** NEW sleeping arrangements for 2024. Sleeps 16 with 5th private bedroom and features 2 queens over queen bunkbeds and one twin over twin bunkbed. **
Escape to this spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom home nestled in the breathtaking mountain town of Grand Lake. Perfect for families or groups, this retreat offers stunning views of the surrounding peaks and all the comforts of home.
Inside, you'll enter through the basement level be greeted by an inviting, game room and bar space designed for relaxation and entertainment. Equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard, darts, and a smart TV ensuring endless fun for everyone. The first bedroom and bathroom can also be found on this level featuring a queen over queen bunkbed and fully updated bathroom with shower.
Up the stairs, the main level of the home offers an open concept kitchen, dining and living space to come together after the day's adventures. There are two additional bedrooms situated on either side of the main level bathroom that offer a queen bed and king bed respectively. Each equipped with TV's and promises of a restful night's sleep. There are two additional bedrooms up the stairs with another full bathroom. The bedroom to the left of the stairs offers a queen bed and the 5th bedroom is a bunkroom!

Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.

We rented M & M Lodge for our family vacation. There were 18 of us total, 10 of us stayed at this location, 8 at a nearby cabin. We used our lodge as a gathering spot. The location was perfect for everything we needed. We walked down to town, the marina, St. Anne Catholic church, and the rapids. Close to town yet set back in a beautiful setting with rocks for the grands to climb in the back and a lake view from the deck in front. The beds were very comfortable, and bathrooms were clean and spacious. The game room downstairs was a nice bonus. The property was clean and well-maintained. The fan in the upstairs room was not working, so we reached out to Grand Mountain Rentals, and they provided one for our use. I definitely would recommend this property if you desire to be close to town but want beautiful views of the lake and mountains, too. We enjoyed the beach, paddleboards, kayaks, hiking, shopping, eating, nightlife, mini golf, go carts, the Rocky Mountain Repertory Company for The Music Man, The Rocky Mountain National Park for animal viewing and Alpine Center. All the shops are nice, but we shopped Humphrey's and Gifts Unlimited the most. We also enjoyed Sagebrush and the Historic Rapids for dining. We did go to the Grand Lake Lodge for the outstanding views. The negatives were minor, but lamp in upstairs bunk room did not work, and no dishcloth in kitchen. Also, maybe a little deep cleaning under sofas and beds. There were candy wrappers under some furniture, but overall great place to stay!

Great cabin, great location, great amenities, very clean, overall very impressed. I would like to say that it is much bigger than pictured. The top floor has two bedrooms instead of the one bedroom and loft that's pictured, which was perfect for all 13 of us. I would be happy to recommend this cabin to friends and would love to stay here again.

The home was perfect for celebrating my husband’s 65th birthday with 7 couples from all over Colorado. Bed’s were comfortable, we cooked every meal at the home, fun game room and a fantastic deck with beautiful views. The only complaint is we reserved it for 14 people and we were given 3 garbage bags, 3 dishwasher pods, 1 extra roll of toilet paper on the main level. We ran out of all of those items. We are paying enough, I don’t want to have to bring those items. Also, we didn’t have a dumpster at the property, it was at the rental office location. Luckily one of our guests had a truck. I didn’t want to haul garbage from 14 people and many meals in a car. Loved the property, just a few items could be improved. Checkout was easy and we weren’t expected to do a lot of clean up at the home which was fantastic.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin! Clean, spacious and at a great location. Easy check-in and check-out process. We had an unforgettable Christmas in this cabin! It has an amazing view of the lake and surrounding area on all floors, located within walking distance to the village, and beautifully decorated. Kids loved playing outside with snow and we liked the privacy and location of this gorgeous home. Highly recommended!

We had 10 of us staying at M&M cabin - 3 couples and adult children for a friends renioun of sorts. Everything about our stay was outstanding. This cabin has everything you need. We had lots of fun down in the game room. The kitchen was top notch, TV in living room was excellent, the bedrooms / loft worked out great for the group. The firepit was used twice (you do need to go into town to get wood - no biggie). Easy walk to town that we did several times. Some nice hikes / waterfall close by. Overall our entire group thought it was 10 out 10. The group even managed to have quite the sing-a-long fun at the Grand View Lodge to top off a memorable weekend. Can't go wrong with this place!

The house was perfect for our group. Well decorated for Christmas and clean. The description should be updated because there is more to the house than what was described. In the loft, one area is open, but the second area has a door making a bedroom. I think there is more square footage than what was listed. The house seemed bigger then the 2,000 square feet indicated. I do not think the basement area was included.

This house is a great place for lot's of people to comfortably stay, while still enjoying their privacy. The game room with pool table downstairs is definitely a plus and out of the way so as not to disturb anyone. The only minor complaint would be the lack of enough and/or speciality cookware but our overall experience was very good.

M &M Lodge was everything we wanted in a family vacation experience by the lake.The lodge sits perfectly above the main street of the city, so you can see the lake from the porch and walk right into town or the Marina!Sleeps plenty and gives you privacy rooms as well. This was our second time staying at M&M Lodge and it did not disappoint. The cabin has a warm cozy feel and it has been recently upgraded with 2 additional bedrooms, bathroom, new flooring and counter tops. Love the decor and all the cabin has to offer with a beautiful view, a basement full of activities with darts, pool table and shuffle board. Couldn’t have had a better experience staying there, highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in Grand Lake!

We had a wonderful time at the M&M Lodge. There is a view of the lake and it is about 2 blocks from Main Street. We could walk to shops and restaurants and there is a great hiking trail just down the road. The Lodge was beautiful and very clean. It was decorated just like you would picture in a Colorado cabin. A perfect place for two families to vacation in Grand Lake. Easy walk to town or to the lakefront or to the North inlet trailhead. 1 mile to Adams Falls. Quick drive or boatride to the national park or Lake Granby (great for boating).While we were there we had moose in the front yard, deer in the backyard, a beaver down the road and we spotted a bald eagle while on the lake.Highly recommend this great house in a great spot.
