This town home was great for a golf trip to the RTJ golf courses. The home is very nice, clean and in a good location for golf and restaurants. I would definitely be interested in rebooking for future trips.

We had a top notch experience with the owners and the property. We hosted a family dinner Thursday night and brunch Friday morning. Everyone had a blast and they were impressed with the townhome. The kitchen had everything we needed and we all had plenty of room. The master is HUGE and gave us much needed space. I highly recommend this place!

My mother, my two teen sons and I stayed here for Christmas to be near family in Chelsea. The property is safe, quiet, centrally located, and exactly as you see in the photos. Bedrooms are lovely and comfortable - my mom absolutely loved the MBR suite and that it was on the main floor and didn’t require stairs. Washer/dryer were fantastic to have. Mitch was extremely responsive (we had zero problems, just a few questions). Check in and out super easy. We will definitely rent here again. Thank you to the owners for a great stay!

This worked well for our family of five (3 college kids) to come together for Thanksgiving. Plenty of space, clean, and convenient location for us. Only issue was the road noise that is noticeable in the bedrooms at the back of the house. Might bother some that are light sleepers. Owners were easy to work with!

I booked this home because my daughter’s team played in the USSSA Fastpitch World Series and it was perfect! The pictures are spot on!! This is a beautiful townhome! It is clean, up to date, great location and very spacious!! The only regret I have is that we didn’t booked an extra day! Worth every penny! World Series Champs 🏆 Thank You Mitch for your hospitality!

We stayed for a wrestling tournament with another family and had plenty of room. Host was very quick to respond to messages. House was clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water for baths ( problem with previous houses we rent) and kitchen was plenty big for cooking meals. Only downside was no yard for the kids to run around in but not a big deal. Would stay here again!

Our family gathered from New York, Florida, Ohio and Alabama to celebrate our eldest sister's birthday. The home was perfect for a central gathering place and sufficient room for everyone. We enjoyed a trip to Oak Mountain State Park, the Botanical Gardens, several excellent restaurants close by and hanging out at the house in the evenings. Just what we were looking for in a rental

This is our second stay at this property, it's located in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. Has all the amenities you need. We came down for the NASCAR race at Talladega, not a bad drive from this location and plenty of other things to do, it was great!

Easy 20 drive to convention center. Condo well appointed. Near expressway so noisy when outside and perfectly quiet inside. 5 min to get on interstate. Beds comfortable, owners extremely attentive. We asked for an oscillating fan for the only room that didn’t cool down and it arrived same day! Would highly recommend. Close to restaurants, grocery and mall. Easy parking and easy place to stay for the week.
