3000 Sq. ft. 7 Bedrooms ,4 full baths, sleeps 18 with Hot tub, pool table, shuffle board, and foos ball table, Huge deck with a long out door table with plenty of seating for the entire group, First floor patio has the grill and hot tub First floor living room is a great place to hang out and play games pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, also has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Second floor dining room has a big long table to gather for meals, living room, kitchen, 3 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms, Third floor has a nice open loft with small living room to watch Tv and hang out, also has a bedroom and bathroom.
This property is located in the private lake community of Towamensing Trails walking distance to beach/lake, community pool , playground, and pavilion. (Maximum of 8 wristbands provided for lake/community pool ,No additional wristbands are available. Children five and under do not need any wristbands, this is set by the community ) There are public lake beaches at Beltzville and Hickory Run State Park nearby.
Just minutes from the Beautiful Lake Harmony, Big Boulder and Jack Frost ski resorts, as well as Pocono Raceway, white water rafting, paint ball and Hickory Run state park. This was my SOs first family vacation, and it went surprisingly well. The check in and check out processes were clear and concise. The check out process was pretty easy and did not include a long list of requirements. The house itself got many compliments from the family. Often when you rent out houses for large groups you can often struggle to eat together or play board games together. This house has a massive table that was able to accommodate 10 adults and 4 children for meals. I was also pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the kitchen was. I was concerned that the kitchen would only have small pots and pans, and it would be a struggle to cook for 14 people. However, we were happy to find large cooking pots and did not have much trouble with meals. The only suggestion I would make is to have a few more large baking sheets available. We were cooking bacon one morning and needed more flat pans, so we just hopped over to the local family dollar and picked up a few disposable pans. All in all, our whole family stated they would rent this house again for a future family vacation!

Was nice. The beds were not comfortable 8 wrists bands for pool and beach was very inconvenient since we were a party 12 over the age of 5. We weren’t able to enjoy ourselves all together

Very nice place but unpleasant smell perhaps due to old carpeting. Venue is a liitle older than the photos show. Kitchen was well supplied. The setting for the thermostat was difficult to control on both floors.

The property had everything we needed. Plenty of private sleeping arrangements for all guests. Lots of rooms and areas to convene for dinner and games; or to get away by oneself to read. The hot tub was great! Linda the Host was immediately available, responsive and accommodating. It was all we could expect for a large family gathering.

I booked this house with 5 other couples to celebrate my 40th birthday. It was cozy and equipped with all the cooking utensils we needed. There was more than enough space to accommodate the 14 adults that stayed. The home was clean and exactly as pictured. We did snowtubing at Blue Mountain resort, which was 30 mins away and enjoyed a candlelit dinner, which was prepared by a hired chef. It was perfect! The check-in/check-out process was seamless.

The stay at this home was very nice. It was comfortable and provided plenty of space for my growing family - we are grandparents with kids and grandkids that joined us for the holiday. The children enjoyed the game room and playing outside- they enjoyed watching the deer that visited everyday.

This place is very cozy. Bedrooms are spacious and comfy .The game room was the highlight we spent most of our time there. Right outside the game room is the jacuzzi and a sitting area. Good if you need fresh air or for the smokers. Will definitely stay here again

Eight friends gathered for two days celebrating the one year anniversary of our 50th high school reunion in 2022. This house was perfect. Beds and pillows are excellent. The kitchen is well-stocked and we never left the house for dining out. The game room downstairs was fun for all. Everything from televisions to the fireplace worked perfectly. We walked and talked and took in the beautiful Fall scenery. We’ll be back.

We had 12 people total. The place was great…enough bedrooms for all of us, plenty of bathrooms, large dining table so we could all sit together for meals & plenty of seating to sit around & chat. The pool table was awesome but could use a little TLC. The owners had a lovely home & we really enjoyed ourselves! We would definitely stay there again.

Hard to leave this house. The Poconos are beautiful. Highly recommend Hawks and Dingsman Falls. All five families who stayed there had a great time. Plenty of room. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this rental!

The location was great, right around the corner from the pool and the lake/beach. Plenty of space and all those bedrooms allowed us to spread out. Communication with our host was easy and she answered all our questions quickly.

The house was great! Very clean and plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kids loved the wildlife, especially the fawns and a big lumbering black bear! One suggestion I would like to make for Linda is that one bedroom have multiple beds, either bunks or singles. Kids don’t do well sleeping together! Thanks for a fun vacation!

The house had plenty of room for our large group to sleep comfortably and to sit together and visit. The host was very responsive when contacted about minor issues in the house and she corrected them promptly. Only downside is that the house has lots of steps so is a challenge for anyone with mobility challenges.

This little weekend escape from the city is just what we needed. The house was perfect for our group of 15 to celebrate my birthday. The owner was very responsive to my queries. The lake is walking distance and very relaxing. The house was very spacious and clean. We loved the long tables inside and outside and being able to sit down to eat together. Beautiful home.

This is our 2nd year staying at this property which is perfect for us as we are adult couples and each of the 7 bedrooms have queen or king beds. The dining room table is long enough to hold 14 people which is great for our family dinners and game playing. The games (pool, shuffleboard, foosball, roulette) on the lower level are in fairly good shape. My family enjoyed teaming up and having family competitions! This year we skied at camelback which was 20-25 minutes from the property vs Jack Frost which is maybe 10-15 minutes from the property. Overall, my family thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Stayed at this property with nine adults. The game room was great with the shuffleboard, pool table and foosball table. All bedrooms were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. Could use a grab bar for the tub shower on the first floor, and at least a towel rack or hook in the bathroom on the basement floor. Great communication with Linda as she was always available. We enjoyed our stay.

I arranged for my friends and family to stay at this location. This house is beautiful and VERY spacious. We were a group of 12, all adults. We were able to stay in our own room. There are no other locations that offer one bed in each room!!!! So this was perfect. We enjoyed the game room! We are already planning to stay here again hopefully to enjoy the beach. We were very grateful for the amazing opportunity!

High school group of friends had a first time get away in 30 plus years together! House was PERFECT! Great space, great rooms. Loved the long table. EVERYONE made the same compliment. Only 1 suggestion, for a property that holds soo many people the availability of a second refrigerator would have been great! 11 people's food doesn't quite fit in just one. But we used 3 coolers! Adapt and overcome "MN Class of 91"
