This gorgeous, 4000-square-foot home is a true luxury vacation living at its best. One of the largest, single-family, vacation home in the Phoenix area, located seven-minute drive to the new University of Phoenix Stadium (Cardinal Stadium) Westgate City Center, Jobing Arena, Tanger outlet Center, Glendale Arena, bordering Phoenix, Glendale, and Avondale. This home is centrally located to shopping malls, I-10 and I-101 Freeway, costco, Wal-mart, Restaurants, Sam's Club, Phoenix Raceway, Golf resorts, Sports Complex, and family entertainments.

It offers private swimming pool,spa, and six bedrooms plus bonus room with POOL table, three full bathrooms, formal living and dining rooms for formal occasions, extra-large gourmet kitchen with center island, granite slab counter tops, maple cabinetry, top-of-the-line appliances, microwave, gas oven and range, refrigerator with automatic water dispenser and ice maker and filter, dishwasher, pantry, all kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, rice cooker, cooking-ware (non-stick), baking-wares are provided.

High-speed Internet (WIFI) and telephone calls (within US) is also provided for free.

All bedrooms are furnished with elegant furnishings with TV,Custom paint colors thru out, and tastefully decorated (two king-size beds, three queen-size beds, two twin beds, & 1 sofa bed.) The master bedroom has furnishings that is fit for a king with armoire, 27-inch TV with DVD and VCR, oval tub, dual sinks, separate shower, and oversized walk-in closet. Central AC set to 75 degrees in summer and central heating set to 70 degrees in winter.

This home is so large, everyone can have their own privacy and enjoy different activities. There were 10 golfers and we still had room for 2 more. Over 4,000 sq.ft of living space, open kitchen made it easier to move around and still be part of the group. After round of golf, hot tub and swimming pool were very inviting. This is the second time we have rented the house and we are already planning for our 2024 trip.

We reserved this location. To bring together Family and Friends within the area to spend some time together. Everything was exactly as presented on the listing. We were able to get the house on time and check out was a breeze. The neighborhood was quiet and everything was close! (Stores, shopping etc) Definitely worth the price for our group of 8. Plenty of space for us to have the event. Thank you for everything and we would stay here again!

We had such a great time at this house. It was located in a great area very close to Costco and Sam’s Club to get food and lots of great restaurants near by. The neighborhood was quiet. When we needed something for the house Carmen came by quickly and helped us out. The pool and spa was awesome for our kids.

House is aged a bit but all the necessary things are there. Pool/SPA heater did not work but did run while we stayed there which is an extra charge. Neighborhood is very urban. Property manager is good at communicating with you during your stay. Good location from highway.

Amazing trip was a golfing holiday, the house was awesome very well equipped in all aspects from dining to accommodations. The pool was awesome, don’t need to heat as the weather was amazing. We had originally booked this house to watch Spring Training games but when those got canceled we just enjoyed Phoenix. The house was perfect for my family and extended family. Plenty of room and bathrooms for all of us. The pool was fun for the kids and the hot tub was great when it was cooler weather. Coffee and breakfast by the pool was perfect. There was plenty of dining area for all of us and the kitchen was one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve stayed in. Carmen, the property manager, was so friendly and accommodating. She was there when we got there and showed us how to do and run everything. Her response time was immediate and helpful. The owners themselves were also great. We had a schedule change and they were so great to move our dates around without issues. The location was close to everything we needed for food and entertainment. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

House layout and pool were great. It's a little warn and the landscaping could use a little TLC. But the backyard and pool is where we spent most of the time. Lots of cats and cars in the neighborhood. Someone appears to be feeding the stray cats in the houses front yard. Carmen the house contact was very helpful and accommodating.

We had a great time! The pool was awesome. The house is spacious and we had 5 adults and 7 kids with us. We took a day trip to the Grand Canyon and another day at South Mountian but mostly spent time together with our family in the pool. Would stay here again. Beds were comfortable, no ceiling fans but oscillating fans in each room was adequate. Carmen was responsive as the property manager.

Great getaway and working weekend

Five of us stayed at this house for the weekend as a mix of friendship bonding time and some work we do for a nonprofit. The layout of the house was perfect for both these things. The pool was quite warm, which is not a surprise for July in Phoenix, but clean and pleasant. There was plenty of outdoor furniture for us all, the kitchen was clean and had everything we needed except foil, cling wrap and that type of stuff but I didn't expect it necessarily to be there, some houses have it, some don't. The WiFi worked great, we didn't use the television. The temperature is set by the owner with no way to change it (lock box over the thermostat; I don't blame the owner). For the most part that wasn't an issue, a couple of our people felt chilly at times, the rest of us were fine. The person we contacted to let us in was terrific.

Needless to say when we arrived to a beautiful home with a pool they were thrilled. This home is beautiful and had everything we needed. Thank you ! Convenient location, well stocked kitchen and linens, very clean! Yard was perfect. Pool was beautiful and we used the spa every night. Property manager, Carmen, was extremely responsive and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. Bedrooms are huge and beds are very comfortable. Nice plush towels. Kitchen pots and pans etc were like brand new and nice quality. BBQ was also very nice and free to use! We heated the spa each afternoon/evening for several hours and being charged by the therm, it cost us around $60 extra total. Totally worth it! The pool was over 85 degrees (May 1) so we didn’t need to heat it. Overall, this is how all VRBO rentals should look!

After a year of not seeing family, this is exactly what we needed. Lots of room and close to shopping and restaurants. The house was very comfortable and the pool and spa were great. We didn’t heat the pool but we heated and used the spa 4-5 times and the cost was around $40 for the week. Thank you Cynthia and Carmen.

Great house! Very clean and so much space! You have 6 parking spots. Three in the garage and three in the driveway. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and such. The only thing that was a bummer is that it doesn’t say in the listing that they charge more to use the hot tub. I only found out a week before check in and it was definitely too late at that point. Very nice though!

Spent the weekend here with 10 ladies and a couple of infants. The check in process was very smooth. Property manager Carmen was great with communicating and would have stopped by if we would have needed any help with anything. We were able to get the hot tub to warm up to 97 degrees. It was blissful! It did take some concentration and studying with the dials and the paper provided, but it did work. Would recommend for a large group or family!
