decent and it’s our third stay at the facility

good location and general appearance and cleanliness- staff very professional and friendly

the property is currently been utilized by contract workers and this putting the resources under pressure - example couldn’t find a luggage trolley as they were no where to be found - then found one outside being used as a grocery trolley and apparently the other was also in one of the contractors rooms - it had also been used as a grocery trolley

Definitely visit again

The room was so spacious and way more than we needed for the night. Plenty of room. Very comfortable. The front desk staff was so incredibly kind and helpful. I believe her name was Venecia.

unbelievable that we were unable to use the shower. Your ratings are meaningless

Location

The shower did not work and we were told there was no maintenance staff on the weekend. My daughter played lacrosse in the the 95 degree heat and was unable to take a shower. Very poor and I paid $360 for this service. I would like a credit

Good location and very spacious rooms. Nice staff. Was super nice when our TV wasn't working due to a power outage the day before. She sent maitance up to fix it and they did.

Same man with a cane was sleeping in the chair in the lobby when we came in and out Saturday and Sunday morning. A little scary for my kids.

I would definitely stay here again except maybe next time I would get a room facing away from the road and the construct

very nice place, clean facility, clean room , comfortable bed and room!

there was construction going on across the street and it started at about 8 A.M which was unpleasant and made it hard to get some well deserved sleep.
