About this house rental
The home is settled in the exclusive gated community LaValencia on the west end of Panama City Beach. Guests have access to the private beach front exclusive community pool with gated access and private beach access. This pool is not heated. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, full size laundry room, large kitchen and dining area. You have a gas grill on the bottom deck as well as room to eat outside if you choose. There is even a separate table for the little ones. Master bedroom located upstairs has a King bed, a sitting area and desk. The master bath has a garden tub and stand up shower and large walk in closet. Master also has a private balcony thru the french doors in the bedroom. The second bedroom upstairs has a King bed and the last one has 2 sets of twin bunk beds. There's a bedroom downstairs with a King bed.
LaValencia is on the west end of Panama City Beach. The west end is quite and not as much traffic, however at the same time you have a Publix and Winn Dixie right around the corner from the house. There is a Dunkin Donuts, Waffle House, Seafood restaurant & CVS . You are also a short ten minute drive from the beautiful Rosemary shopping center and beach. You are also a 10 minute drive from Pier Park (our outdoor mall and Frank Brown park.) Come and truly enjoy your vacation that everyone dreams about.

The house was great for our family. The neighborhood, beach front pool, and close beach access were awesome. There is a great patio area and back yard. We rented the golf cart and it made getting our stuff to the beach so easy. We will definitely be coming back.

This house was perfect for our family. The pictures do not do it justice. It was very cute and clean. (The rooms that are not pictured are also very nice- no worries)
The property manager, Lisa was the best! Very nice and quick to respond to any questions.
There were lots of beach toys and chairs, and access to the beach was an easy walk.
The pool is a little on the smallish side, but is fine for kids, so don’t expect anything grand. We appreciated that the pool area bathrooms were kept clean. The beach was great- this was in July- there were lots of people, but definitely not as crowded as a public beach access.
Like the other reviews stated; bring your own extra towels and washcloths. Highly recommended!

For our family of 10, the four bedroom house was perfect. Everything was as advertised, from easy access to the pool and beach, beach chairs/umbrella, quiet, safe, gated community, and beautifully decorated clean house. We would definitely stay here again. MMD

Best thing about this house is the location. It’s a super short walk to the beach. The pool on the ocean is a gigantic PLUS! The house is extremely spacious. The rental management team is very fast and helpful. We would stay here again for sure!

This house was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we could possibility need to enjoy our stay. We ate in the whole week and the kitchen had everything we needed. We brought our own beach items but there were plenty in the garage to borrow. The beds were super comfy and we really enjoyed our evenings on the back patio.

This property was even more ideal than we originally anticipated. It had room for days! A spacious, clean and well appointed house with COMFORTABLE BEDS and no one was bumping into each other. This was a family vacation with adult children and spouses traveling from Nashville, Chicago and Washington DC to spend a week with us. Our 5 year old granddaughter was also with us and we all had a tremendous and relaxing vacation. We enjoyed preparing meals together in the spacious kitchen and of course loved exploring local restaurants. The gated community was so easy to navigate and could not have been more conveniently located short of being RIGHT ON THE BEACH. The bonus of a beach front swimming pool was a special treat for our granddaughter for evening swims in the steamy heat of the summer. The house had everything we needed and more. Having a golf cart to help take our beach chairs, umbrellas, and a pregnant mama to the beach was handy. Though we brought our own, we were surprised to find beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys abundantly in the garage. The gas grill on the back deck was sufficient for our purposes but a little on the small side and we were happy to clean it up before and after we used it. These hosts have just covered every detail and obviously work hard to keep everything in pristine condition. There is just nothing to criticize! Thank you for a wonderful week of family vacation.

Beach Stay
The property matched the description and the stay was just as expected. We did a fair amount of dining-in due to COVID and I was glad to see that the kitchen was well equipped and had nice quality appliances and cookware. The only disappointment was that as a renter, we learned you cannot use the pool designated for the owners, which was heated on a cool temperature week and very close to the home. Beach was fantastic, beachside pool was fine and a very close walk. We enjoyed our stay and the spaciousness of the home.

Awesome house
This house was perfect. We came for a baseball tournament in PCB and was so thankful we didn’t actually stay in PCB. Traffic was awful having to drive to the ball park. Very thankful for the smaller crowds once back in Sunnyside. The gated community felt super safe. We could leave our beach carts and chairs outside with no fear of someone stealing our stuff. The short walk to the beach was very easy and we didn’t have to sit 3 or 4 families deep on the beach like we saw at other places. Traffic was light and the grocery store was close and not very busy. The house was plenty big. Kitchen and dining room was spacious enough for everyone to hang out and did not feel like we were sitting on top of each other. The kids loved the bunk room. The master bedroom/ bathroom was huge. The closet itself was big enough for us to spread all our clothes out and have our own dressing room. The house was designed so we didn’t feel on top of each other. Air conditioner kept the house super cold and felt great when we came off the beach. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook/grill. Fridge was big enough to hold all our food. Loved the extra little fridge for the adult drinks so we didn’t have to use regular fridge space. The rental company always answered when I called with a question. Check out was super easy and really didn’t require us to “clean” before we left. As we left, our kids asked if we could come back to this house next year and they have never asked that about any other house we have rented. Thanks for an awesome house.

This worked perfectly for our family and we plan to return for future vacations. The listing says it has cribs and shows photos of them, and we were told via telephone that they’d make sure they were there. , When I called the week before to verify, I was told they were no longer available which was a problem for us but we found a company to rent from. We were offered pack n plays, but that was not a suitable replacement for my toddler to sleep in.

The management company is bad! The "owner" of the company came over to the house, walked in and YELLED at me because our children were in the pool in the gated area. We thought we had access to that pool due to the pictures and statements in the ad. The kids were told to leave and they did so before the lady arrived. Apparently a neighbor videoed our children (which is really scary) and called the company. I tried to explain to her that we were not clear on the rules but the children left and no adults were present. She refused to believe me. She then went to the beach to yell at my business partner as well. It was all just so bizarre. She even accused me of stealing my business partner's credit card to rent the place because my partner was not in the house for her to speak with. It was the lowlight of our trip. Not only was the house not what was advertised but the management company representative was immature and unprofessional. This house is NOT close to the beach and you have to cross front beach road to get to the POOL AND THE BEACH. We had small children and did not plan on crossing a busy road. The pictures make it look like the pool is right in the back yard and even say there is a "private pool for the unit"- ITS A LIE! The pool is across the street, and it's for the entire neighborhood. Also, the ad shows a picture of a sitting room implying that it is a separate room- it's not, it's part of the master bedroom. There is a pool for owners only inside the gated community (understand the pool you get to go to is NOT inside the gated community!) but you can't use it or the fitness area. We took good care of the house, but have not received our security deposit back yet. That's another concern. This house is a nice house, but beware, it is NOT what the listing says or what the pictures imply. It is not beach front, and it doesn't have a private pool.
