We had a lovely time in the quaint village of Cazenovia. Johnathon's home was well-located, well-stocked, comfortable (especially, the master bed!), and lived up to is billing!

Clean, comfortable and cute as a button! Worth the 25 minute drive from Colgate where we were visiting for parents weekend. We did not cook but laundry machines were great and we easily did several loads of our daughter's laundry! It should be noted in listing that bath and bedrooms not on the same floor. Not a big deal for us but might be for some. Would definitely stay again!

The house was perfect for what we wanted. We had come up for a wedding in Chitinango and was looking for a place close by. The house was cute and clean, couldn’t have asked for better.

Wonderfully quiet neighborhood in the village of Cazenovia. Large bathroom, and fully stocked kitchen. Easy instructions to enter the home. We like to walk and were able to walk all over the village from this location. We did drive to the Lorenzo State Historic site and Chittenango Falls State Park.

We came to visit for Antique Week in Madison-Bouckville. The cottage was an ideal location and a straight drive to the event. My boyfriend and I travelled with our one year old. The cottage is in a cute, quiet neighborhood. It was fully stocked and very nicely decorated. The property is not ideal for a one year old, but they state that it’s not baby proof on the listing—they aren’t lying. We did a little baby proofing of our own and made sure to put things back where we found them. We were rarely there, so it wasn’t a big deal for us. The host was very responsive and helpful in suggesting places to eat around town. There is a really cute coffee shop a few blocks away that I visited every morning for coffee and a scone. It was a great stay!

Spent the weekend in Caz for my 10 year college reunion, and ultimately last reunion. The house was the perfect location to campus for one last goodbye and to reminisce about some great years in my youth!

Cute, 2 bedroom cottage that proved to be the perfect place for us to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Colgate. The only negative, and it’s a minor one, is that there is only one bathroom. However, the bathroom is huge with a fabulous shower!
Thank you for a wonderful stay!

House was nice and clean and in a good location, but the bathroom was on the first floor so had to go down steps in the middle of the night. Also light darkening blinds in the bedroom would have been nice. Bed also creaked whenever I moved until I went to the extreme right side. Plus the wifi / TV didnt work🤷🏻♂️

This property worked well for us. We enjoyed the screen porch in the evening. We could have used a couple more adult games. We finally found 1. There was just a little too much personal items in the cabinets for my comfort, like people had left the house and we walked in.

My husband and I stayed here while moving our daughter to Syracuse University. Only about 25-30 minute drive and well worth escaping the city to stay in Cazenovia. The home is very clean, perfectly located, and very lovely. Nice walking distance to the lake and great restaurants. It really fits the vibe of the village! We would return!

Our A/C was the envy of other family members staying elsewhere. The house is older but has been refreshed and was perfect for the long weekend. We had absolutely no issues and the back yard was perfect for our toddlers to run around. Highly recommend and the communication for the owner was great.

Perfect location and cute cottage
Cute property! Love the location! Neighbor Cindy is wonderful! Let us use toys from her adorable She Shed and was very welcoming and friendly.
The place can use a bit of TLC and a good spring cleaning.
Some floor boards are coming loose, the shower handle for warm and cold water keeps falling off, and the cupboards are smelly and messy, and trim boards are dirty and dusty.... they need a good scrubbing and or painting. It was obvious that the cleaners did a good job preparing the house in the scope of their ability, but the property needs a bit more than a regular cleaning.
We still loved it and respect that not everyone's clean is to the same standards:-) Would have loved to tell the owner personally in a text or phone, but haven't heard anything after sending a goodbye text when we checked out a day earlier than planned. ( paid for 5 nights and stayed 4 due to a upcoming work trip we had to change our dates, which the owner nicely tried to accommodate for us to arrive one day early. We were thankful that we could make it work even though we kept paying for 5 nights and had to leave early.
Overall very charming property and cute cottage style in the middle of the artistic and wonderful town of Cazenovia. We had a great vacation! Thank you!

Excellent location!
We had never heard of Cazenovia before, but due to booked hotels and homes in Syracuse during graduation, we decided to venture out a bit. I am so glad we did! The house is exactly as described with even a little more charm and the location is perfect walking distance to just about everything. The master bed is so very comfortable! The host was very attentive and there was a lovely neighbor who checked in also to make sure we were doing ok. I'd absolutely return.

Wonderful old-school historic house on quiet residential street
House and property were exactly as advertised, a cosy1820's era house with spacious backyard tucked away on a cute little residential village street which gets very little traffic. Easy access/proximity to all the delights which Cazenovia has to offer. We especially enjoyed the screened-in front porch and outdoor fire pit. The property manager was super helpful and friendly who was responsive to all our needs.

Great house in Caz
We had a nice stay at Jonathan’s house in Cazenovia. Our girls loved breakfast on the front porch, playing in the big backyard and the short walk to get ice cream. The house had everything we needed and we walked everywhere: to get coffee in the morning, to the lake to swim, and to dinner at the Brewster Inn. Great place for a weekend get away or a week long vacation.

Cute Cazenovia Accommodations
Such a cute cottage in the heart of the village! My family and I really enjoyed our stay at 5 Union St. The house is conveniently located to everything. The front porch was perfect for playing games and hanging out. We were happy to have such comfortable beds! Check-in and check-out could not have been easier. We will consider staying here again.

Perfect house and location
We had a wonderful time at Jonathan's Cazenovia home. The house itself is charming, bright, clean and comfortable. Anything you might need is provided. You can walk to town from the house and enjoy great restaurants, shopping, and beautiful scenery. The huge backyard and deck/picnic table were big bonuses for us, as we traveled with two little ones, both of whom loved the house. Quick and easy drives to Syracuse, Erieville, and other local destinations such as Critz Farms and Meier Brewery. We had a blast and will stay again!

Comfortable stay with our 3-year-old
This was a great house for our weeklong stay in Caz with our three-year-old son... plenty of indoor space, a big yard, well-supplied kitchen, and some nice toys and books around. The cute center of Cazenovia is only a couple blocks away, and there are walking-distance parks and trails too. The host was very responsive and understanding - we really appreciated it!

Great house in a cute town
My husband and friend and I wanted a place to stay for Labor Day that had some swimming and good local food options, and this house was perfect! The huge backyard was just what we wanted - we grilled on the huge gas grill, sunbathed on the lawn and made a fire in the firepit. We did briefly swim in the lake although it was a little chilly - Gypsy Bay Park has a nice sandy area where you can walk into the water. We also had a great time at Meier's Creek Brewing Company and eating in downtown Cazenovia, there was plenty to do for a long weekend. The house is comfy and has plenty of space for three adults, we enjoyed the screen porch a lot. Thanks for having us!

Great Lay-Out for Visiting with Family & Current Social Distancing
I was visiting grandchildren, whom I had not seen in 5 months, and the home and yard were perfect. The yard is deep and open, with a terrific swing, large deck & picnic table, lawn chairs, and a fire pit. Also very helpful was a large bathroom that is next to the backdoor so family could change, etc. without having to go through the home. The cottage was immaculate with a handy kitchen & central air. Screened in porch in front was a bonus.

Much more than a base of operations.
Very comfortable and lovely home to come back to after a day out, and to hang out in on a rain/tired inside day. We’d happily stay there again. Host was great.
