About this apartment rental

This unit is located in the closest building to the spa, pools and restaurant and is one of the only units with spectacular direct sunlight from all four sides having views of the beach and marina. It has a very generous sized interior floor plan with three terraces off the front and a fourth off the second master bedroom. This 3-bedroom/3.5 bath luxury suite interior was recently professionally designed to complement the exterior views and provide extraordinary comfort.

This unit features a full kitchen with top of the line appliances. There is a generous living room with an entertainment center and pocket sliding glass doors that open completely into the wall to bring the outside in. In addition to the living room there is a full sized dining area, an office, and washer and dryer.

Relax on any of the four terraces that surround this suite and enjoy the amazing views from every room. The three bedroom suites can accommodate up to 6+ people in comfort. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with views of the ocean, land's end and the marina with two separate glass doors leading out to the terrace. The bathroom has his and hers separate vanities, a walk-in shower, large soaking tub and walk-in closet. The second suite features another king sized bed, sitting area, private terrace, and private bathroom. In the third suite you'll find a queen bed, private bath and sliding glass doors overlooking the spa. With the three master sized bedrooms, all with their own en suite, you can have the privacy you desire while enjoying spending time with your guests.

Housekeeping and concierge services can be customized for your visit. To keep rates reasonable and to create flexibility for my guests, the house keeping is not included. The on-site concierge can arrange any services requested from grocery delivery, to a chef to prepare your meals, to making reservations for restaurants or excursions you choose to enjoy. They are ready to make it happen.

The Hacienda Beach Club & Resort boasts a world class spa and fitness center with yoga, spinning and Pilates classes. Make sure to visit the spa for a massage or facial before hitting the beautiful infinity pool overlooking the private beach. The resort also offers and includes a variety of outdoor activities (with free equipment rentals) for the entire family, including kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding.

The on site Hacienda Cocina y Cantina Bar and Restaurant has some of the best local and regional cuisine.

If you are looking for the privacy and comforts of a villa with all the amenities of a resort without the timeshare promotions, you have found your home away from home.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and will consider other payment options. 50% of the total rental amount is required to secure a reservation. The remaining 50% will be collected 30 days prior to check in. For reservations made less than 60 days from departure, 100% is due at time of booking. Rates vary with the seasons. We will try to meet or beat the resort's best rates and offers. Discounts available for longer stays - please inquire.

We really enjoyed staying in this residence. Beautiful view! Bedrooms were spacious and clean! we enjoy the closeness to the lobby, gym, etc. We had no issues other than the communication to request our cleaning service (self paid) even though we requested it a few times to the front desk.

My family and I went to Cabo before Christmas and Steven’s place is amazing. The location is perfect with an easy walk to the marina and the grocery/Walmart. The view was gorgeous from the patio and the Hacienda Beach Club was a great resort. The condo itself was also great and had everything we needed. .

This place is just amazing! The pictures do not do any justice. Close to the pool, workout room, And concierge. 3 couples stayed here very comfortably. Ordered our groceries ahead of time and when we got there everything was perfect. Had a great time at the pool and beach. Loved that the beach is swimmable right in front of the condos. Steven responded quickly to any questions we had. Defiantly would stay here again. The condo was clean and did not lack anything. Perfect anniversary get away.

Excellent restaurant in the lobby area. Seriously one of the best pools close to dtown Cabo area. All the main bars and restaurants are walkable. We will book again.

The unit was beautiful and a great location on the property. Everyone here was very nice and made our stay enjoyable. I think the prices at the pool for drinks and food was overpriced. I would suggest going to the store down the street and get drinks and food there. I also recommend going to Isabel’s restaurant for dining. It’s right outside the resort and an easy walk. The bear fish tacos I have ever had. We will be back and stay here again!

The property is spectacular in every way. The apartment was spacious, beautiful fit out and felt like a home. Its location is the best on the property - closest to the pool, restaurant and beach. Steven was great to communicate with and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would leave more than five stars if possible - we have been to Cabo many times and this was the best trip ever. This property was beautiful in the photos but even better than we expected upon arrival. It has a wonderful view and was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. This residence was perfect for family vacation! 6 adults (3 couples) and everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Loved that we could all be together and have coffee on the patio and game nights around the table. A short walk to the marina for shops and restaurants was so nice! Also walked down the beach to The Office - highly recommend eating there. Beautiful grounds, gorgeous views and we really enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. Top notch service in every way. We had an amazing week!

We have stayed at this resort four times now and are always beyond pleased. Loved this units location(building 5) which is next to the spa and gym, as well as the pool and restaurant. This property is exactly as described. It's very exclusive. The staff is super-friendly. Rose, who is the concierge, checked on us every day to ensure that our stay was going well and inform us of any on-site activities (such as a massive baby turtle release). The pools are exquisite. The home itself has is very tastefully furnished and luxurious. The walls are very sound proof giving you a great night of sleep. From the balcony you will enjoy a nice sunrise with a great view of the ocean. All communications with our hosts went fabulous. The location is perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

What a fantastic unit! It's generously proportioned for 3 couples, the terraces have the best views and it is well equipped with everything you'll need for your stay. The description of this unit as well located is spot on, both within the Hacienda property and close to the center of Cabo. A quick walk to the lovely pools, restaurant, spa and beach on the Hacienda property. Outside of Hacienda Beach it's a short trip to great restaurants and the marina. The property was immaculate. The staff was lovely and professional. They were quick to respond to requests and guided us with great suggestions. Highly recommended by everyone on our trip!
