Nestled in the heart of downtown Santa Fe - just off of Paseo de Peralta - sits this wonderfully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath home that accommodates four adults comfortably- and absolutely, no pets. Magdalena on the Plaza is decorated in Southwest/Santa Fe decor, includes 4 fireplaces, and provides the perfect needs in a beautiful Santa Fe rental home. This charming two bedroom adobe has one with a king bed and one with two twin beds, each having their own private bath. A comfortable living room features comfortable sofas (one pulls out), a large dining area and kiva fireplace. On summer nights, prepare dinner in the fully equipped kitchen and dine al fresco in the wall-enclosed private courtyard with garden and outside fireplace. In winter, it is like having your own private ski lodge. The location couldn't be more perfect being close to everything downtown - shopping, galleries, wonderful eateries, and music venues. Minutes from 10,000 Waves Spa and the Santa Fe Ski area. The King bed is in the master. This home may have a minimum night stay based on seasonality and availability. Magdalena on the Plaza books up quickly, so make your reservation soon.

House was perfect for us, excellent location within walking distance of everything we planned to do. Really enjoyed sunset views at Cross of the Marytrs, within walking distance of house. Restaurants are excellent, recommend La Boca, French Pastry shop, Inn of Anasazi, The Shed. Will be back!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely authentic/historic Santa Fe home. The home was clean, and well supplied, with white fluffy towels, aromatic shampoo/toiletries, comfy bedding and well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the private courtyard for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance to the Plaza, so you could leave your car securely parked in the assigned space. The host provided a detailed list of recommendations for dining and activities which was greatly appreciated. Thank you!

My family (4 adults) stayed her for five days. The house is so charming and well done in the hacienda style. We enjoyed the peaceful courtyard for our morning coffee and evening wine. The kitchen is bright and well equipped and the living and dining room spacious and comfortable. The location was ideal for us to walk to the plaza for shopping and dining. Beds were comfortable and the showers were great with good water pressure and lots of hot water. Just a few nit picky suggestions for the owners… instructions on how to operate the tv and have a few flashlights and candles for power outages (we had one during a summer storm) . Overall a wonderful place to stay!

This is really an amazing home. It is situated in the perfect spot as there is a lot of privacy yet it’s only a five minute walk to downtown. So much cheaper than staying at one of the hotels in downtown Santa Fe and so much more to offer. The house is laid out perfectly because my husband and I were at one end of it and the kids room was at the other. It was extremely clean and roomy. Beautifully decorated and appointed. We will definitely stay here again!

Great location, private courtyard is very nice & beds were comfy. Master shower is a little difficult for people with mobility issues as others have mentioned but I was able to navigate ok at 6 mos pregnant. Santa cafe is the closest restaurant & was really great fine dining. Did not come up in my search of all the must-eats but I was very glad we stumbled upon it & were able to get in w/o reservation.

We were in Santa Fe for a girlfriend getaway. The VRBO couldn’t have been better with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. A great kitchen, dining and living room area. Was looking forward to the outdoor area but the weather didn’t cooperate. Great location with an easy walk to the plaza and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Magdalena on the Plaza was the perfect place to stay on our New Mexico trip! It was within walking distance of almost all of the restaurants, museums, and historical sites we wanted to see in the city. It was also a great place to relax after a long day of hiking. The artwork and decor matched the Southwestern style we were looking for in a rental house. We would love to stay here again when we return to Santa Fe, New Mexico!

We stayed for three nights at this terrific property--could have been much longer. What a great home. Everywhere we looked there was another interesting decor feature or piece of art. The weather was a bit cool during the time we stayed, so instead of the lovely outdoor courtyard we thoroughly enjoyed the kiva fireplace in the living room--so cozy.

My daughter and I stayed here for a Santa Fe getaway. It was a lovely accomodation, but one big reason we booked this property was to use the Kiva fireplaces. However, we could not, because the instructions stated that unless the temperature was less than 40 degrees, no fires were permitted, which was a big disappointment.

The actual accommodations exceeded the photos posted on VRBO. The property manager could not have been more helpful as we got closer to our stay. The location was amazing with a very short walk bringing you to the center of Santa Fe. My friends and I agree, we could come back here again. It made for a perfect vacation!

A short but sweet visit to Santa Fe for class work. The location is great, even though it is right off Paseo de Peralta it is very quiet inside. The two rooms are on opposite sides of the house which provides a nice separation and privacy. The outdoor patio was a great space for a morning coffee and to catch a little sun. The kitchen is well appointed albeit a bit dated, but no complaints. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to retuning in the future.

This house has the best imaginable location. But the master bedroom/bathroom layout was difficult. There were some maintenance issues that should have been addressed. For example, there were lightbulbs burned out on the porch and the sink in the master bath drained extremely slowly. These should have been fixed before a guest arrived.

Perfect location in the heart of Santa Fe. We were very satisfied with our stay. As noted in previous posts, having good dexterity in negotiating entering and exiting the master bedroom tub/shower is necessary. We would stay there again without hesitation.

Our three day, four night stay was in celebration of my sister's 70th birthday. We were quite comfortable staying here. The several block walk to both Canyon Road and the Plaza was a plus. The decor is wonderful with its Santa Fe style...we really enjoyed sitting outside for meals with the perfect weather we had. While the kitchen could use a bit of a facelift, it does have most everything you need in the way of dishes, pots and pans, etc.

Wonderful property located right off the plaza. Spacious property where the whole family was comfortable. Outside seating area and kiva allowed us to spend time together over a bottle of wine as the sun set. Place was furnished tastefully with pieces from local artists. The house was also equipped with oil, spices, paper towels etc which was nice. Would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 6 nights in this amazing close-in home. We cooked, we built a fire, we slept in blissful country peace, we bathed...it was all just like home. We easily walked downtown to the Plaza, the museums and all the shopping we could possibly do. We didn't want to leave. The ambiance was upscale Santa Fe with amazing art in the home, books and lots of beautiful pottery dishes to eat our meals. We were blissfully happy. Thanks for the perfect place to host my 75th birthday with husband and two friends.

Beautiful home in the perfect location. The bus stop for the Mountain Trail ride up to Ski Santa Fe is just across the street, and the Plaza is only a few blocks away. We loved the private courtyard and comfortable living space, and having the spare bedroom and bathroom available allowed my wife to sleep late while I prepared for my day of skiing.

The place is beautiful, quiet, and clean. For the most part it's quite well-stocked, though the lack of shampoo and conditioner in either bathroom is a bit surprising. I also think the check-in and check-out times are a bit ungenerous: 4pm and 9am, respectively. Notwithstanding those two small things, the place is well-located and comfortable. I certainly recommend it.
