A country eat in kitchen, separate dining room, sun filled living room with custom built in cabinets, fireplace opens to pool side area complete with gunite pool and bar. Laundry room and office are on the first floor. On the second floor is your grand master suite with fireplace, separate walk in closet, bath, shower & Jacuzzi. Whole house Sonos sound system including outdoors. Living room surround sound home theater. An additional two bedrooms and shared bath complete second floor. The finished lower level was recently renovated and includes an antique pool table, TV, couches and small fitness room with weight rack and Peloton stationary bike. Centrally located to all, wonderful ocean beaches, great dining, and close proximity to bus and train.
