Excellent! The property was very comfortable and clean. The location was fantastic!

The location was great.. 15/20 minute walk from the city centre and 5 minute walk from the main train station. Journey time on the metro or train to the city centre was 5 minutes. The property is location in a nice part of the city, with a beach front only 5 minute walk away. Whether you wanted to enjoy a quieter day at the beach or explore parks, this neighbourhood was great for it. The bus station is also only a 5/10 minute walk away which we used for a day trip to Marbella. I couldn’t be happier with the location of this property.

The property seems to be on a busy street, which was quite noisy at times.

No parking, but if you have patience, you can find a parking lot near The sofa is very uncomfortable the heating system only worked on the first floor but for us was ok

En doble perfecto, no sirve para triple

Decoración cuidada , cocina bien equipada , ducha cómoda , muy cerca de la estación de tren.

El sofá cama no es APTO para el descanso . Ojo con las triples, la persona que duerma en la supletoria no podrá descansar . El colchón es muy fino y te clavas todos los hierros del somier. Una auténtica tortura. En doble perfecto .

i won't stay here again

Location is nice. Close proximity to train station and metro La Isla.

We have stayed in the apartment 3. Thankfully we didn't see any cockroaches as many other guests (check the reviews), but in general the apartment is not recommended. - Cleaning is terrible. I walked one evening barefoot on the floor and my feet turned black. THey didn't wash floors there for weeks or even month. And didn't even vacuum cleaned it properly - we found human nails and hair on the floor and many many pieces of shattered glass. - Drainage in the shower - very bad (and this is if you don't mind mold in the shower). - Wifi - very slow, hard to stream even YouTube. - They didn't wash properly the cutlery and dishes - some were dirty. - Almost 0 supplies (is it hard to leave salt/sugar/pepper for guests?) - It's a 1st floor and soundproofing is bad - you hear everything what's outside. And of there's party nearby (one night there was loud music till 1 am) - you'll hear it too.

Clean, central apartment, very suitable for families.

The apartment is very close to the central station in a quiet area of the city. There is enough space for 2 adults and 2 children. Everything was clean enough and all amenities as described were in the house (or brought a day later). There are 2 showers and in the bathroom there is enough space to put your toiletries. There is an easy way to communicate with the company that owns the apartment and they reply fast on messages. The boulevard is at a walking distance from the apartment.

It is a 25-30 minute walk to the historic centre, which has more to offer to tourists in the winter months than this part of the city. The drainage of the shower on the second floor did not work very well. I reported this problem and they said they would send someone to fix it. It was a little better afterwards, but still not good enough. Bear in mind that this apartment has a boiler, so there is no unlimited hot water. This can be a problem if you are with 4 people who want to shower after each other and remember that doing dishes also empties the boiler.

The location is fantastic, right next to the main shopping centres in Malaga, a 10 minute walk to the beach, and around 15mins to the old town. The apartment is clean to match the contemporary design, upstairs and downstairs bathroom was great when you're in a rush to get out!

The apartment was not stocked with any non-perishables in the kitchen, not a deal-breaker by any means, but having to buy salt, pepper, oil, etc. was a little annoying for only a week's stay. As far as Spanish kitchens go having the microwave, even, hob trio was a good surprise, but there was no chopping board and no uniform crockery.

Great apartment, would highly recommend to anyone visiting Malaga

Great location, close to the beach and shops. Allowed an early check in without notice. Apartment itself was faultless, huge space for two people. Great air conditioning on hot days also.

Noise from other apartments nearby was loud overnight.

Lovely place to chill and cook:)

Very spacious and well furnished. Well equipped kitchen.

The sofa bed wasn’t the best, also the previous persons sheets were still on it when we opened it up. But overall okay.

It is very spacious.

1. The noise in the bathroom upstairs - Even after close the light, the noise of the ventilator remains for loong time. 2. Doesn t have much light/windows. 3. We arrived at 11PM, all shops were closed and didn t find at least a bottle with water. It wasn t plesant at all. The water from the sink wasn t drinkable.

Nice but way too noisy room.

Communication was good to a certain point Location was easy to reach Room was clean and spacious

Sound isolation was terrible. It was like sleeping on the street, sound wise. Had to leave early because of that. Once that was mentioned all communication went dead. I wasn’t expecting them to solve this, but at least a “I’m sorry to hear that” would be appreciated. Shouwer drain wasn’t working properly which resulted in a filthy floor. Beds were a little bit too hard.

Access code didn’t work and hosts took hours to respond (and only when booking.com customer service intervened) Extremely noisy both from neighbors and street noise to the point of inability to sleep.

Not a negative word to be said

There is absolutely nothing that I could say that was negative about this property. It was spacious, immaculate, modern and perfectly situated near to the bus and train station of Malaga. And I would like to add that the customer service was excellent from somebody I only know as Kellyn. Thank you. She supported me with the check in process through to helping me with any questions or issues that I may have had responding to me within minutes.

Quiet location, close to everything one needs. Apartment is rather new, and comfortable. Staff actively responding and friendly.

The property was not cleaned properly prior to arrival, plumbing troubles as usual in south of Spain. Few tools missing in the kitchen, yet the staff is really helpfull and friendly, and are ready to provide everything requested.

nice location. trendy apartment. great facilities best is 2 bathrooms (one off bedroom and one downstairs)

bed is hard. Really need to focus on cleaning. couch and carpets and cutlery was dirty. Hair in bathroom and bedroom cupboard from previous guests. could do with a couch or seating in main bed. Tv downstairs. couch downstairs is broken and not possible to sit an watch Tv.

Noisy and uncomfortable bed

Bed structure seemed broken and made noise from any movement during sleep and woke me up! Also the place was not sound proof from neighbors and street had noise bothering in the middle of night!! Worst sleep experience I ever had in my life! Very unsatisfied. I asked to give me another room but it refused just sent a staff who couldn’t fixed the noise!

Do not fall for the trick and rent it.

The place was not like the pictures. The toilets in the bathroom were stained and not cleaned well, the floor was not vacuumed or washed, the sheet was dirty in the middle part and, to top it off, we had ants that came in increasing numbers from the day we settled. Last day (day 5) - ants were crawling all over the floor and kitchen elements, including the toilet. The sitting area in the living room is intended to be used as a bed, but the thing is that when you try to lie down on it - the quality of the bed is such that the metal holder underneath stabs you. There was a coffee machine in the kitchen without a coffee filter and capsules, and we were greeted by a half-dirty sponge for washing dishes. Also, the sound insulation is so bad that you can get scared on the smallest hit from the neighbor above or from noises from the street.

Location was ok and the place was very near the bus station and on 15 minutes distance from city center through slow paced walk.

BETTER TO SLEEP ON THE STREET THAN IN THE ILOFT MALAGA

The beds were dirty, the mattress was stained in yellow and very smelly, the apartment was not tidy at all with hair left on the bedsheets and under the shower. Loads of ants in the kitchen so you can't cook or leave food on the cupboards. The worst host ever ignoring all the issues raised and not replying.

Spacious and clean apartment with good facilities Bed and mattress were very comfortable. Location is just a not far from the railway station, the beach and a few nice eateries
