Kaibo B-13, 'McKai Condo' is ideal for your getaway with family, friends or couples seeking romantic solitude. Our front patio door on the ground floor opens unto the white sandy beach of Cayman Kai (unencumbered beach access from ground floor units), a mere few steps away is the beautiful Caribbean Sea.

B13 is a two bedroom, two bathroom, beachfront condominium at Kaibo Yacht Club in beautiful and tranquil Cayman Kai. Fully furnished and equipped, our visitors will have all the convenience of home. The complex is within walking distance of Kaibo Yacht Club which features a restaurant and beach bar, gift shop, and docking facility for boats. B13 is a ground floor unit perfectly positioned for access to the infinity pool and heated Jacuzzi, this unit overlooks the azure blue Caribbean Sea. Large bay windows allow you maximum views of the coconut-tree lined lagoon and ocean or provide excellent ventilation with soft sea breezes. Magnificient sunset views from the screened patio with the twinkling lights of the north-western end of the island in the distance, optimally positioned. Licensed by the Dept of Tourism/Hotel Licensing Board.

Our unit is child and family friendly with plasticwares and some beach/pool toys.The condo is fully furnished and equipped, including linens, towels, kitchenware, BBQ grill, glass and stemware, cooking equipment and appliances. We try to include all the conveniences of home in a picturesque setting perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation!

This serene setting is home to some of the most upscale and private vacation villas, homes, and condominiums. Perfect for families spending quality time together, couples wanting a private get-away, honeymooners, or that special anniversary or birthday celebration. We have also had many couples get married nextdoor or on nearby picturesque beaches and combine their wedding and honeymoon stay with us!

Diving, snorkelling, and water-sports can be arranged at Red Sail Sports at Rum Point or with a number of locally licensed watersports operators, many of whom will arrange customised, private trips.

For those that want to explore the surrounding neighbourhoods, restaurants are located in North Side and East End. Nearby attractions include the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park, the Mastic Trail, Crystal Caves, Wreck of the Ten Sails, and several public beach areas perfect for swimming and snorkelling. A mere 40 minute drive and guests can visit the commercial district of George Town, shop in the duty-free shops, explore attractions on the western end of the island and still retreat to one of the most beautiful and serene spots on all three islands - back to Cayman Kai.

Access to Grand Cayman is easy with daily flights on Cayman Airways and most major US carriers from US gateways (Miami, Tampa, New York, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Charlotte, Philadelphia, Washington DC, etc., etc.) and direct service on British Airways (Heathrow), and Air Canada and West Jet (from the Canadian marketplace); as well as Jamaica and Cuba and charter markets throughout Central and South America. The airport on Grand Cayman is also served by many charter operators providing convenient service and is equipped for owner operated and private flights as well.

The property was well equipped, and in a great location for relaxation and quiet. Short walk to starfish point was great. The pool is literally steps from the screened in porch. We really enjoyed our stay.

This property and location are a perfect getaway for some relaxation. There are plenty of outdoor activities including kayaking, paddle boarding, and snorkeling right out the back door plus it’s so close to other desirable destinations like rum point and Starfish beach. The owner and property manager were very helpful and easy to communicate with. We will be back!

The property is a little piece of paradise. The condo is steps away from the hot tub, pool and beach. The overall property is quiet and it felts like we had the place to ourselves a lot of the time. And the Kaibo beach club is right next door with amazing food and bar. I definitely recommend this property and would come back.

This condo was perfect for our vacation. The location is beautiful and quiet. It’s got everything you need. Kaibo next door is cute and tasty. The grounds of the property are well looked after. Highly recommend. Only fallback is that it’s far from seven mile beach but still worth it!

Everything about the property was as advertised. We loved the condo, and my daughter had great fun in the pool, made all the better with the pool toys/floats. Spotlesssly clean and well equipped. We had a small issue that was dealt with helpfully and immediately, perfect communication and service. We would 100% come back, tomorrow if we could!!!

The condo was roomy, clean, properly equipped and located perfectly for a great view of the pool and the beach. The pool is literally a few steps away. Starfish point and Rum Point was just down the road although Rum Point is still under renovation. There’s a great restaurant and bar next door with excellent pizza. We’ll stay here again for our next visit.

This is a ground floor unit and very clean. You can walk directly out to pool from the screened in patio. Pool has an infinity edge and view of ocean. Only a few steps the white sand beach. Ocean entry is good mostly sandy and sea grass and you can snorkel the cove. Even with unit right by the pool, it is not noisy even when kids are playing. Pool/beach have lounge chairs and hammocks with tables and umbrellas. Pool, beach and grounds are swept daily and the grounds are well maintained. Pool-one level 4-foot deep and jacuzzi. Comfortable furnishings. Primary suite with king-sized bed/private bath, and patio access-hurricane shutters can be closed if you like naps. Second bedroom queen next to second bathroom accessible from living areas. Washer/dryer stocked with detergent. Kitchen with lots of counter and outlets. Stocked with salt and pepper, starter spices, coffee maker-starter coffee/filters/sugar. Multiple types/sizes of cookware including two nonstick skillets. Slow cooker, blender, cheese grater, tea pot. Newer electric range, dishwasher, large refrigerator/ice maker, folding portable chairs, ice chest, tons of towels, kayak, bikes North Side unit at Kaibo Yacht Club with dock access. Close to Stingray City, bioluminescent bay and Starfish Point. Dive op near condo. Limited restaurants Kaibo Yacht Club Restaurant/Bar 2-min walk or drive to Rum Point Breakfast/Lunch. Only missing ocean sound/breeze due to protected cove but would definitely stay here again!

Everything about this property was absolutely perfect for our family. The condo was very spacious, and we loved that we could walk out of the screened in porch right onto the beach/pool. The condo had everything we needed for our young children, including sand toys, a pack n’ play, and a booster seat for our 16 month old. We were surprised at how clean the condo was when we got there, especially since it’s right on the beach. The pictures from the listing don’t do this place justice. It’s lovely. The location was quiet and relaxing for our family. We were sad to leave and are already planning on returning next year. Thank you Nikki!

Thank you for the use of your condo. Everything was great!!! You'll find a couple new non-stick frying pans and a couple barbecue grill utensils in the kitchen. When we arrived we did notice that the faucet in the screened porch was left on and pressurizing the garden hose which was swollen near the spray nozzle. Thank you and best regards.

This property was the perfect place to unwind after 3 days in the busy Seven Mile Beach area. Nikki was great to work with, very responsive and helpful with questions about the area. I highly recommend renting a vehicle as the location is a bit remote. We rented a Jeep and had a great time exploring the entire island! FYI, you have to drive on the left side of the road! You won’t be disappointed with this beautiful condo!

I couldn’t have imagined a better location when selecting the rental unit. The unit itself is wonderfully stocked and appointed, but the view and location is its shining glory! Directly on the white sand beach, so close to the fabulous Kaibo restaurant and bar and a short kayak or bike ride to Starfish Beach and Rum Point. The owners were great to work with - fantastic communicator and so responsive. Perfect vacation!

My sister and I just returned from a wonderful week spent in this lovely condo on the North Side. Everything was exactly as pictured and the location couldn't have been better. We enjoyed walks to Starfish Point and exploring the East Side, but the highlight of our trip was a kayak tour of the nearby bioluminescent bay. We highly recommend it to anyone who visits there. We also enjoyed meeting other visitors around the pool - it feels like they're friends now. I'm already starting to look at a return visit next year.

My wife and just returned (1 hr ago) from a weeks stay at McKai B13. Everything was PERFECT!!! We had been to Grand Cayman about 30 years ago and when looking for a location to celebrate our 60th birthdays we decided to head back. We decided on the Rum Point/Cayman Kai area as we were looking for a more laid back vibe. We were not disappointed. The location is perfect and the condo is exactly as described. Morning walks to Starfish Point and evening kayaks to the same location to watch the sunset we're spectacular. We rented a jeep to get around and see the island and get out for some dinners as there is not many dining options close by. Putting the top down and cruising to East End multiple times for dinner was a lot of fun. Tukka, The Caboose, Over the Edge and and Grape Tree Cafe were some of our favorite dining locations. Kaibo Yacht which is just steps away also did not disappoint!!! Love the wood fired pizzas!!! The condo came with a kayak and 2 bikes which we used most every day. The property manager, Mitzi, also arranged for a second kayak and paddle board for us to use. Having them on the beach, just steps away was so convenient. We arranged a kayak tour of Bioluminescent Bay with Cayman kayaks which left after dark from Rum Point. It was on of the highlights of the trip and not to be missed. Our stay at Kaibo B13 was fantastic. It was perfectly located by the pool, so we could watch our kids from the porch while they swam. Loved staying at this condo. We will be back. Many things in Rum point were still closed and haven’t opened back up with Covid, but otherwise we had a wonderful stay. We had an incredible time at Kaibo B13! The property was exactly as described, it was clean and perfect for our family. This area of the island has not opened completely (Rum Point was closed completely and Kaibo Yacht Club was open Wed-Sun). We had everything we needed to explore the island during the day and enjoy Sunset! While there was a small hiccup in getting in, the McCoys were fabulous hosts, and immediately worked to resolve the issue. Recommendations for future guests- make sure you bring toiletries, and consult with a dive shop/ boat operator before coming- only a few would come out to pick us up in that area (Ocean Frontiers had boats running to the nearby docks). We weren't able to go on a boat due to wind, so have a backup plan, and watch the wind advisories- we learned a lot about wind direction! It was the perfect place to decompress, and we can't wait to find our way back to the island!
