About this house rental
This property is a magnificent estate consisting of three houses, five docks slips, and an amazing lakefront deck. The main house is a spacious 4 bedroom home, with water views from most rooms.. Amenities include wifi, cable TV, use of(2) kayaks and 155′ of lake frontage. Additional amenities include a cook's kitchen with soapstone countertops and a large island. We just added a brand new master bathroom, for a total of 3 in the main house. Come enjoy the wrap-a-round porch (684 square feet) which offers breathtaking views of Sandy Bay, the Adirondacks, Long Island and Elizabeth Island.
The property includes a newly renovated cottage. The cottage has a kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms (including a large master), a pull-out couch, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 8.
There is a newly renovated lakefront boathouse with a bedroom loft, king-sized bed, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and deck over the water which can sleep 4 (A full sized futon is in the living room) .
Enjoy cocktails and hors d'oeuvres and watch beautiful lake sunsets from our various decks and porches. In the mean time, have the kids check out the garage.
The free standing garage has been converted to a playroom for the young (and young at heart). It includes foosball, ping pong, and pool tables, as well as the requisite tv and video game player. For pickleball lovers, there are 8 brand-new courts recently built only 8 minutes from the house.
Please note that the property is built on a hillside. There are stairs from the various units to the water that can make it challenging for some elderly or frail individuals to navigate.
*** NEW for 2023!!! We have contracted with Pilot Knob Boating, LLC to dock a boat for the season in one of our 5 boat slips. The boat is a brand new Harris 26 ft luxury tri-toon, with a 250 L Mercury engine.
The boat will be available for rent exclusively by our tenants. The boat is newer, larger and more luxurious than anything at the commercial marinas, and there is no need to pick up and drop off boat when finished. The price will be quite competitive.

We love this home. Lots of space for a large family. We’ve been coming back for a few years now and plan to again next summer. My lower rating was due to cleanliness. Cabinets in kitchen were not clean on inside especially spices. Floors need mopping as our feet were pretty dirty. Front bedroom main house had mold smell. This is not normal for this home as in years past everything has been cleaned. This year not so much. But overall this is something that is fixable and like I said we’ll be back next year.

Beautiful property with an amazing location! The available boat rental added so much to our vacation. The property manager, Debby, was easy to contact. On arrival the property was very clean and well-stocked with necessities. Great stay!

The house is amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our week there. The views are great and we spent a great deal of time on the screen porch. We appreciated all of the seating out there. It was nice having the cottage and boat house for additional guests. The parking and steps were a little challenging with 2 guests in their mid 80s. The house was well stocked with everything we could ask for. The only thing missing was an ice maker.

We had a family reunion of 18 people, and it was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone, especially for the teenagers. Very comfortable. Loved having the boat for the week as we explored the lake. Highly recommend this listing for any large groups.

We had a lovely time on the lake. Weather was perfect, water was clean and the view was picturesque. Loved the big porch over the boat dock. Wish we had had more time to rent a boat to really enjoy the lake…maybe next time! There are a lot of stairs-would not recommend for anyone with knee problems or the like.

The house is excellent! great layout for groups that do not need to be together all the time. The main house has an open layout so your group can gather, but many separate areas to find quiet time. The outdoor furniture in particular stood out to our group. It is all the same, and very high-end.

We had a fantastic time and couldn’t have asked for a better property for a large group on Lake George! The boat rental at the property was seem less and allowed us to explore the lake every day, the location of the property was perfect, and the kitchen (especially the main house) were well stocked for cooking for a larger group. Everyone in our family had a wonderful time!

We stayed with a group of 16 grandparents, parents and grandchildren. We had a great time, even though there we a few days of rainy weather. The location is great and there are plenty of sleeping and rooming options for people to select. Plenty of places to park the cars with some close to the water and dock. The stairs are safe, but plenty of them. Proper planning for being on the side of a hill makes it a non-issue. Being close to Sandy Bay provides a good place to spend the day, although swimming from the dock in the late afternoon/early evening is a very good option.

This was our second year. Had a fabulous time. Debbie was great with any questions. Absolutely loved renting the pontoon boat this year. The weather was a little more overcast and wet during our week but you can still enjoy the covered dock and game room. We plan on returning again next year. The master bedroom needs a regular dresser with drawers though instead of a TV console with just shelves. Very inconvenient for personal belongings to stack on shelves because closet space was lost because of new bathroom. It would also help to have a seat in the shower area.

Had a wonderful time on this family vacation. The house was clean and in a great location! Debby, the property manager, was so helpful with any questions we had. The views were unreal and there was plenty of space for a big family! Would highly recommend and would love to come back.

We came up for a wedding in Saratoga Springs which was beautiful. Family came from California, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Long Island and friends from Albany and Syracuse.
There was plenty of room for all who stayed overnight. Other than food, there was not anything we needed to buy. The house had everything and more.
The property manager Debby was very friendly and helpful with anything we needed.
The house has many steps so we had to drive old uncle Jack every morning down to the main house and then back up in the evening. Other than that we all left a bit more fit then when we arrived. Everyone who fished caught many and threw them back for the next guests. Enjoyed sitting on the deck taking in the awesome views of the Lake.
Brought back many wonderful memories and still sharing pictures and stories.

Everything about this home is great! Well stocked, beautiful views, and location on the lake is great. Having the boat rental there is a huge plus because of how convenient it is. Owner and property manager were extremely helpful. Lots of stairs/hills but that was well communicated ahead of time.

The property is breathtaking & perfect for a large group, with multiple houses on the property for a nice separation quality. We stayed here before the season really began, yet it still was absolutely fantastic. We didn't want to leave and definitely will be back!!

Our wedding was in Lake George so we booked this property for our families and bridal party to stay at. We took the most beautiful pictures from the dock. We relaxed the day after with a quiet kayak trip around the lake. Debby was great and made sure we knew how everything worked when we arrived. She was quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our trip. The beds were comfy and clean. We loved having so many options for places to gather, from the upper and lower dock on the water, to the screened in porch, living rooms and game room in the garage…. There were options for everyone. We are planning to stay again in the future. This property couldn’t have been more beautiful or relaxing. Can’t wait to come back.

My adult kids, their spouses, and my 20 month granddaughter - 8 people in all - absolutely loved this property and all it has to offer. It exceeded our expectations which were high to begin with!
The owner and managing agent were always responsive throughout the entire process. We felt welcomed.
A generous supply of household staples, towels, spices, and games were on hand. 2 outdoor BBQs with the one off the main house fueled by a gas line rather than a propane tank.
The A/C garage-converted-to-game room is fantastic. Had we not had such good weather the entire week, we would have been happy spending more time there.
The sunsets from the lake deck were gorgeous every night.
The number of stars at night from the same location away from city lights was amazing. We saw the Milky Way every night.
My kids were thanking me every day for finding this place. We all felt it was in the top 3, if not the top, vacation we ever had.
It is a place that we will go back to many times over the coming years.

Property was incredible with lots of common space both indoors and outdoors. Lots of great space on the water and the screened in porch was a great way to enjoy the views from the property.

Truly enjoyed our stay. Swimming and floating off deck was great fun. There is no beach area but all our kids are 13 yrs or older so they all enjoyed waist high water around docks. Enjoyed sunbathing and hanging out by water's edge. Upper deck used every evening for dinner and watching fabulous sunsets. Lots of room for all three families as well as ability to get some down time and privacy when needed. No complaints about beds either. Very comfortable.
Game room was a real treat. Covered porch in the mornings for breakfast and coffee. We also got groceries delivered right to house by instacart. My only 2 recommendations would be differently a better table with separate seating on screened in porch to replace park bench.Difficult for all us older folks to swing legs up and over to squeeze into place along side others. Also, umbrellas on sunny part of dock for afternoon sun would be great.
Yes, there are lots of stairs but all have side hand rails to help navigate. Thanks to Debby who we were able to call for any reason! Coming back next summer too.

We did find some of the rooms smelled musty and the main house upper BR rug desperately needs to be steam cleaned. Game/recreation room is to hot to hang in & fans don't cut it! It needs to be air conditioned. With all the money we paid, you couldn't put a cheap window air conditioner in??? Also, why is there no cable, just streaming. Really? We will spend our money on somewhere that is gonna provide the experience you should get for those prices.

Beautiful Lake George
Our annual family vacation of 6 adults and three younger children took us to the most beautiful lake in the country, Lake George, NY. The property provided plenty of space and bedrooms to accommodate us and is right on the lake. The docks, deck, screened porch, BBQ's and beds were first class. There were a few issues in that the ice maker in the main house did not work; the boathouse had a fishy odor; the stairs connecting the cottage, main house and boathouse were ok with us, but would not be for anyone with mobility or climbing issues; the main house refrigerator door was difficult to open as it was too tight to the wall. Knowing that the rental season at Lake George is short, the outside and inside of the property should require a deep cleaning before the summer season starts to insure that cleaning between guests can be kept up to the standards that the pricing should ensure.

On Lake George
We especially enjoyed being on the Lake and taking advantage of the kayaking, The accommodations fitted are needs as it was an intergenerational group of 12. The game room was a real bonus. The house stairs had a loud squeak which was a distraction for persons still asleep in morning or who retired early evening. There were some housekeeping issues that were added to our satisfaction.

Mark’s place was perfect for our family getaway. We had 14 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location right in the lake is beautiful and the game room was a fun place to spend our evenings.
