Die Lage war ansprechend. Für eine Nacht war es i.O.

Das Personal war nicht sehr freundlich. Man konnte vor Ort im Hotel leider kein Wasser/Cola etc. kaufen.

Чистый отель с бассейном недалеко от центра Галле.

Хороший номер на 4-ых,с террасой и выходом к бассейну. Хорошая сантехника,горячая вода,чистое белье и полотенца. Обычный ланкийский завтрак,в том числе фрукты ,сок ,чай без ограничений. Чистый,теплый бассейн. Кулер с водой. Приветливый персонал, помогал по всем вопросам,в том числе с трансфером до другого пляжа. Оплату взяли в долларах,так как не было рупий,сдачу дали по хорошему курсу.

Мало мебели в номере,сесть и повесить одежду негде. Нет сушилки для мокрой одежды. Всё таки для нас показалось далековато от центра,хотя может в этом виноват ливень,который подпортил нам впечатление ....

Clean rooms

Proximity to the fort and lighthouse . Hotel terrace has good viewpoint from where we can see a bit of the sea and fort. Clean rooms and bathroom .

Basic amenity - Water bottles not included in booked charges , So we will be charged extra for it if we take from there . Breakfast was expensive .

Exceptional

The staff were very welcoming and couldn’t do enough for us. The room was clean and comfortable. The children loved spending time in the pool! We had an evening meal there and it was delicious, as was the breakfast. I would definitely recommend.

Staff were exceptional and very helpful. Just outside the town centre / Fort but only 5-10 minute walk away from everything. Tasty breakfast service and nice pool to relax. Would definitely stay again

Large room, little overpriced for quality

Huge room and bathroomcomfortable bed with AC. Basic breakfast included. Juice was excellent, rest average.

For my final night in Sri Lanka and I paid more than I usually would but the standard of accomodation wasn't any higher (with last minute discount) and service was lower. I didn't feel a particularly welcome guest compared to other experiences in Sri Lanka. E.g. said probably best I organise my own taxi, asked to pay immediately on checking in, no offer to put down bag etc. Place lacked a little bit of love and bathroom could be cleaner. No choice of breakfast. Basic continental. Again for price, would expect choice/more than jam and toast.

Good location with a sea view. Family room is really big. Nice terrace and balcony. Nice staff.

The whole building is pretty old and tired inside. There was a huge and a bit scary hole in the ceiling of the bathroom. The breakfast is poor.

Lovely staff, very comfortable beds, good breakfast, perfect location. Everything was fine. Some small places need a little maintenance but the rest is nice and fresh. We had a fridge, room was light, everything was working. Hot water and good pressure

Value for money

.The location, the pool, breakfast on the roof top. The manager was keen to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The room size was generous.

As others have mentioned, we experienced issues on arrival as to which property we were staying at. But these were quickly resolved. The bathroom needs an overhaul but the country has really struggled for 2 years and it will take time for businesses to get back on their feet.

Perfect choice close to the city

Nice and helpful staff; good Sri Lankan meals (we even had one dinner); hotel was not busy, so we could take meals on the rooftop terrace; fully equipped room including large cupboard; half-open-air shower; small pool; easy walking distance to the centre of the city and the fort

The Pool is nice and Rooms are OK !

The main Problem is some of their rooms are in a whole another place with 5minutes walking distance from the main Building and they are not saying this in their profile . we were traveling as a group and when we arrived they said that and took me to another place With TUKTUK !!!!! they expected me to accept this messy situation !!! we had a half an hour talks and negotiation .In the whole I was the person to accept some new things not them .. It was so Unprofessional of them to not inform the guests about this . finnaly , We accepted that to move to 3or 4 bed rooms in the main Building instead of Double rooms in Different ones !
