About this house rental

Roomy townhome in an award winning neighborhood. Home includes two living room areas and extra office space with standup piano. Main floor includes modern kitchen, dining area, counter and living area. Upstairs are three bedrooms with two baths as well as laundry space with new washer and dryer. Finished basement with bedroom and bath. Restaurants including Mexican and Thai, and breakfast choices are short walk (all within two blocks). A great bakery is in the same area as well as two coffee shops. Two queen beds and two full beds. To be honest, I cannot review this property because when I arrived with my family there was already someone else staying there. I called the owner, David, three times and he never returned my calls. VRBO did reimburse me in full and several hours later I received an apology with my “cancellation”. After a nine hour drive from Kansas City for a family wedding, we missed the rehearsal and dinner while trying to find a last minute hotel.

The property was clean and uncluttered. Loved the colorful houses and neighborhood layout. Also appreciated that there were multiple options for breakfast and restaurants within easy walking distance. Would have been nice to have window coverings for the basement sitting area and bedroom, but felt like it was a safe area.

The house was fabulous! Lots of room for everyone and a lovely back patio. The neighborhood had several coffee shops within 2 blocks. It was all perfect for our visit. Thank you!

We stayed over thanksgiving and enjoyed using the kitchen with plenty of dining space also. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms clean and spacious. Was able to work remote with the basement area. Only negative was that there not a TV on the main level. . The only tv is in the basement. We missed watching the parade and football. Could have communicated that better on the listing. But all in all a wonderful family holiday.

We stayed here while visiting parents. There was plenty of space and the location was wonderful. Taking a walk in the mornings around the neighborhood was a highlight. The eclectic homes and beautiful landscaping was spectacular.

This was a weekend getaway for my family who live on each coast and the midwest. We call came together at Longmont and this condo fit our needs completely!! Within walking distance to get restaurants. Provided enough space for all and the neighborhood was very inviting and friendly. If we ever make it back to Longmont, this will be the place of us again!

The location is fantastic, with a beautiful community to walk around, and a couple great food/coffee destinations just a couple minutes walk down the road. The house was comfortable and clean, and the property manager was very easy to work with and accommodating when we had some scheduling issues come up. Definitely recommend!

My family could not say enough about how perfect David's townhouse was for their very first visit here to Colorado. David was fabulous to work with, so responsive and accommodating. The townhouse is beautiful, so clean and comfortable. Perfect for the four adults, the baby and my great nephew who loved the big table to play games on downstairs. The neighborhood as well, charming. Thank you so very much, David! During a hectic week of preparation for our wedding, we could relax knowing our family had such a wonderfully comfortable place to return home to every night.

This property was as fantastic as the owner. Amazing communication, adorable little subdivision. I even loved that the property only had one TV made my kids talk to us!!! lol The only downside was the beds are VERY hard, but all and all if we ever travel to Colorado again we wouldnt stay anywhere else!

Cute but a little bare

We flew out to CO for a visit with our son and daughter in law for NYE; they live in Longmont so we wanted to stay as close as possible. This condo was one of a very few actually in Longmont, it's in a great neighborhood, quiet, family friendly with a coffee shop a block away. My only suggestion is that they definitely add blinds to the downstairs bedroom, no one wanted to sleep there without them, even though it's below ground level, it's just creepy sleeping where someone can look in. The set up with bedrooms to bathrooms is nice, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you need; but no personality. I'm sure it's a work in progress. :-) All in all I would definitely suggest this as a nice, clean, quiet place to stay in Longmont; just put a few more blinds up and maybe a few more TV's and it's perfect.

The place was as advertised here - spacious, open, clean and close to coffee shops, restaurants and brewery. Also a great home base for hiking in RMNP, white water rafting in Fort Collins or running to Boulder. David is easy to reach and super responsive. Absolutely one of our better vrbo experiences and will look for it again if we are back out in CO.

We stayed in this townhome with 7 people 3 moms with 4 of our 16/17 year old softball player daughters and it was perfect! Great location and plenary of room. It was clean, modern and the neighborhood was so fun. Several restaurants within walking distance including a delish Rib Restaurant, coffee shop, and bagel shop! Thanks so much to the owners who were amazing the entire week with answering any questions! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice clean townhouse Great neighborhood with really friendly people. Lovely master bedroom with fireplace and jacuzzi. Nice restaurant scene in area and great central area if you are visiting Northern Colorado. Owner really easy to work with and a really nice person. Slept family of eight really comfortably and very decently priced. Very kid friendly and safe. Great parks within walking distance. We will definitely rerun if the opportunity comes up.
