This spacious, high-end apartment is located in the heart of Boulder on beautiful Mapleton Avenue. It is just three blocks from Pearl Street and a ten minute walk from the University of Colorado campus. You can walk to all of the treasures downtown Boulder has to offer - from excellent restaurants, microbreweries, and coffee shops, to concerts, parks and sporting events. Some of the best hiking trails are just 10 minutes away.

The apartment is a garden level unit in a single family home, with a private entrance, completely renovated and fully furnished. This gorgeous Mapleton house was originally built in 1925 and has been carefully remodeled by the owners to keep its historical character while using the latest technologies for comfort and durability. The apartment has 1000 square feet and two bedrooms, spacious living/dining room, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a full bathroom and a beautiful private patio. It is equipped with a luxurious queen sized bed, a full bed and a large living room sofa. Hydronic floor heating is used for quiet and efficient heating.

This apartment is perfect for visiting professionals, visiting professors and vacationers. Although not necessary, on and off street parking is provided if needed. Come and check it out, you will love staying in our beautiful apartment.

The place was spacious and in an excellent location for walking around downtown. Street parking was easy to find, usually right out front. Got a bit warm with the excessive heatwave Boulder had while we were there.

I highly Recommend this apartment. A few personal preferences to note- you will want to prefer very firm beds. And if it is hot outside the apartment never fully cools down with the one portable AC. And like other review there is not much serene area outdoors in the property for adults. But if you want a perfect location, ease of booking and checking in and a gracious host this is the place for you. Further when we asked for a late checkout of 2 hours to make our travel home less stressful it was given without issue. Many thanks!!! We will definitely visit again.

We stayed for a week. Had most of the basic kitchen and bath and supply covered. Great towels and nice touch with Keurig pods. Would Rand this place a 7 of 10. Missing some basic stuff in the kitchen. Like scissors, and small storage containers, extra cutting boards. Better knives. And an upgrade to more comfortable beds and bedding in both rooms would take this place to a 10.

The space was perfect for our week long visit to Boulder. We walked to Pear Street every evening for dinner. During the day we hiked Flatirons, Boulder Falls, and Rocky Mountain National Park. The space was very comfortable, nicely decorated and clean.

The space itself is nice. I was taken back but all the clutter on the front porch and the back yard. It doesn’t make for a pleasant entrance . Initially I thought I was at the wrong place

If you love The Holiday movie and the quaint home, you will love this place!! So cute!! It is close to downtime Boulder, has a welcoming back patio and located in a beautiful neighborhood!!I would definitely stay again and highly recommend this place!

This place was cozy and fit all of our needs. Awesome location! You could walk to Pearl Street and also a 15 minute walk would put you at the base of the mountain so you could have a nice hike too which I did. The only downside was the second bedroom Mattress was hard as a rock. My back couldn’t handle it so I slept on the couch. It’s a huge leather sectional and was very very comfy so no issues:) I would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay! The unit was clean upon arrival and the owner was very accommodating. You can't beat the location! We walked to Pearl Street every day, and enjoyed beautiful hikes around the Boulder area.

Great location, close to Pearl street, but on quiet block. Unit was dusty and the refrigerator was not clean. We had no hot water on Sunday afternoon and had to take cold showers. It was spacious and having in unit washer dryer was nice. The washer was used on a different day than the cold showers BTW.

My son, his girlfriend and I stayed at this wonderful home to take a few days to bike in the mountains. Padja was so kind and helpful and easily accessible. The home was just as advertised and we had plenty of room to have what we needed. Everything was within walking distance and the town was so fun! We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, comfortable, quiet apartment with a nice private outdoor sitting area which was great to sit and have coffee in the morning. Located on a lovely quiet neighborhood street within walking distance to Pearl St and other shops and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay.

The location was perfect, very walkable to downtown. The Flatirons and Flagstaff mountains were quite beautiful. This place was quiet, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

We were delighted with the property--plenty of room, comfortable accommodations, interesting decor and plenty of equipment for meal prep. My only suggestion would be to add bar soap and wash cloths in the bathroom and perhaps a cover or umbrella for the outside seating area. It was often too sunny to sit outside which we really wanted to do.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. It was a 5 minute walk to Pearl Street Mall and short drives to stores and the Flatirons. Parking was never an issue. There was always a spot open right by the house.

Loved the location of the property, just a few blocks from Boulder's Pearl Street pedestrian mall. The place is in the lower level of a large house, with plenty of room. It took me a bit to get the hang of both electronic front door lock (not used to touch screens) and the tv remote (again, not an Apple person), but once in/on, all was good! I have one suggestion to the host - a cutting board (or two) would be a welcome addition to the kitchen items. We definitely consider staying here again when we're in Boulder!

I am very happy to have found Luxury homebase. Pedja and his family were very accommodating, just stellar people all around. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of Pearl Street, the bus station, wonderful farmers market, post office and many other attractions. This stay was among my favorites and if future travel brings me to Boulder, I will absolutely say there again. And by the way, public transportation is great and inexpensive in Boulder! The apartment was cozy but we weren't sure we were in the right place when we arrived because the door was open and the tv was on. We couldn't figure out how to use the tv due to various remotes and there weren't instructions on how to do so. The last night it sounded like the owners upstairs were moving furniture and fighting at 11pm which kept us awake. Overall the location was nice and the apartment was nice.
