About this house rental

Welcome to our Paradise Getaway! Experience tranquility on .58 acres of land with a fenced backyard! Located in Vero Beach, within a short driving distance to the ocean and beaches, dining, shopping, and family friendly activities. Spend time outside near the relaxing pool or large outdoor area. The house has a king bed master suite with cable, a queen with smart TV, and another queen spare bedroom. Full kitchen perfect for the cooking enthusiast. AC is equipped with an Active Pure Air Scrubber destroying 99% of all surface and airborne contaminants.

Guests agree to the following prior to booking:
-Cats are not allowed due to health hazards to the home owner.
-$100 per pet will need to be paid before check-in info and house access is granted. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture and dropping must be cleaned from the yard.
-House trained dog/no cats.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence
-No animals in pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration. Loss of use may result as well.
-No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets.
-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.

Great home with everything you need to have a lovely stay in Vero Beach. Short drive to some of the best beaches we have ever experienced. Nice pool for when you’re back at the house. Comfortable furniture and well equipped kitchen.

Stayed for a week for a family vacation and we could not have been happier with our stay. Everything was as advertised and we enjoyed the pool, the amenities & the peace and quiet. Great communication from Eddie throughout our trip as well as lots of useful information about navigating the local area. Would definitely book again!

This house was a perfect getaway to spend time with our relatives over the holiday weekend. The rental is on a very quiet street and the property was just as described. The property is equipped with everything you need to a "staycation"! The pool was great with lots of privacy on the large lot. The location is very convenient to local shopping and the beach.

We loved this house. The three bedrooms fit our family with two teenagers perfectly. It was very clean upon check in. The pool is a good size for playing games, racing around, and floating. The house has pool toys and beach gear. Unfortunately we stayed during a week with tons of rain so we didn’t get many hours on the beach. We did greatly enjoy the pool during breaks from the rain. The location is about 15-20 minutes from many different beaches. We loved the beaches! Publix is ten minutes away-easy drive. We tried a bunch of restaurants and had just a really good week together. The house itself is just so sweet. Everything worked and appeared well maintained. If we came back, I’d rent it again. Even doing our laundry was easy. Communication with the manager was prompt and professional. We are happy we chose this house for our family.

The property is as pictured, clean and everything is in good working order. Host was good with communication. We enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend. The house is well stocked with items for the pool, games, anything you need to cook. We did not have pets with us and though the property is pet friendly we would never have known anyone had pets there prior to our arrival

Outstanding cleanliness, stocking of essentials, decoration, bed mattresses and coverings - Great pool Home needs better Hi'def picture on TV in master and additional TV in second bedroom - shower in 2nd bath needs safety bars ( especially since must step over tub ) - and shower floor mats.

The home was very comfortable, good location, and many thoughtful things provided for guests such as a few coffee pods, enough soap for a couple of loads of laundry, the appliances all worked well, the wifi was super fast Xfinity, loved the sunporch, pool and yard, etc. I've stayed at a lot of rentals and this one covered all the bases and I didnt have any complaints or issues. :) Will definately be renting there again..

We've rented through VRBO several times, and this was the most personal touch we've felt over any other rental. The property has a homey feel to it, was extremely well appointed with kitchen place settings, appliances, just everything was head and shoulders above any other rental we've ever had. It's was wonderful. And the manager, Eddie Nero, was amazing! Helpful right down to the tiniest detail, he went above and beyond, ensuring our vacation was just perfect. He's definitely a keeper! Don't lose him!!!

Convenient to everywhere at wanted to go. Nice quiet street. Lots of things in the home to entertain the children. Books, games, toys, pool.... The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The owner was easy to communicate with, and even sent friendly reminders for little things I might miss. I plan on staying at this house again. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and easy.

Sometimes you just need to get away. Relax and just breathe. This home was like my home away from home. You know what I mean. A house that feels like “your” home. This house had EVERYTHING!! If you forgot something, not to worry. They had it and more. Everyone was so nice, great communication, and if you had a questioned. ANSWERED. Location was 15-20 minutes from anything you would need. I will definitely go back next year. Thank you guys soooo much!!!

Yes, yes, yes! As a family of 4 traveling with a small dog, this is an excellent family property to be! Communication from property managers and owners, to the cleanliness & thoughtfulness throughout the whole house & location were key! Truly a home away from home! The pool was absolutely a fun, refreshing & relaxing place to be. The grill came in handy when we were ready to cook burgers and grill fish from the local fish market. Our dog was super happy as she got to run around the very large fenced in yard too! We are very grateful for our experience in this beautiful Vero Beach home.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was super clean and had all the amenities as listed to make it easy to start our vacation right away. The location was very convenient and close to everything - shops, beach and the baseball stadium. Eddie Nero was easy to work with and was very responsive via text to any questions I had.

We were pleased to stay at this property for almost a month. The home is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The pool and lanai were perfect. The pool was heated to a temperature well suited for children and adults alike. Lots of pool and beach toys and even a beach wagon in the garage. Directions for the use of various aspects of the property were clearly and strategically posted. Great laundry facilities. The home contained all of the amenities listed on the web page and all were in good working order. Eddie, the property manager, was incredibly responsive. Access and checkout were easy, with very clear instructions. We recommend staying at this property without qualification, and hope to do so again in the future.

This was our second year at the property. It was just as clean as the year prior, with every single thing we could need to live for a month. Our pet quickly feels at home with the massive fenced yard, and having a couch cover is wonderful, so I don't have to bring along my own. Thanks again for having us, Skip and Gail. This property was great! Very quiet on a dead end street, the house was lovely and very clean. There was a large fenced yard which our dog loved. The swimming pool and outdoor fire pit added to the fun! Also a great location, close to the beaches and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great experience staying at this home. The location was wonderful- quiet neighborhood, but a quick drive to anything you might need. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating to any questions and/or requests that we had. They have thought of everything - including so many wonderful toys for our one year old daughter to play with, a high chair, and a pack n play! Very family friendly. Loved the pool. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Vero!
