcome gift to recommendations of places to see, activities and restaurants was greatly appreciated. When we return to Maui, this is the only place we will stay. Highly Recommended.

Awesome condo in paradise
I'm not sure it gets any better than this, an elegant penthouse condo right on the beach in Wailea. The condo is clean, comfortable, well equipped, and has a fantastic view. The owner is fantastic, communicates well and is very helpful. My wife and I stayed here for a milestone birthday and enjoyed every minute....with perhaps a little anxiety over Hurricane Lane but no predicting the weather!

A beautiful condo with exceptional views
Polo Beach 803 is a beautiful and extremely comfortable condo and it's in a prime location. Being in Wailea you are close to resorts, shops and a variety of beaches including the one that Polo Beach sits on. But what we loved most was after visiting these other locations (most in walking distance) that are busy and some times loud - we could retreat to a quiet haven and enjoy the ocean views without distractions.
The two bedrooms are comfortable with plenty of closet and drawer space. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with most anything you would need. There is a stackable washer and dryer that comes in handy if you have an extended stay. Everything is beautifully decorated and the owner is extremely helpful and efficient when we were making arrangements.
There is a pool and herb garden on the property. Parking is included (garage under building). We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely return to this penthouse.

Wonderful condo perfectly situated on a beautiful beach
We recently spent a week at the property and loved our experience. The unit met all expectations as it is beautifully furnished with breathtaking views of the ocean. We loved the location of the unit in Wailea, as it is more remote than areas and beaches in the more popular and populated areas of Kaanapali and Lahaina. Overall Five Stars, we will stay there again on our next trip to Maui. Aloha

Our Polo Beach winter vacation was awesome!
Our vacation was great because of many reasons. This beautiful condo located beachfront on Polo Beach was a big part of our exciting and fun vacation. This condo is beautifully furnished, and extremely well kept and clean. The views from this unit are fantastic! We had our morning coffee on the Lanai, and every morning without fail, we would see passing whales break surface and provide a wonderful show. We also rented Kayaks and were able to store them for the week in the racks located in the parking garage. That was a huge bonus! The owner is wonderfully helpful and available when you need her help or advice. Thank you for helping our stay become one of, if not the best vacation we have had on Maui.

A Perfect Home in Paradise
This condo is one of our favorite places in the world. We have stayed here at least 4 times and always are in awe of the impeccably appointed and well thought out home.The owners are thoughtful and attentive and so easy and pleasant to work with. Everything you need is in the condo including a spectacular view. From the lanai you can see the beach, mountains, palm trees and whales. The location of Polo Beach is excellent. It is close to fine restaurants and activities but very private. 803 is a true paradise.

This is a beautiful home, not a rental!
My husband and 2 sons stayed in this beautiful condo last week. It is quite a place! Every attention to detail is incredible from the beginning correspondence from the owner until you set foot in this penthouse condo and realize every word and detail are true! Steps to the beach or pool, you will encounter only smiles and a well kept, extremely clean property. Just a walkway away from the Four Seasons, Grand Wailea and other top notch properties you can get to in just minutes. The condo is spacious and comfortable and the upgrades are fabulous. You can really tell the difference between just a rental and a home that is rented privately. You definitely won't be sorry! In fact, you'll be thinking when can we go back - just like my husband and I are trying to figure out!

Wonderful time at Polo Beach Club!
We joined our best friends from TX and stayed a week in Condo 803. It is a wonderful penthouse condo with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The newly renovated condo is very well furnished and has top name appliances and granite in the kitchen. We loved it and all it had to offer. We spent hours on the lanai having breakfast, lunch or dinner, enjoying the views and protection from the trade winds, and just relaxing. The condo is jut steps from beautiful Polo Beach and we enjoyed the pool too. The condo location is excellent and we enjoyed daily walks along the beach walkway. You can walk to the Fairmont, Four Seasons and Grand Wailea which offer many options for delicious lunches or dinners. We had a fantastic week with our friends and would highly recommend this beautiful condo.

Beautiful condo in a very convenient location
We stayed at the Polo Beach Club #803 for a week with dear friends. We found it so convenient to everything that was available in Wailea and yet was at the quiet end of the beach walk. The beach was really beautiful. We did not cook much but everything was there had we decided to do so. The people in the office were grand. Would definitely consider renting here again.
